Both my children have loved going to Wizkidz. Even though one has graduated still loves going in at drop off pick up to talk to the staff. The food is great, and even the fussy one enjoys everything. Lots of activities every day. In and outdoors. Yearly summer trip. Yearly winter trip. Kids have always been happy here

My daughter absolutely loves attending Wizkidz. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming-they've taken the time to really get to know her, which has made a huge difference in her confidence and happiness. She often talks about her little friends and all the fun she has during the day. Every time we pick her up, we're invited into the nursery, which makes it feel like a true second home. It's such a lovely part of our routine to see where she spends her day and how comfortable she is in that environment. We initially had to split childcare between two nurseries, but when a full-time place became available at Wizkidz, we didn't hesitate to make the switch. The care, attention, and warmth shown by the staff made the decision easy. We're so glad we made the change!

My wee girl absolutely loves this nursery as do i. The staff are amazing and so attentive. Never felt so at ease with leaving my child with strangers. Always keep me upto date with my child's day to day activities. Special thank you to three members of staff and the rest of the team in baby room!

All my children attend Wizkidz nursery. My eldest has been there for 4 years and has absolutely thrived there. All of my children absolutely love the nursery and the staff. The staff are friendly, caring and hard working. They make the learning experience great fun and have amazing bonds with the children in their care. They teach them all the essential knowledge they need for starting school. They also take on board the children's interests and will develop learning activities on topics that interest the children. The staff not only take a keen interest in my children but will also offer support and advice to us (the parents). I highly recommend Wizkidz nursery to everyone.

My son attend the nursery (full time) since he was a baby ,in August he will start the school . My son really enjoyed go evry day to nursery,staff is amazing ,the rooms are great,the food is balanced. I can't thanks enough all Wizkidz Nursery staff for taking so much care about my little one. We will miss all of you! Amazing nursery super recommended !!!

Wizkidz has been such a wonderful setting for my daughter since she started two years ago. The staff are FANTASTIC. All the practitioners are so kind & nurturing & they know my daughter really well & work hard to support her interests and development. Activities are varied with lots of time spent outside & on local trips to the park etc. As a small local nursery, I think Wizkidz provides a lovely cosy environment for kids without being overwhelming - it's just great.

My son has been attending Wizkidz for nearly 2 years now. He joined around 7 1/2 months old. I had initial reservations about leaving him at such a small age in a nursery setting. However, Wizkidz staff were brilliant and really supported us both through this massive change. On reflection, I can see it was the best thing for my son as he came on leaps and bounds through learning to crawl/walk and even bringing on his speech. He now loves going to nursery every week now and is always telling me about all his friends he played with and always talks about his key worker. I can't thank the team enough for everything they do!

Both my children have gone to Wizkidz and loved it the staff are so friendly and very welcoming - they both started at 9 months old right through to starting P1. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nursery in Midlothian

My son has attended for over a year and will continue until school. I can't thank the staff enough; they have brought him on so much in speech, understanding and just building good skills for he always goes in happy and always has a smile on his face when he comes home. They are very good, bringing different subjects to life and keeping him enjoying himself, and they are always changing to keep them interested. I can't praise this nursery more for everything they have done for us.

Our 1.5-year-old daughter has attended WizKidz for over 6 months now. We've always found the staff so helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. They were very supportive when we first introduced our baby to nursery and really played a big role in helping her settle in fast. She seems to get outside to play most days and takes part in lots of creative activities which we value. The nursery makes the most of their limited outside space and luckily they also make use of the park nearby. My daughter's well fed with a healthy menu and they always ensure that she is in appropriate clothing for the temperature. In addition, we really get the impression that the staff care about our daughter, making sure that she remains safe and happy every day. I don't worry about my daughter when I drop her off to nursery as she looks happy to be there. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Have used it for nearly 11 years for all 5 of my kids and never had a negative experience. The nursery is a stand-in parent for my kids when I can't be with them and I have full trust in their care and support for my kids. Would recommend to any families looking for care for their child/ren.

My two children have been attending Wizkidz since September 2023 and they love it. They previously went to a childminder who was amazing so I was hesitant but didn't need to worry at all. The staff are all amazing and my kids have developed a strong bond with several of them in particular. They have plenty of activities throughout the day and do go on outings regularly. Their confidence has grown and they are constantly learning new things every day. Only small thing is the app isn't updated often for me to see photos etc. But I do get a handover when picking them up each day. They both run into nursery each morning and it's harder getting them both to leave again at home time. I would recommend Wizkidz 100%.

Wizkidz are a brilliant nursery, all the staff care about their jobs and have never had any issues. Son has attended since he was 9/10 months old. He has a brilliant time at nursery and I have no concerns or worries when he is there. They're thorough with their checks and forms they take time to listen to the parents and always provide helpful feedback after the child's day.

My son loves to come to the nursery and that speaks volumes. Staff 10 out of 10. Always going over and beyond. His speech developed very well during his time at nursery (he is bilingual). He always surprises us with new things he learned there and also he is so much more confident and independent.

Our little boy loves Wizkidz and as parents, we are more than happy with the care provided for our son. He has attended the setting from the age of 18 months and staff in all rooms (baby, junior, and pre-school) have been excellent, from settling in, to keeping us updated on his daily play as well as long-term development. Staff from the relief team through to management genuinely care for the children and create a welcoming environment for both them and parents/caregivers. Day to day, staff ensure the children get varied play, both inside and outside, and the nursery menu is varied and healthy. All in all, Wizkidz is a fantastic child-focussed setting.

The staff are nice and always smiling, my daughter has been going to WizKidz since April 2021 and she is very happy! Staff encourage the child's independence. Staff keep you updated about child development and progress either by speaking with you or with an app where they upload pictures and comments.

My daughter absolutely loves it at Wizkidz. She has gained so much more confidence since being here and that is all down to the amazing staff, each and every one of them are so attentive and patient and my daughter always enters and leaves with a smile on her face.

My child loves Wizkidz; they always have a great time. The staff are lovely and friendly and they always do a huge variety of activities with the babies. The nursery is very welcoming and the facilities are very good. Communication has been excellent so far.

My child has been going to this nursery for 3 years and he has been looked after so well! It is a lovely environment and the nursery staff really care about the children and are always coming up with new exciting activities to do with them. Would highly recommend!

The best thing we have ever done putting our wee boy into nursery. They do so many activities with the kids. I love seeing my son's face light up when he is greeted by the team at WizKids. Would highly recommend!
