Lovely staff and amazing nursery. The activities that are put on for the children are great and also the little outings which the children go on are amazing, these have caused great excitement in our house. My son has really built his confidence at nursery and I love to hear about what he has been up to as well as seeing pictures of the fun he has had.

My child has been attending since February 2024 and I can't say anything bad about this nursery. We are greeted with a smile at the door by the staff and they always share a lowdown of the day on pick-up. After the arrival of my second child, we went through a stage of becoming upset, and the staff helped me adjust to the change. They read stories about becoming a sibling and followed my routine of giving a rundown of the day to help. I have nothing but good things to say about Blue Sky Nursery, the staff is amazing, and every time I have collected my child I see them interacting with children through play, songs, or reading books. My child comes home singing new nursery rhymes each week along with pictures and paintings too. I would definitely recommend this place

Staff are always fantastic and give a comprehensive report on how my child's day has gone. I believe they know my child well enough to understand when she is happy or sad, this demonstrates that the staff care and the culture is very positive. Please keep up the hard work, I could not recommend enough.

Absolute wonderful staff. My daughter was up and down about starting and would cry at drop off but the staff reassured me she would be fine (which she was) and even said I could call to check how she settled after her meltdown. Now, she just walks straight in all happy and it's great to see. One staff member in particular is lovely and my daughter seems to love going to see her as well as her new friends she making. The manager also does an amazing job and is very helpful even with the parents if they need her.

Lovely staff. Seem to have a varied range of activities and good outdoor play area. It would be great if we could get a bit more feedback each day on what activities they get up to as we often find out several weeks later. Home-cooked meals provided daily by the lovely cook.

All the staff members are lovely. Great facilities, day trips and imaginative activities. I like that there are regular parent evenings so I get a thorough update on how my children are doing. Both my children are very happy attending Blue Sky.

My daughter loves the nursery, she really enjoys time she spends there. Nursery staff are very friendly and creative. They always come up with fun stuff to do and learn! Really can recommend the place.

I'm so happy with them - all the staff are helpful, kind and friendly. This is not the first time I have chosen them to help me take care of my kids. They are careful to convey all the details of what my daughter does, what activities she prefers, what she eats, likes/unlike and if something bad happens.

Would highly recommend the Blue Sky Day Nursery Cottingham. My little boy loves it here. The team have encouraged his speech and language development by personalising teaching to his needs and going at his pace. They are great at communication, whether that be what he’s had for lunch or what's going on in the local area. They have a varied program, take in events and are eager to share what the children have been doing daily, so you are kept in the loop. I love the emphasis they have on building the childrens life skills and not just meeting educational targets. This includes visits to the local area and plenty of outside play. The staff are always so friendly and easy to talk to, and nothing is too much. They are always very cooperative with any concerns you may have.

My daughter has been at this nursery for over a year and has settled so well. She started in the baby room which provided such nuturing care and she has now moved into the toddler room. The staff arrange lots of great activities to fill her day and the meals she eats there are excellent and the variety of foods that she tries is brilliant. She has lots of opportunities for outdoor play and she has made lots of friends which is very reassuring. I particularly love the little cosy book areas where the can snuggle up with a story and the themed activities that they do each month The staff are super friendly and always provide a detailed handover at pick up time. So pleased we found this gem of a nursery, would recommend to anyone.

Blue Sky has always been a very caring setting for both of my children (the oldest is now school-age). Some staff have changed over the years, but it's really reassuring to see some of the same faces that cared for my eldest now looking after my youngest. The new staff that have joined are all also very attentive, loving and calm with the kids, as well as knowledgeable about learning. The setting itself is very well-equipped and designed. My youngest absolutely loves going, she can't get out of the door fast enough! Since Blue Sky have taken over the only downside is it has become more expensive. I understand why, but it has stretched us. That being said, the level of care has not changed with the ownership, and I am still confident this is the right place for my 2-year-old to be.

My daughter is always so excited to attend the nursery- she adores all of the staff and she has so much fun! They make such an effort with all the activities and it seems like a lovely warm, welcoming place.

My child has attended the setting for well over a year and we have never had any concerns or complaints. She enjoys nursery and is always coming home to tell us what fun she had that day. Her three practitioners are always spoken of so highly by our daughter and it is clear they have built a great relationship with her. The setting has helped our daughter learn and develop whilst having lots of fun along the way.

I cannot thank the staff enough for their support and effort made with my son. They have been so supportive in encouraging and supporting my son in improving and developing his communication and have been accommodating to his needs. The staff are all so lovely and supportive. It was the best decision putting my little boy into Blue Sky Day Nursery!

Fantastic nursery staff, kind, caring, thoughtful. My child is a fussy eater and doesn't like being left but the nursery is very accommodating, ensuring we all have a positive experience, as a family, for the first time our baby went to nursery. Ensured it was a nice, easy transition. Great team.

My son is currently at Wishing Well and my daughter was there all the way up until school so I have a good understanding of how the nursery works. I could not recommend Wishing Well more, the staff are so caring and go above and beyond to take care of their children well. My son has developed so much since being there. They have an extremely good focus on making sure the children develop in all aspects like speech, reading, eating and social awareness as well as all the fun stuff. The communication is excellent you receive daily updates in a notebook from staff which I really appreciate and there's also an online portal that is full of pictures and videos so you can see what your child is learning and experiencing, it is an excellent nursery and I wouldn't send my kids anywhere else.

my child(<1yr) has not long been at Wishing Well Nursery. On the whole he seems to enjoy it and had settled in well. There is a covered outdoor space for him to investigate and the play areas change throughout the day. We get a notebook on an evening to tell us what he has been up to and there is the online portal where we can see pictures and notes from the previous week. The staff seem to engage with the children well, however the staff in his room have changed this week, causing him to be more unsettled as he hasn't known them. I would say the management is a little chaotic - maybe this is due to him starting in the summer months but he didn't have as many settling in sessions as I'd have liked due to staff shortages, I was given his invoice and asked to pay it that day and the communication from the manager was lacking - not returning calls and messages not passed on. He has 2 snacks and lunch at nursery - these are well balanced and as a menu is shared we can plan dinner better.

Lovely staff and amazing nursery.
