Our son started nursery at Safeands in Sept 2025 (16 months old). We looked at many nurseries in the area and chose Safehands because of its bright rooms, cleanliness, great outdoor area, and last but not least, very healthy food menus. As parents, we were nervous about him being away from us for
the whole day. The Manager Vicky and Deputy manager Jenny have been very helpful from day one. Our baby boy settled relatively quickly and there were no tears after week two, he always receives a warm and happy welcome in the morning by all staff, the daily activities are fantastic and we receive regular updates and photos via the app throughout the day, which provides further reassurance. The healthy food choices was one of the most important things for us and we have been very happy with the variety and quality of the meals. The staff are caring and lovely. They genuinely care about our son and this is evident on a daily basis. We can't thank you enough.

My granddaughter started nursery in the baby room and has now progressed to Toddler/Pre School (October 2025).
She settled well and continues to thoroughly enjoy nursery with the help of the professional caring staff. She now pretends to phone members of staff on her toy phone for a chat!
She
enjoys the stimulating environment and loves the soft play as she is a climber and jumper!
Initially she was reluctant to eat food at nursery but is developing her skills of eating with her friends and trying new foods.
There appears to be a good selection of stimulating activities and books to keep her interested.
Her communication and confidence skills are definitely improving.
We are delighted with the progress she continues to make.
Thank you to the staff for all their hard work.

I can't recommend Safehands Nursery highly enough! From the moment we enrolled our child, the team has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely passionate about what they do - you can really tell they love working with children.
The environment is clean, safe, and
welcoming, with bright, well-equipped rooms and plenty of engaging activities that encourage creativity, learning, and independence. The staff always take the time to update us on our child's progress, share lovely photos, and let us know about any milestones or new things they've learned. It's so reassuring to know our little one is in such capable and caring hands.

My twin daughters started in September 2 days a week, initially one of my daughters was very upset and didn't want to go but after 2 weeks, both of them love going and run into the room smiling. The staff are so friendly and I feel they really take time to know the girls well. There are lots of
organised activities, and I love receiving all the pictures of what they are up to. I am super happy with the girls attending Safehands and fully recommend it.

Our son started nursery in the baby room in September 2025. He has settled in well over the past couple of months and goes in each day happily. We love to see the regular pictures and updates of what he has been getting up to each day on the parent app. He particularly enjoys being in the soft play
room! We were initially concerned about our son's sleep at nursery but the staff have been reassuring and worked with us to support him - he is now sleeping better and we hope it continues! The nursery staff are always welcoming and give us detailed overviews of our child's day when we collect him. We are pleased with the new activities that the staff are putting out for the babies in his room too.

My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting in June. The girls are amazing and caring, always so excited when my daughter arrives. They have helped her with trying new foods and the chef will always try and adapt to a child's taste and make something my daughter will try or will eat. As
a childcare nurse myself I know that my daughter is safe and loved. Always prolongs coming home to show me what she has done today. Best choice I have made.

My 10 month old son is quite a clingy and shy boy, and I was really worried about him attending a nursery, but Safehands have been absolutely amazing! After a week of being there, my son has thrived and become a lot more sociable! He loves the nursery! There is no tears when he goes on a morning and
he's always happy and smiling when I pick him up! This nursery is very good for his needs and personality, and all the staff are so kind and caring. I love that they use the parent app so we can see throughout the day what they have been doing, eaten and nappy changes, and overall communication with parents. I would definitely recommend this nursery to any parent.

My child has been at Safehands since June 2025. The nursery manager is lovely - I wanted to ease my child in and she was accommodating in my child doing half days leading up to full days.
The staff are so lovely and have spent time getting to know my child and how to best help them settle in. They
send regular updates throughout the day via the app and always make time to have a chat at pick-up.
The facilities are great too - a lovely sheltered outdoor area as well as a play area for older children.
I feel confident leaving my child with the team and know they are happy there.

Our son started Safehands in May 2025, and from the very beginning, we have felt completely reassured and grateful for the care he's received. From our very first show around, through the settling-in sessions, to where he is now, the team has consistently gone above and beyond to make him feel safe,
happy, and understood.
What stood out to us immediately was how quickly the staff got to know him as an individual. They paid close attention to his likes, interests, and personality, and it's been such a joy to see how they nurture those with thoughtful activities and gentle encouragement. They've also been incredibly attentive in noticing and celebrating his little milestones and developments, which means so much to us.
The staff are not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely warm and personable. It's clear they care deeply about the children, and the bonds they create are truly special.

My little boy has been at Safehands now for almost 6 months, and I am really happy with the care he receives, as well as the high level of communication to us, I have complete trust in all of the team. Seeing how my little one is flourishing and enjoying nursery puts us at so much ease, and confirms
that we definitely made the right choice after viewing a number of other nurseries.
The facilities are brilliant, it's the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor space and in a lovely setting away from the main roads but conveniently close to the town centre.
The focus on learning and development is really well considered.
I would highly recommend two specific members of staff and the brilliant team.

Our son has been at Safe Hands for just over 2 months now and we have seen some huge improvements with him socially. He absolutely loves going to nursery and it's wonderful to watch him smile and play with his friends there at such a young age. The manager and her staff are extremely attentive and I
love getting regular updates about how he's getting on. We look forward to watching our son continue to grow and develop in such a well nurtured environment. Keep up the great work guys!

Safehands is a really lovely nursery with lots of space for kids to run around and play, but also many areas for learning and development. We knew we were going to choose Safehands as soon as we finished the tour. The staff are very friendly and amazing with little kids and babies. We are very happy
with our choice.

The nursery has undergone a series of changes in recent months and has now settled into a fantastic routine and structure. Our daughter is excited to attend which is the only review I need! It feels like a warmer and welcoming environment for both staff and children. The manager has stepped into the
role with ease and has had a wonderful impact. Our daughter’s key worker is such an important part of her life and she speaks so warmly of her.
It’s been refreshing to see an influx of new toys, resources and books too. It looks like a new nursery.

Since the new manager took over there seems to be a really good energy about the nursery. There are lots of new initiatives and it feels like the team are trying hard to bring a great experience. The nativity in particular was so lovely and clearly everyone had worked hard preparing it.

My child has learnt a lot at nursery and the staff have always been a great support to myself and helping my child learn. It's a really good nursery he's met the best teachers and friends in his time here and we will miss them all, my child will miss everyone. Thank you for all the hard work.

My daughter has been attending Safehands Day Nursery now for two months and has settled in really well.
She was very unsettled to begin with, but the staff were very understanding and consistent and she has now formed secure attachments with her room leaders and is very happy to go into nursery.
I'm very happy with the menus and know my child is getting three good meals a day, plus snacks. I am updated on her day and development on the parent app regularly and get a breakdown of her day by staff at pick-up time.
My daughter has started potty training now and the staff are supporting us with this.
I would definitely recommend Safehands Day Nursery.

Great nursery and staff. My daughter has settled in so well. Staff are able to settle her quickly if she becomes upset and she is happy to go to all staff and not just one particular member. This gives me confidence my daughter has a good relationship with all the staff members in her room. Good
selection of meals and great outdoor space. Would happily recommend this nursery.

My little girl has been attending Safehands for three years. She loves attending twice a week, is always happy at drop off and never wants to leave! Her key workers have been great, especially in preschool. One lady is amazing with the children. My little girl adores her!
There's great outdoor
space and a ball pool inside to tire the children out if it's dreadful outside.
She's learnt so much from being at Safehands and is definitely now ready to face school.
A great team of girls - highly recommend it.

Amazing nursery with enthusiastic, kind, caring and approachable staff. Rooms are always tidy and set up for the children. My son absolutely loves going and really enjoys the outdoor play. He has built amazing bonds with the staff and always has a smile on his face when I pick him up.
