Fantastic, nurturing nursery! We are especially pleased with our son's progress. We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. From the moment we walk through the door each morning, we're always greeted with a smile - the staff are so friendly and welcoming, which instantly puts both children and parents at ease. It's such a nurturing environment where the team genuinely care about the children's well-being and development. They take the time to get to know each child as an individual, and we're always kept up to date on our little one's progress, which we really appreciate. Staff ask about our child's current interests and thoughtfully incorporate them into the curriculum and daily activities. It makes learning so engaging and personal, and you can see how much the children enjoy and connect with what they're doing. The team have also been fantastic at helping with toileting - patient, supportive, and always encouraging. Fantastic at helping with toileting.

Love this nursery! The staff have always been so helpful and welcoming since my daughter started in August last year. We have had such a great experience with them and they have made her feel so comfortable and looked after her amazingly! Would highly recommend this nursery and all their wonderful staff.

There is always a relaxing & welcoming experience coming into pre-school. My son absolutely loves coming in each day. They do so much in and out of nursery, he particularly loves the sign language. He has come on leaps and bounds since being in their care and is almost ready for his transition to school. Couldn't have asked for a better team to support him, especially his key worker.

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter receives at this nursery. From day one, the staff have been incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. The facilities are clean, and thoughtfully designed to support learning through play. Every day is packed with engaging activities that nurture her development, and we've seen real progress in her confidence and communication. Meals are nutritious, the safeguarding is solid, and the team's dedication shines through in every detail. It's clear they genuinely care. A wonderful environment that offers real peace of mind and excellent value for money.

This is an outstanding nursery. My little girl joined in July 2023 and has progressed so much since joining, she really loves it. I especially love how they take the children on little outings and walks. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and loving to all the children. I can not recommend this nursery enough!

This is a lovely nursery. The staff are amazing and always friendly and helpful. I know my granddaughter is very well looked after in a caring and nurturing environment. She does different activities every day with lovely trips out. Due to shift work, the booking system is also very flexible and in touch with modern working demands.

This is the loveliest nursery, my little girl is so excited to go in the morning. The nursery keeps me updated with what she's doing throughout the day with pictures and messages. Most importantly the staff are all so lovely, genuinely couldn't recommend it more!

Nothing but good things to say about this nursery, my son has come on so much since he started and I am so happy he's made connections with the ladies in the baby room. I can now leave him in the mornings with no kickoffs he will happily go to any member of staff.

Lovely nursery, the staff are great and the nursery has a nice atmosphere. I love recieving updates and pictures throughout the day of different activities they do and places they visit. My son's speech has come on a lot and can count to 10 already.

My son and myself have a fabulous relationship with all the staff at this nursery. Toddler and baby room have been amazing with us and we are just about to step into pre-school who again are amazing. I couldn't thank you all enough for looking after my little boy and making me feel so relaxed leaving him while I work. Also a big thank you to both of the cooks and the manager always accommodating us last minute if needed and our morning chats. Again a massive thank you to you all.

My child has recently moved from the baby room up to the toddler room. In the beginning, I had my doubts about the move and thought it might be a bit early for her. After speaking to the staff they seemed confident that this was the right move. Although every now and again she gets a little upset in the morning when she first enters the toddler room she soon settles down and has her breakfast. (I always check through the outside window before I leave) Her speech is coming on although maybe a little slower than her elder sister's. I think she is making progress since being in the toddler room. All the staff always make a point of saying good morning to my child and are very welcoming. Thank you to all the staff members at Penketh.

My child loves to attend this nursery! She has really blossomed under the care of all of the staff! She enjoys heading out into the community and seeing new things and experiencing new experiences. The staff are really patient and attentive!

The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. It was the smaller size of the nursery that appealed to me as you get to know everyone. I love the daily updates and can see how much my little one enjoys his days with all the activities they do.

Great experience with all the staff at kids planet Penketh. They are great with my child and he has come on leaps and bounds since attending. My child really enjoys the trips out with the other children. Especially seeing the animals. All staff are very friendly too. Thank you.

My child is currently in the baby room. He loves going to nursery and looks to have fun every time he is there. The staff are amazing with him. I always feel that the team always interact with us when dropping off and picking up. They always make the effort to put photos on the parent app which I love to see. Very happy to have chosen this nursery.

From the moment I visited Kids Planet Penketh, I knew that this was the nursery for my family. The staff are welcoming, friendly and ever so caring. They make you feel as part of the community and family from the get go. My son is in babies and I always knew it would be a transition but the key staff in there are absolutely amazing. They are so patient, caring, creative and passionate about achieving the best day in that room. From adventures of babychinos, to sensory activities, to guided modelling, I am so confident that he will continue to achieve here. We never want to leave babies!!

As a family we absolutely love Kids Planet Penketh. The staff have been excellent during all our daughter's settling-in sessions. This has made it a lot easier for us to leave her. She has the best time in nursery. We are informed of everything that she has been doing on the parent app. We love that she gets to go out on so many walks in the community too. We love this homely little nursery.

My children have been attending this nursery over the past three years and we are very happy with the care that they receive whilst here. We initially chose this nursery as it appealed to us that it was a small nursery with more of a family feel and this could not be more true. Everyone who works within the building (including kitchen staff etc) knows the children and engages with them throughout the day. They follow a child-led approach to learning and use the child’s interests to engage them with learning activities. Not only does this mean the children are engaged, it also makes them feel special and like their interests are acknowledged. Whilst the outdoor space isn’t the largest, the nursery manages the space well and ensures that all children get to spend time outdoors. They also take the children out on day trips in the local community to give them more time outside of the nursery environment which both our children love. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Love this nursery! The staff have always been so helpful and welcoming since my daughter started in August last year.
