Excellent nursery, all staff are super friendly.
All my son's needs are met and everyone goes above and beyond.

My daughter has settled very well into the setting. The progression that we have noticed with our daughter's development has been amazing. We are very comfortable with the setting and feel at ease on drop off and pick up. We look forward to seeing how she progresses in the rest of the time in the
setting.

Both our children have attended Archway Nursery since 2020. They went through from babies to tweenies, tweenies and preschool, they loved each department and have strong bonds with all staff, and they have made friendships with peers that have continued onto school and KidsClub at Archway. At
KidsClub or daughter needs extra support with toileting and staff have been very attentive and support her well.

Nursery is very friendly. Have made child feel welcome and she is so excited to go each time.
Nursery keep us informed with activities and wellbeing of child.
Especially like the additional activities the nursery has like the baby and toddler classes and stay and play events.

My little boy started at Archway Court Day Nursery when he was a little over 1, I am sure like all parents we were apprehensive about what to expect, made worse by the fact we were in the middle of a pandemic and he hadn't been with anyone other than us in our home for months.
However within a
week or so he was happy to go in, Archway Court did all they could to help us settle him in and to get used to going - recommending a few short introductory sessions to get him used to being there and us returning for him.
Now almost a year later he truly loves it, happily runs through the gate and has even been sad a few times leaving to come home as he loves it so much. Some of the ladies who look after him are so kind. His speech is amazing and every day he comes home with new words, names and songs for us. I couldn't recommend it enough.
The updates we get throughout the day help on the days we really miss him. They often include pictures and always say what he has eaten etc and how much (always all for ours!)

We have used Archway Court Nursery for both of our children since 2016. We had tried other nurseries prior to Archway with my eldest, but he had never settled anywhere and would always cry on drop off/pick up. We visited Archway with our eldest (18 months old at the time) and he loved it from day 1.
He was off exploring the toys and making himself at home straight away, so we’ve used their services ever since. My eldest moved on to school and the transition was perfect! Archway certainly set him up perfectly to be ready for the change. He went to a school where not many others from the nursery went, but Archway set him up to create new friendships and be confident which I can’t thank them enough for.
My youngest is now at Archway and we wouldn’t have even thought about using anywhere else. I’ll be sad when he moves on to school but will still definitely use kids clubs etc in the future if needed. 100% recommend.

My little boy loves going to nursery, he is always so excited and never wants to leave when it is home time. Everyone is really nice and you get updates of what your child had for lunch and how many nappies they changed. I couldn't recommend Archway Court Day Nursery more.

My son is four and has attended this nursery since he was nine months old. I can't thank the girls enough for the care they give him and the other children. He loves them all to bits. His learning, his confidence and his ability to socialise has grown and grown. The nursery are very good at bringing
out the best in the kids and nurturing that to their advantage. The facilities are also fabulous, with a great outdoor area for exploring nature and building. I would definitely recommend and will be sending my second son in the summer.

Such a wonderful nursery with wonderful staff. They put such effort into making sure this is a wonderful place for the children to learn and play. We have been using Archway Court Day Nursery now for eight years and wouldn't choose anywhere else to send my three little ones. We no longer live in
Newport but it gave me anxiety thinking about finding somewhere new and good enough to send the youngest.

Archway Court Day Nursery provides a home from home experience. I feel reassured my daughter's needs are being met. The staff are always on hand to answer any queries quickly. They run an open and honest culture and nothing is too much trouble. Even during Covid-19, the staff have worked tirelessly
to ensure children feel safe and secure.

Lovely nursery, with great and welcoming staff. My daughter is really happy to go there every day, she has lots of fun and enjoys herself. Every time my daughter attends they do different activities, painting, messy play, making stuff, and playing in the garden. I would most definitely recommend
this nursery to my friends and family.

Both my children have attended Archway Court Day Nursery. My eldest is at preschool level and my youngest for toddlers and preschool. Archway Court Day Nursery have good communication via apps as well as good face-to-face communication. Since the pandemic Archway Court Day Nursery have made many
changes to protect the children, including not allowing parents in the building and small children bubbles. The nursery were faster at contacting me when my child needed to isolate than the official track and trace and have the correct advice to follow. My children have always had good relationships with staff. The staff are kind, patient and have helped me through challenging behaviour with my son. I am very happy with the care my children have had and continue to receive at Archway Court Day Nursery.

My daughter has been attending Archway Court Day Nursery since September 2020. Her speech and her general understanding of everything shot forward so much straight away, she’s even singing and counting in Welsh! She comes home clean every day. They feed her plenty and if she wants more, they give
it. She is so excited to go in and tells me how much fun she had every day, so they must be doing something right. The girls always go through everything from the day with me on collection and are always available on the phone if I need them.

Both of my girls attend Archway Court Day Nursery and they both love going there. The staff are all amazing, the food is good and varied. They do lots of outdoor activities and my three-year-old can say Welsh words. I have noticed their confidence has grown especially my youngest who was born just
before lockdown. I was worried about leaving her one morning a week but after a few sessions, she absolutely loves it and jumps into the girls' arms when I drop her off, which is so reassuring. I would highly recommend this nursery!

My daughter joined the nursery when she was around nine months old, I visited a few nurseries before deciding on Archway Court Day Nursery. From the first visit, the children seemed happy and to be having fun. The girls find out your routine and try their best to follow this which helps with
consistency. My daughter is happy going in and coming out of nursery, often telling us, in her own way, what she has been up to. We have a care diary completed each day and often get pictures of the children completing a range of activities which is lovely to see. I often get comments on how clever my daughter is with her speaking and the girls have definitely helped her with this.

Have used this facility for nursery, preschool, wrap-around care and kids club. My child has loved going here. I have never had anything but a positive experience. The staff are like a second family. I highly recommend a pre-visit when looking for a place for your child as you will be able to view
the different areas and meet the staff, in normal circumstances.

We have used Archway Court Nursery for both of our children since 2016.
