As soon as we viewed this nursery we instantly felt comfortable and knew this was the one. Best decision we've made. Our little boy is so happy in his room and has a great relationship with his key worker. He's bonded so well with other staff too because they all genuinely care and make an effort to
get to know the children on an individual basis. It's always clean and tidy. They do different activities and there's always the option of outdoor time. It's great that they have the app to keep us up to date as well (not all nurseries do!). Our little boy has come on leaps and bounds since starting here, the staff have been amazing with him. I feel safe leaving him in their care - what more can you ask for? Brilliant nursery.

Busy bees at RPH is a great nursery that is extra convenient for staff working on site. Our daughter has had some additional health requirements and all of the staff have been so attentive in ensuring they meet her needs. Our little one loves going there and it's clear that the staff really care
well for her. Would definitely recommend!

Really good nursery who take into account shift work and last minute changes. The staff and manager have always take into consideration our last minute changes which has been a great help for us.
The nursery itself is very good and the staff are very experienced in handling children and bridging
them over from class to class and different changes.
Our children struggled adapting to nursery and changing rooms but staff put in the necessary measures to make her feel more comfortable and it was really reassuring
I would recommend this nursery and we will be sending our other child once they get a bit older.

Deciding which nursery to send our Son to was a very difficult and important decision. We had decided on Busy bees @ Preston hospital after reading reviews / having recommendation's from friends and family and it has honestly been the best decision we have made.
I am very happy and satisified with
the care my son has received since starting back in October 2025. He had settled in really quickly and since starting nursery he is developing really well, he has come on loads, better than I expected!
Management are always very welcoming and warming on arrival. And are always available for any questions / queries I may have.
The 3 ladies who look after him in the baby room are absolutely incredible. I can happily leave him for the day knowing he is being cared for and looked after and is safe.
They always go above and beyond and always show genuine care and compassion towards him which has been very reassuring to me as a 1st time Mum.
I could not recommend Busy bees enough.

From the moment I went to view the nursery I knew from the office staff to the individual nursery workers I would be happy to leave my little boy in their care.
The cleanliness of the nursery, the staff and the organisation stood out above the rest I went to view. As an anxious first time mum I
knew I had to have a personal connection with my boys key worker, and that is exactly what I have. I couldn't be happier with all aspects of the nursery

Busy Bees @ Preston Hospital has been the best decision we made. My daughter is developing better than we had expected. They take the time out to really work with her, take all her needs into account and make great use of the app to keep us updated.
I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

My 1-year-old started Busy Bees Preston Hospital at the beginning of September and all the staff have gone above and beyond to settle him in and make us feel comfortable. The management staff are lovely, super helpful and really professional and the girls are so warming, welcoming and reassuring.
Nothing is ever too much! Leaving your baby somewhere is really difficult but the staff here make it feel so much easier. Thank you ladies!

My daughter has attended Busy Bees since she was 8 months old, she is now a happy, confident and clever little girl. She has thrived ever since starting and we can not thank the staff enough. All the staff have been so amazing and know our girl inside out. The nursery manager welcomes us with a big
smile every day and my daughter loves her. The daily activities my daughter does at nursery really are amazing and so creative. Recently, my daughter went on an autumn walk collecting leaves and sticks which we absolutely love. The meals that are provided for our daughter are always so nutritious. We want to thank Busy Bees for all their hard work, they really have given our daughter the best start to her nursery life!

Our daughter absolutely loves going to Busy Bees Nursery, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, their attentiveness and dedication to the children really shows, watching our daughter come on leaps and bounds since starting is mostly down to the staff and time they spend with her, teaching her and
helping her grow. Our daughter has allergies and they have gone above and beyond to ensure it is a safe environment for her and always ensure alternatives are available so she is included amongst her friends. I would definitely recommend Busy Bees Nursery to anyone who asked me.

I now only have one child at nursery and he loves it. He struggled with settling into his new room but the staff have been amazing and made the transition so easy for him and for me.
My eldest started school this year and was so prepared for it after her time here at nursery. Their graduation
celebration is something my daughter still talks about.
The staff are amazing and go above and beyond for all the children in their care. The setting is lovely, so welcoming, I'm so glad I picked Busy Bees.

I feel confident in leaving my child at the nursery knowing he will be well looked after for the day. Staff are so good with him and he even talks about the staff when he gets home. My child has grown so much confidence with all your help. I would highly recommend and this nursery will give your

Cannot speak highly enough of this Busy Bees. We have been with them for close to five years now, starting with our eldest who started just before Covid and now our youngest who has still got a couple of years left. They have been so supportive, flexible and we have seen amazing developments from
both of them (highlights like our daughter showing us she'd been learning how to write her name and our son suddenly being able to count). They both have loved their time at nursery and all of their key workers, who have communicated brilliantly with us. We have always felt that they are safe, taken care of and loved. Thank you guys!

Overall, our experience is good with Busy Bees.
Three members of staff, in particular, are awesome and amazing care workers.
The way they welcome kids is absolutely incredible.
I must say, everyone should welcome kids like them.
I am very pleased how everyone takes care of our kids at nursery.
In terms of improvement: I would say the food menu needs further improvement and attention.

The team at Busy Bees Preston Hospital went out of their way to make my grandson's experience fantastic. He has developed and thrived under their care. They know him so well and every activity is tailored to his individual needs.

I contacted the nursery after my son’s nursery closed overnight, leaving him with no childcare. The nursery manager was so supportive, and a place was found for him immediately.
My son was apprehensive due to the sudden change in a childcare setting, but the staff were very welcoming and helped him
to settle in quickly. Within a few weeks, it felt like he’d always been at Busy Bees.
Since then, my son has had soo many positive experiences at Busy Bees. The staff really work hard to get to know the children and their individual interests. The daily activities are well-planned and tailored to the child. The staff show genuine care and compassion.
My son starts school in September. He has loved his time at Busy Bees. As a parent, it has been very reassuring to leave him each morning, knowing that he is happy and well cared for.
I would highly recommend Busy Bees.

My daughter frequented this nursery from 8 months old until now, 4 years old. I can't ask for a better start.
She enjoys it so much every day. And I feel so comfortable leaving her every morning in the nursery. Because I know if something happens, straight away the nursery contacts us.
All the
team is so friendly and speak with every parent like a big family group. It is amazing.

Absolutely excellent nursery. My little boy is now in preschool and has attended since 2018. He loves it, has lots of friends and positive experiences. We can see him changing all of the time. He is confident and happy. The staff work hard to really know him, what works for him and what he struggles
with. They readily accommodate these and work closely with us to achieve the best outcome for him. We will miss nursery and all of the lovely staff in September, when it is time for school! Thank you to everyone who has helped to develop my little boy and make him into the delightful, insightful and clever child he is.

This is a lovely nursery with great facilities and super staff. I would highly recommend it. The staff are all really warm and caring and genuinely interested in the children. One of my girls has food allergies and they have always been very thorough and made me feel confident in their approach to

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last 2 years. The care she receives is exceptional. Varied activities that are fun and educational. The team are all amazing and have worked so hard during the pandemic, nothing is too much trouble. We are kept up to date with my daughter’s
progress and what she has been doing each day, via an app that includes photos and observations. My daughter loves coming to nursery. Highly recommended this nursery.

My son is in preschool and he completely loves it. The staff have worked so hard recently with the pandemic. All the staff have always been happy and greet us with a smile every day even with the ongoing challenges they have faced. The special events Busy Bees have continued to arrange for the
children are lovely. If I ever have a question its always dealt with quickly. My son is treated like a little star and it makes me feel happy and safe to leave him there with the staff who really do give their all. I will be so sad when September arrives and we will miss the Busy Bees family x keep up the excellent work and I hope you are all recognised for all you did to keep our children in care in recent times.
