Have had both children attend Pobl Bach since the age of 1. They've created a safe, educational and warm environment for them to grow and develop. They helped both of them grow in confidence and become more independent.

Fantastic company. My Son has been to both locations (llangunnor and Johnstown) and after being let down by a previous provider they were reassuring and kept me up to date with everything until he settled in. Any issues and quickly resolved and management are accessible when I've needed them. Son
loves going to school in the mornings abd has such a warm welcome when we arrive.

A brilliant nursery and can't recommend its services and the staff enough.
It's always daunting sending your child to nursery for the first time but the staff have helped both our children settle in and flourish during their time here - making it a place they are happy to go to themselves, with
peace of mind for us as parents that they are safe, happy and being cared for, as we would at home.
The staff are always friendly and caring, ensuring we are updated during the day via the app - with pictures / messages to reassure us they are eating and having fun. They also make time to discuss anything upon drop offs and pick ups to check all is well and update us on anything.
The ELC after school club has been equally as great for us in helping with pick ups and childcare - knowing once again that our child is being safely picked up and taken somewhere they will enjoy and be cared for until we can pick them up.
If you want peace of mind for care for your children - look no further!

Llangunnor nursery is outstanding. All the staff are absolutely fantastic and always go the extra mile. I cannot express how much I appreciate the care and support they have provided for my son. The staff are approachable, understanding and personalise the care they provide to each child as an
individual. The nursery environment is nice, clean and a great to learn. The range of activities are impressive and the daily updates with photos live to the easy to use app are lovely to receive. The food menu and cook is also amazing with good healthy meal choices, adaptable to each child's dietary needs.
Pobl Bach is a great choice.

I couldn't be more pleased with Pobl bach nursery. My son has attended Pobl bach nursery for roughly 12months, and during that time I've seen such a positive change in my little boy. The activities they do with the children are fantastic. My little boy learns so much and get's the chance to mix with
other children his age. I've really noticed a positive change in my son since he begun attending pobl bach nursery.
The app the nursery use is also fantastic. I love being able to check the app for any updates on what my son has done that day, his meals and how much he ate, changing times etc.
I've had zero issues with the nursery, and the staff are always so polite and welcoming, I truly can't thank them enough for everything they do for my son.

My Daughter has been attending Pobol Bach Llangunnor for 15 months, and I can't thank the staff enough for all that they do. The activities and themes that are taught every day are excellent. I've noticed my Daughters development, learning and social skills have excelled since attending Pobol Bach,
and is truly amazing to see. All staff are very friendly, supportive and welcoming. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the will do anything to help. The daily updates via the APP are fantastic, from receiving photos, seeing nappy changes, nap times etc it's wonderful to see and such a wonderful way of communicating too. Meal times are extremely nutritious and my Daughter on a daily basis has such a variety of food.
I honestly can't thank the staff enough for all that they do for my Daughter. I'm truly grateful for everything they do. Thank you.

We have just moved to Carmarthenshire as a family from Bristol. Our daughter started in Pobl Bach shortly after. She was in a nursery 3/4 full days a week in Bristol.
The difference in her, her attitude, how she is treated and the activities she does at Pobl Bach is really quite remarkable.
We
get lovely photos most days and she often comes home with a lovely little art project or something!
We are so happy with Pobl Bach and it fills our heart thinking about Juno going off and having fun with the lovely staff there.

Disappointed and angry with the way I was treated recently. Had to put a notice in as couldn’t afford their price increase from March to then not allow my children in one day as I couldn’t pay 2 bills there and then. I always paid my bills at the end of every month from September to February and
this wasn’t a problem until I put my notice in. Within days with no notice was refused entry with my children feeling very confused and angry as I wasn’t paid until the following week I couldn’t afford February and March bills put together. My children left crying and couldn’t understand why the manager had spoken to mummy the way she did. Not once did I have a contract to say the date of bills. I did not receive any bills in my parents account (apart from one or two) so had to guess my bills most of the time, and the cheek of it all is that not once have I received an apology for the way I was spoken to. Poor management and only the lovely accountant had apologised to me for the way the staff had behaved.

Our kids love it here. A lot of toys and books are available. All staff are very helpful and involved in children’s care. They have varied programmes walks and some outings planned that my kids love. They provide 3 meals with plenty of variety.

Lovely staff. Good variety of food. I didn't have to worry about my son who has gluten intolerance.
Variety of toys for kids.
Staff are easy to contact.
I like the idea of the app and being able to see what food my kids had while I am at work.

Both my little girls have gone to Pobl Bach Nursery - Llangunnor (with the eldest now in school and the youngest still attending) and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.
The staff are excellent and are from what I can see very good with the children and form very strong bonds
with those in their care. My youngest has created a bond with one staff member in particular and runs to them when they come to collect them at the door. Both of my girls have always been happy to go to all the staff members and always come out full of smiles at the end of the day. This nursery has also greatly helped with both my little ones learning and social skills.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff. I love that you are updated via an app throughout the day about what they've eaten, nappy changes, sleep times, activities etc. Highly recommend this nursery.

Pobl Bach Nursery (Llangunnor) is amazing, my daughter has been going there for 7 months now and absolutely loves it. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease when dropping off your little ones. Can’t recommend it enough.

Pobl Bach Nursery (Llangunnor) has been our life saver over the last twelve months. Our previous nursery closed at short notice and Pobl Bach Nursery (Llangunnor) stepped into the breach to support us. Our youngest son is very happy there, is always keen to go through the door and doesn't look back
which I always feel is a good sign. Our eldest son also went during the latest lockdown, which again provided us with safe and secure childcare whilst we were both working, as well as good company and stimulation for our son. We couldn't be happier with the service that Pobl Bach Nursery (Llangunnor) has offered us.

Such a lovely little nursery. First time I've ever put my child in to daycare. My son has absolutely loved every minute of coming to you the past two years. All the staff are lovely and knowing my son is well looked after, makes me so at ease. Thank you all, you do a fantastic job.
