Kids Planet Boston Spa is such a special place. I could not recommend this nursery enough. The management and staff are so welcoming and always take an interest in your children and their families. There is such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and an open door policy where you feel you can chat to
staff. Staff always take the time to feedback on how your little one has got on in the day with such positivity and reassurance. Since our son started at this nursery he has come on leaps and bounds with his physical development, interactions and eating.
The nursery go above and beyond with extra activities such as baby band on a weekly basis and there are regular stay and play sessions for parents to get involved in too. Our son has just moved from the baby room to the toddler room. Staff ensured he had plenty of transitions to help with this.
It is such a wonderful community. The staff are incredibly nurturing and safeguarding is excellent. Would highly recommend.

I have two children in this nursery and I couldn't be happier with the experience they have both had over the last 3 years.
The staff are all lovely and so invested in supporting and developing them. Naomi (the manager) and all the other staff around her are so welcoming and genuinely take an
interest in the children's lives.
They also get to do additional activities, such as baby band, forest school and Spanish. In the pre school room they also now spend a lot of time doing sports outside, with Jack, which is great for their development (and the children seem to absolutely love this).
I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone considering it.

My daughter currently attends KP BS in the toddler room, I couldn't be happier with the love and care she receives. All the staff work so hard. They love telling you all about their day little moments or conversations they have had with my daughter, i really feel like they all care and have a great
connection. The app is fantastic I love seeing what my daughter gets up too and keeping in touch. They play outside all year round rain or shine which was so important to me. The activities they play with the children are fantastic and everything is about learning through play, another key factor for me. My daughter's language and communication has gone from strength to strength. Shes also tried lots of new food with the encouragement of the staff. We are currently potty training and the continued support the team bring to every journey and aspect of our life is just fantastic. My daughter loves nursery and the team so much she draws pictures for them when at home. Asking to see them.

When my daughter first joined this nursery she had only just started walking, and couldn't put together many words. We were very concerned she was going to struggle as seemed very far behind others in her own age group. Within a few weeks of her joining the change in her was unbelievable. She came
on leaps and bounds with her speech and absolutely loved spending time with both the staff and the other children. The updates we received on the app were fantastic, and all the staff members always had time to talk to us and tell us what they had been doing at the end of each day. My daughter graduated from nursery in August and has gone on to 'Big School' in the best ever prepared way possible. We felt really emotional to leave Kids Planet behind, as they were such a big part of my daughter's life. And I will be forever grateful to them for the kindness and support they showed her whilst she was there.

We have been really pleased with how our daughter has settled into nursery and how the staff at Boston Spa have facilitated this. We love the updates via the app, and seeing her enjoying herself and playing games gives us reassurance that she is having a nice time at nursery. The way staff have
informed us (on the very odd occasion) of incidents such as bumps and falls has been very professional. The class sizes are small, and the children spend time outside, which is something we were looking for. Overall, very happy with how our daughter is cared for.

I’m super happy with this nursery which my daughter goes to.
She absolutely loves going to nursery. She’s always so happy when she sees her key workers on a morning which makes me feel at ease her being there.
I think it’s amazing that they do so many different activities during the day to help
them learn and develop.
They always provide good healthy meals and snacks which I think is brilliant.
I was always worried about putting my daughter into nursery at a young age but I’m so glad I did now I’ve seen how much fun she has!

Excellent nursery. Our daughter has been going to Kids Planet Boston Spa since she was 6 months old and they provide a lovely environment for her to develop and progress. We enjoy getting the updates on Capture during her nursery days. All the staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to make
sure she is happy and comforted at the same time as developing her skills and enabling her to take part in a wide range of activities both inside and outdoors.

We are happy with preschool, especially access to things like forest school. The staff are friendly and there are lots of lovely resources inside the classroom. They are good with updating the app in terms of what he has been doing and eating each day.

Generally very happy with the nursery and the staff. My daughter is happy there and seems to be thriving and I feel that the staff are supportive of our family. The management staff are extremely passionate about the nursery and do a great job of running a nurturing environment.

My daughter has been coming to Twinkles/Kids Planet since January 2022. She has came on so much in herself, she has her own little character and is really confident. I believe coming to nursery from 11 months of age has really had input on her development. She comes home and she has learnt how to do
songs with actions etc. She loves nursery, has never cried once and settled in so well. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Excellent nursery - the staff are so attentive to my son's needs. They have ensured he settled in seamlessly. I love the variety of activities they do across a day and the focus on child development from as early as babies is stand out in my mind. The outside space is accessible to the baby room and
used a lot - it’s a great space to ensure fresh air and outdoor play. Capture; the online diary system is well used and includes pictures and basic routines of my son's day. I find this very informative and helpful - provides great memories too. Excellent overall experience with wonderful staff and management who are friendly, approachable and open-minded to discussions. I'm so grateful we got a place here. Thank you.

My son has attended Kids Planet Boston Spa since October 2020. I was nervous about sending him to Nursery from 6 months but it was one of the best decisions we made. The Staff are all incredible, they have a genuine love for all the children and go above and beyond to ensure that they are happy, and
comforted, and feel as though the Nursery is their second home. The facilities are brilliant and my son’s development has been excellent from day 1. He is such a happy and confident little boy and he has developed such brilliant social skills. In October 2021, our son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and it was a very traumatic time for us. I will forever be grateful to the Nursery as they helped me to push for a diagnosis after noticing that my son’s behaviour had changed. They all trained to be able to manage his condition on a daily basis and have done such an amazing job. I know that he is in the safest hands every day which is the best comfort you can ask for.

Since sending our little boy to Twinkles last year, we have found the nursery staff to be consistently professional, well organised, caring and communicative. Our son has not had the easiest time settling in, and all members of staff we’ve encountered have gone out of their way to help him and us to
feel more comfortable.
The COVID situation was well managed by the nursery, and parents were kept up to date throughout the lockdown and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Twinkles to other parents.

Our three boys currently attend Twinkles (x2 Shooting Stars and x1 Rising Stars) and we’ve always been really happy with the care they receive. From manager to key worker to chef, every staff member is thoughtful, caring and, importantly, fun. The management of the recent pandemic has been fantastic
- reassuringly thorough with safety measures but also taking a common-sense approach to the individual needs of the child. The rooms are set up with interesting items to play with and the garden is a real highlight. Fully recommend.

We have used Twinkles since our child was 10-months-old. More recently, we have continued using wraparound care throughout the pandemic crisis. The dedication of the care team during the height of lockdown has been remarkable. The team, led by the nursery manager, have never failed to deliver an
excellent child-centred service. They have tackled every challenge this situation has thrown at them head-on, without the hint of an impact on the experience children have. Since the creation of bubbles, they have continued to provide an excellent level of care, ensuring that my child has been fully cared for and engaged. We have been very happy with Twinkles since our child started in 2016, however, this dedication over the last few months has made us all the more grateful for their care. Well done to the manager and the team.

My son has been attending Twinkles since he was 10-months-old. He’ll be at school in September and has had a happy few years at nursery. Everyone looking after him has been so helpful and caring and the atmosphere always feels positive and warm. I’d happily recommend Twinkles to other families

Twinkles Nursery has provided exceptional care for both my boys. The staff are wonderful, highly aware of the needs of my child and playing an integral role in their development, encouraging communication with parents to best meet each child's development needs. I have been very impressed and
touched by the effort my child's key worker has made.
Extracurricular activities like Forest School and Spanish lessons are a great addition.

Both of my children currently attend Twinkles and have done since September 2019. They are really settled there and are so happy when I pick them up that they don’t want to come home!
Both of their key workers (and the other nursery staff) are really involved in their development, and feedback to
me daily on what both kids have been doing and learning.
Whenever I’ve had any questions or concerns about either child, the nursery has worked with me to address it and made an effort to give extra attention to help my children when needed.
Twinkles is a really happy, safe and secure environment and the staff really care about the children and want to help them grow into intelligent, confident individuals.
One of my children has severe allergies and Twinkles have been really vigilant and accommodating with him. Making sure he’s never left out at mealtimes and is always safe if foods he is allergic to are being consumed by other children.
Well done Twinkles!
