Amazing Nursery every single staff member is welcoming and wonderful. Orlaith loves Nursery, and we are grateful for how much they have helped her settle in, and for how well they look after her whilst in their care.

The nursery have been very accommodating with me and my family and have put a lot of things in place to help with my family and our children. One of my children is a school leaver and has been at the nursery since he was 10 months old. He's in the process of an EHCP and being seen by the
paediatrician which the nursery have put everything in place for which means when he goes to school in September hopefully we will have the right help and support for him. All the staff are very friendly and supportive with both children and they get treated brilliantly, both my children love coming to nursery and that's what makes me feel like it was the best nursery for us all. All the staff are very approachable too if you need anything they are always happy to assist when needed. Lovely environment lots of choice for the children with play, and crafts, and a great outdoor space including the Tipi. Overall great nursery and worth the travel too.

My son Harry attends Fernhurst Kids planet and has received fantastic support, care and guidance from all the staff. Harry has additional send needs which has been flagged and support by the whole team. Its fair to say I would of been lost without the staff and senco support charlie in how best to
meet Harry needs. Charlie has gone above and beyond to ensure Harry has the correct support in place from involving SEND advisory team to support practionsor to Charlie completed assessments and forms to making making referrals. I would not of know where to start a massive thank you. The forest school is amazing too. The chef lady Gilly she worked theyre for 16 years and cooks home.made food every day that smells yummy. Top nursery my daughter attended 9 years ago and its even better Claire

A Wonderful Nursery That Feels Like Family
Kids Planet Nursery has been part of our journey since my little one was just 9 months old, and I honestly couldn't have wished for a better place for him to grow, learn, and thrive. Every room he has moved through has had an exceptional key worker who
truly took the time to understand him, support him, and bring out the best in him. Their dedication has made such a difference at every stage.
The staff consistently go above and beyond - whether it's offering reassurance during transitions, celebrating his achievements, or creating a warm, nurturing environment where he feels safe and confident. It's clear how much love and effort they put into their work, and it shows in the way my child has flourished.
Now that he's approaching his last year at nursery, I feel incredibly grateful for the foundation Kids Planet has given him. He's grown into a happy, confident little boy, and so much of that is thanks to the amazing team who have supported him

I cannot fault this nursery. My daughter has been coming since she was in the baby room and she is now in preschool. The staff go above and beyond. I've built up such positive relationships with the staff in the all the rooms and it's so lovely to walk in and know everyone and be able to talk about
my child's progress. My child is so happy at nursery and comes home with so much to tell me about her day. I also love that they let the children play outside no matter the weather.

My little one started when he was only 10 months. He settled very quickly as the staff were great with him. Now he loves going to nursery and always seems happy when I pick him. They provide amazing home cooked meals and fully halal too! The outdoor area is great and the staff occasionally take the
babies out for a stroll to see the ducks which is lovely! He has also learnt a lot, such as, actions to nursery rhymes, sharing and taking turns when playing with other children, his colours etc..

My little girl attends pre school, the girls are absolutley fantastic with her. They always have the time to listen to anything I have to say in regards to my child's needs. They put so much effort into my little girl and the comfort she feels at nursery makes me feel really relaxed. There is always
great communication too. I have to mention that Sam, Sammy, paige and Charlie always have been fantastic with her and they have created a bond with my little girl which ensures she has so much fun at nursery. I could not be more grateful for the time they put into her & the relationship with me and her dad.

My daughter has been going to Kids Planet Fernhurst Court since she was in the baby room, and she's now in preschool. The best thing about the nursery is the staff they are always supportive in a morning when leaving offering lots of support. They've been amazing the whole time, in every room.
There is a forest school and more outdoor activities. The learning and extra activities have improved with activity's to take home.
The food is good and there's a nice variety which is healthy.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a caring and supportive place with great staff who are always trying to make things even better for the children.

Our daughter has been attending nursery since Nov 2025 and our experience has been very positive.
She has settled quickly and seems to really enjoy her days at nursery. She does a wide variety of activities and we have really noticed her development coming on since she started.
When she
started at nursery she had a restricted diet, which the nursery managed very well.
The staff are kind and caring. We feel very happy leaving our daughter in their care.

Very good. My little one loves going here and her confidence has picked up since joining here. I feel like she is safe hands. All staff are caring and attentive and friendly .And give regular updates.They do lots of funs activities with learning incorporated. And i feel like this nursery has good
security .My little one enjoys it. And talks about her day when she comes home.

What an amazing nursery. The staff go above and beyond for the children, the learning Curriculum is great to see how nature, teaching children to be independent and an individual nurturing approach is used per child. My child has been there since September 2024 and from being a shy timid 20 month
old to now a loud, confident and independent young little boy.
The nursery is exceptional at helping parents when there is an issue with childcare and work demands, they will always try to offer flexibility.
The staff have regular catch ups to discuss progress and how I can aid my child's learning at home.
The friendly emails and learning packs are so thoughtful. This nursery really goes above and beyond to create an amazing learning environment. I know my child is safe and well cared for at this nursery. I am grateful for how each staff member has adapted to my son's style of learning.

The girls go above and beyond for the children, both my children days in nursery. Home cooked food, great outdoor area for the children and fabulous staff.

Cant rate the nursery highly enough for the care that they provide for our daughter.
All of the staff can't do enough for her and are always letting us know what she has been upto and the foods she is eating.
All of the staff are always welcoming and say hello to our daughter even if they are
in different areas.
I would definitely recommend the nursery to other families. An brilliant service from a brilliant team

My daughter has been coming to Kids Planet Fernhurst Court since she was in the Baby room and she's now in Preschool getting ready for school! The best thing about the nursery is the staff, they've all been amazing throughout her time there, in each of the rooms. They are really friendly,
supportive, kind and can't do enough for the children. The extension of the outdoor area, inclusion of 'forest school'and more outdoor activities has greatly improved, along with curriculum learning and extra curricular activities.
The food is a good range and good standard however tea is served quite early and is a light offering (dinner is always a hot, full offering) so most children will have to eat again at home.
I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a nurturing, caring environment with fantastic staff who are always looking to improve in any way and add extra value to the children's days.

Been sending my little one to this nursery since September. He loves going and is always excited to be there. The staff I have met are lovely and my child is very comfortable with them. Since being there his walking has come along sooo quickly. I love they put information on the app and feel I'm
always kept well informed on his progress and days at nursery.

My little one started at the nursery in September 2024 and she has come along amazing at home with her speech. She's 3 now, but she didn't speak until she was 18 months and in the little time she's been at the nursery she has come along so much. She loves having conversations with us, can tell us
her needs and has even started sharing. The team that works there are such lovely caring people, they've made my daughter feel so comfortable there.
If I could give more stars I would, this nursery and the team are phenomenal.

My grandson attends Kids Planet at Blackburn and he is always so excited to go - he always comes home at the end of the day excited to tell you about his day at nursery. The teachers and staff have so much experience in preparing the children for school whilst also being kind and caring. He is well
looked after and all his needs are always met, Kids Planet have a varied range of activities to help the children develop. Highly recommend them.

My son has settled in so well. He gets so giddy when I drop him off, all the staff are lovely and always let me know how he has been throughout the day. I particularly love the different activities they do. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I have two children that attend this nursery and could not speak any more highly of it. The staff are absolutely brilliant and are thoroughly invested in the children's learning and development. They all care so much about the children that they look after day in, day out and each member of staff
will take the time to speak to parents, explain everything in detail and answer all questions you may have. Myself and my children love the nursery and all the staff.

Kids Planet Blackburn was a great place for my little boy. He had nearly 3 years there and he loved it. Watching him develop and grow whilst attending this nursery was amazing and it was helped by the wonderful staff who are caring, knowledgeable and want the best for all children. They do so many
things with them all. So many connections were formed. Was sad for him to leave.
