My little girl does 1 day a week and before nursery never got left with any apart from me or dad! From the settling in sessions till now she's settled so well thanks to the staff and the reassurance we got. Before I even got home I'd receive an update saying she's setttled which gave me a sense of
relief I can continue my day she's fine! I've always been a worrier and both rooms my children are in the staff always give me a heads up on how they are doing development wise and in general.

Rooms staffs and office members are all nice and caring, the toilets are clean, variety of food is served and nice engagements are always running. Just I think there could be more present staffs in rooms as rooms are sometimes so busy.

My daughter attends little rascals nursery has done since she was 12 months old. She thoroughly enjoys all the activities and all the staff are amazing. Cannot fault anything in the nursery. She has made great memories and great friends even with the staff. Food options are varied and healthy

Little rascals has been great so far. I like how accommodating the nursery is to parents situation. They are very responsive and communicate clearly with parents well. My child loves being here and now he looks forward to going to nursery everyday. He's picked up so much lessons and he tells me
about what they do daily which is amazing. Their use of the app is such a great way of keep parents informed so that we don't miss out on important things. Thank you Little Rascal.

My child loves going to nursery and has developed excellent relationships with both staff and other children. The range of activities are extremely varied and his development has soared since attending. Staff are approachable, caring and professional and there is a wonderful warm and friendly
atmosphere from the moment you step through the door.

I Would highly recommend little rascals private day nursery . All the staff/ management are friendly and polite and great with the kids , they give you complete piece of mind that your child is in good hands whilst your trying to work, with frequent updates on how your child has been through out
the day , they respond to any questions or enquiries you have through the chat almost immediately. My daughter attending this nursery has brought on her social, motoring and friendship bonding skills massively .

My little boy started in January and has come on leaps and bounds since attending little rascals. The compassion and care the staff has is amazing and nothing is ever to much for them. Constantly updating you with photos and messages which has definitely made the whole process so much nicer. Daisy,
Claire, Joana and lexi are amazing staff. Especially daisy who keeps us updated with my little boys week, with weekly updates on what he has done that week. I couldnt recommend the nursery enough.

Honestly....this nursery and all their staff have been amazing, they've helped me so much with my 2 girls! Such helpful and wonderful people. I would recommend this nursery to any parent wanting a great start to their kids lives

You can see the money you pay each month being spent on improving the nursery and the learning experience.
My child is happy and excited about his days at nursery and comes home with loads of exciting stories to tell.
My child has had some difficulty with behavior however the staff have kept us
informed and help make adjustments to help with my child's struggles. The SENCO have help monitor my child and recommend adjustments both at nursery and home.
My child's key worker April keeps us updated on everything that goes on. She is kind and approached. And the term reports are well written and informative.
My child has had some medication needs while at nursery. The staff are attentive to his medical needs and medication requirements and have been amazing throughout these times.
As a mum I feel reassured and relaxed on the days my child attends the nursery. Knowing he is happy and safe and well cared for.
Would recommend to any parent requiring a nursery.

We have been extremely happy with care our son has recieved so far. The staff are extremely friendly and communication is excellent. We receive regular updates via the family app which we appreciate. Staff are constantly using their initiative to keep playtime fresh so he gets to experience a
variety.

The staff are so lovely and helpful! I have two boys that go here and they absolutely love it! They come home with new knowledge! Their updates make my anxious mind at ease knowing my children are happy with friends!

They always meet the needs of my child when she is upset or hurt.
They listen to parents and their wishes they have for their child in helping them grown and learn and if they have done something at Nursey they speak about it and suggest trying it at home as well.
If you have any concerns or
need some support or advice they are always there to help and listen to you.
They always update you with how your child's day has been through the app and they are always fast at replying when you want to check in on your child throughout the day.

My child moved up rooms just after the Christmas break. The staff in his new room are incredible - they've helped him settle so quickly and he's going in so much easier on a morning too! Parent communication is always brilliant and he loves nursery that much it's a battle to get him to come home at
the end of the day!

Both my children are happy here, they have lovely caring staff and key workers. Lots of activities that are very varied. Good outdoors facilities. Management are visible and approachable. I also love the regular updates and photos on the app.

I have had my daughter in this nursery now for almost two months in that time she has come along so well her vocabulary has progressed and she is just a happier overall she loves seeing her friends at nursery I wouldn't send her anywhere else the staff are so kind even though my son doesn't attend
there yet they always greet him with a smile and say hello to him. I have a homely feeling when dropping and picking up my child communication is outstanding as well as updates to what my child has eaten how much she has eaten how she's slept and her nappies ect when picking her up her hand overs have always exceeded expectations I could stand talking to the girls for hours. the nursery is alway clean and has activities set out we can't thank little rascals enough for bringing her out of her shell.

My little boy attends little rascals and has done now for just over a year, we are really happy with the nursery setting, the rooms always look inviting and theirs always really good activities set up for the children to explore, they go out every single day which is what I love, my boy loves being
on the move and loves everything physical so to be able to explore the outdoor area daily is a plus for us! My little boy is happy in the room and I'm at peace when I'm leaving him there to go to work, he's made some little friends and it's really good to be kept up to date during the day via the app. I'm really happy we picked this nursery as the staff are so lovely and inviting. The communication between myself, the room staff and the management is 10/10.

Absolutely amazing nursery staff are incredibly kind and caring for each and every child that attends, would highly recommend.
Although if I was to suggest something it would be to more days out to the local surroundings for example lovely walks to see nature, and maybe the local library more
often for the older children to read some books

My little one has been going to this nursery for nearly one year now. My eldest child went to another nursery in the local area which I was not happy with. I then discovered this nursery, I am sooo happy I found it.
I am receiving constant updates throughout the day of my little one knowing what
he had eaten and done that day. Each day I see pictures of the interactive sessions the staff do with the children.
Recently they have placed on school trips which have been great and have other future trips planned.
I feel this nursery has developed my trust and I feel safe leaving my little on me there whilst I work.
I always highly recommend this nursery to my friends and family members.

My little girl has been going here for 2 years now she loves it and has really become so much more confident I feel nursery has really helped her become the little girl she is today.
The only thing I would like to change is the food . It seems to not rotate much and it's always sandwiches or soup
in the evening.
Also when I collect my little girl there is a few staff members that give me the Same ' she's has a great day' which I'm sure most days she does but not every day is the same I'd like a bit more in depth of how her day has been as I hear this repeatedly said to a lot of parents during collections

I have 2 kids who attend Little Rascals station road and they both absolutely love it!.Even on their days off my girl who's older still asks if they are going to nursery! At first I was concerned my son who is very quiet and reserved would struggle to settle in but not long after starting his waves
his dad goodbye at drop off and goes to his keyworker .The staff are amazing and pay close attention to detail.10/10 nursery !
