Kids Planet has provided a fantastic setting for our children to thrive. They got to experience a range of activities, have social interactions and care and nurturing from the team. When joining primary school, the skills my son developed at nursery have set him up brilliantly. Our daughter Sienna is currently in the Tots & Toddlers room, and she is so happy at drop off & pick up that we feel really happy and confident with her time at Kids Planet Heddon. The bond she has developed with her key worker, Fran, is very special, and you can tell she means a lot to Sienna. A huge thank you to Fran and all the team for creating a safe environment for our children to enjoy.

My son has been attending the nursery since September 2024 and I am really pleased I opted for this nursery. He is in the toddler/tots room At the moment, The staff Abbie, Fran, Charlotte & Adriana are amazing and always are so enthusiastic and seem so happy to see each child when they arrive, I feel confident leaving my child although he gets upset the staff provide cuddles and reassurance to ensure he settles. When I pick him up he is always happy and a thorough handover is given, there are lots of activities and often they visit the local area and park which my son enjoys. Would recommend to anyone.

Our son has been attending the nursery 3 days a week and it's been really good. He is in the baby room and has really enjoyed his time there. He always looks very happy when we pick him up. The staff are always very friendly, they haven't changed since we started 5 months ago and every time he sees the ladies who look after him there's a big smile on his face. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

My little girl has been going to this nursery since she just turned 1 and she's nearly 4 now. The staff are all so welcoming and really care about your child. My daughter is leaving for 'big school' in September and I know she's going to miss going here so much. She has come on leaps and bounds since joining and I always feel like she is in safe hands when I drop her off each morning. We already have her little sister signed up for when I return to work from maternity leave.

Our son joined Kids Planet Heddon in November 2024. His settling in days went great and the staff were super friendly and informative. Unfortunately our son started to experience separation anxiety soon after joining and would burst into tears every morning. The staff were amazing. They gave him one on one care until he calmed down and their big enthusiastic smiles soon had him smiling. This excellent level of care is also evident when it comes to nap times. My son likes to fall asleep in a quiet dark room which is not an environment you will find in a nursery. Regardless the staff manage to get him to sleep every day for at least 2hrs which is a mammoth achievement. However, the best thing I've found about our experience is the care our son receives when he is sick. The staff will do as much as possible to keep him in nursery which is a massive help as a working parent.

My little girl has been going to Kids Planet Heddon on the Wall since she was 10 months old (she's now 20 months), and we honestly love it. She's quite shy, but the staff have been so kind and patient with her - she's really come out of her shell. She's had two key workers since starting, and both have been amazing, making such a difference in her confidence. Her speech has come on leaps and bounds since starting, and it's been so lovely to see her growing and developing. She always comes home happy, and it's great to see all the fun things they do. Can't recommend it enough!
