This is a phenomenal place for young children and we could not be happier with our son's experience here over the past two years. Activities are planned for the children everyday which capture their interests and really help to push them on in their learning. Expectations for what these young people
can do are high at all.times but all children are supported to be able to meet these expectations. As a result, I feel confident that my son will make a good transition to primary school because of what he has learnt here. The staff are wonderfully caring and build great relationships; my son talks about his carers all the time. And I particularly love the way they celebrate events and special days...there is always something going on or outside people coming in to run interesting sessions. The outdoor space is incredible and my son has flourished from being free to be able to explore this each day. We could not recommend this nursery any more highly!

I could not be happier with Esscroft for my two children - the care that they take along with the opportunities presented are above and beyond, and I really feel like my children are thriving in such a wonderful environment.

My youngest is still in Esscroft nursery and my middle child has now left. It really is an outstanding nursery with genuinely lovely and caring staff. My son is going in to year 1 in September and still asks to go back to nursery. We have been very lucky and are so grateful to the wonderful managers
and all the staff.

Esscroft is a nurturing, fun and safe place. My child has excelled in confidence, and communication and has made so many lovely friends. He loves to learn and through the range of activities (from foresting to inside tasks) you can see his development is being well considered by the nursery staff.
The rooms are always filled with books, toys and artwork from the children which is beautiful to see. I am delighted they have a pre-school so he can continue his happy educational journey there!

The nursery is absolutely brilliant with the best facilities and beautifully kept grounds. The staff are all friendly and engaging and they all seem to truly take an interest in each child. I couldn't recommend the nursery more! The home cooked meals are exceptional!

Esscroft nursery had such a profound impact on our daughter's social, emotional and physical development. She made strong bonds with all her key people and her group mates which shows the unique care and attention that is provided. Also, we joke that she eats better at the nursery than her parents
at home - the quality of the meals served is exceptional. We already know that Esscroft is giving a rock solid foundation to our daughter's future life.

My daughter has thrived at Esscroft. The variety of activities and opportunities she has taken part in so far have been amazing for a child so young, and the updates we get allow us to see what she's been up to. The practitioners in her room are knowledgeable and have carefully chosen the toys and
activities to help her learn while playing, and they are always happy to adapt their methods to suit individual children. We've also been impressed with how much time she spends outside. The grounds of the nursery are well taken care of and have lots of interesting things for the children to see and do, and this changes with the season. We are very happy with our decision to send our daughter to Esscroft.

Esscroft is an excellent nursery. I was so nervous about my son starting but seeing how much he loves and enjoys it makes such a difference. Every day he runs in and if I'm early to pick him up he wants to go back in! The facilities are brilliant, the outdoor space is amazing which is what drew me
to Esscroft in the first place. All the staff are kind, caring and compassionate towards the children and family members.

I cannot praise Esscroft enough for the amazing care and encouragement they provide my 2 year old daughter. Since the moment I looked around pregnant, I knew it was the right choice and have never looked back. The staff, from management to chef, are all incredible and do everything they can to make
sure the kids are nurtured and thriving. It's no surprise Esscroft wins award after award. The communication is 10/10 and the app is just perfect. The outdoor spaces in particular are wonderful and the kids are outside as much as possible. It really is an idyllic setting for learning and exploring. My daughter is always excited to go to nursery and has built genuine connections with room staff and made friends. It is such a critical time in a young child's life and I am beyond thrilled that I chose Esscroft to support her during this time. 100% recommended.

We now have two children at Esscroft since our daughter joined the baby room in January at 6 months old. We are so grateful for the care, dedication, and support that the team at Esscroft give towards every child; it's so comforting as a working mother to know that my children are being looked after
so well, their skills are being developed, and their interests nurtured.

After the initial worry of sending my daughter to nursery I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She has been at Esscroft just over a year now and I can hand on heart say she has never once cried going to nursery or ever expressed not wanting to go. She loves being greeted by the staff every time
she attends. The grounds are amazing with so much greenery and open space. The activities they arrange for the children are so varied and entertaining. They also go above and beyond at special occasions such as Christmas, the children's birthdays etc. I am also always amazed by their varied healthy menu they provide for the children. So happy with our choice!

I had initially been anxious about taking my 10-month-old to a nursery setting as I had been worried it would be too much for her, but she has settled brilliantly. Thanks to the committed and skilled staff, and the nurturing, well-resourced environment, it’s clear she really loves her days at
nursery. Her development has leapt forward since she started, especially socially and with her eating (she absolutely loves the meals at nursery - we didn’t think she was capable of eating so much food!). Best of all the communication with the nursery is outstanding and offers an enormous amount of reassurance - we get regular updates on the app about how her day is going, and getting pictures of her enjoying herself and doing activities just makes our day. Choosing Esscroft was the best decision we could have made for her (and us).

Esscroft is special for two reasons - the nurturing family atmosphere and the fantastic grounds. My children are incredibly lucky to go to Esscroft, there’s so much space and the staff team are so warm and loving. I will forever be grateful for the wonderful memories the team create for my children

Our son really loves going to Esscroft and has made lots of friends and developed so quickly. He's been there since he was a baby and is now one of the oldest in preschool. The outside space really sets it apart from the other nurseries around.

What a fantastic place! My daughter absolutely loves it there. The staff are so attentive and caring. The feedback we get from them is wonderful, I really get the feeling that they genuinely care about every single child and making sure they are progressing the way they should.

My 2nd child is currently at Esscroft, my 1st previously attended and is now at school. The staff are all lovely and friendly regardless of role. They cater for my childs individual needs. The outdoor space is amazing. My child loves the range of activities he does

My child has recently started in Pygyms and I am over the moon with how amazing, caring and passionate all the staff have been. My daughter was only 6 months old when she started and I felt so confident leaving her with the brilliant team. She is full of smiles when I drop her off and they engage in
brilliant activities. They have really encouraged the weaning process and sensory development. The outside space at Esscroft is very special and it’s great to hear that the children have been on nature walks exploring. I feel extremely lucky to be able to send my daughter to Esscroft. Highly recommend it and can’t thank the team enough!

My child has been attending Esscroft since a week before his first birthday (he is now 4 and will be heading to reception in September) he has loved every single day - the care and support he has received in every provision has been exceptional. His confidence in conversing with adults and his peers
is second to none and I really value how much the staff sit with him throughout the day and at meal times and have meaningful conversations - one of the greatest barriers for development is language but at Esscroft this is a priority due to the family ethos that make it such an inviting place for the community.
The events at Christmas, summer parties and sports days all enhance the experiences of the young people and make them feel valued and a sense of belonging to a wider community which in the current climate is wonderful.

I have a child in the pre school. She has the best time. In a wonderful environment with professional friendly staff. She is my 3rd child to attend the nursery I would never look anywhere else. All my children have attended the first in 2003. It just gets better and better.

Esscroft Private Nursery is a great setting for a nursery, with lots of outside space for the children to enjoy. All the staff are really friendly and they do a really good job at supporting the children’s development, continually keeping the parents updated with progress and the various activities.
