Our baby has joined Bright Horizons in June and we were so worried because it's our first baby but since day one he was so well looked after and really enjoys his nursery days. The staff are always so helpful and open to chat about anything which is reassuring. We are so happy that our baby boy is here and we can see how well he is progressing in his development.

My little boy absolutely loves this nursery. The staff are brilliant with him, and nothing is ever too much trouble. He has been a little delayed with his speech, but since starting here I've noticed a huge improvement. They are proactive in supporting his development and always find fun, engaging ways to help him build his skills. The nursery also organises fun days and charity events, and I really appreciate the regular updates through the app. All the staff are so friendly and genuinely care for each child they look after. I couldn't be happier with the care my son receives.

Callands nursery was always our first choice and never regretted. The team is absolutely lovely, supportive with all matters. My daughter had a long and teary transition when she started but the practitioners was always there for her. Now she goes with smile and sometimes doesnt even want to come home. Thanks for being there for her

My daughter has been coming here since she was 14 months old and is now in pre-school. This nursery is a fantastic place with excellent staff, clean facilities and lovely indoor and outdoor spaces . The staff pay real attention to safeguarding and I feel my child is well looked after and safe in this nursery . She absolutely loves coming . She settled in quickly into baby room , then toddler room and now pre school , all the staff have made her feel welcome and there is always an exciting activity happening . The staff are motivated and really care about doing a good job . The management are lovely as well. Everyone is polite and courteous . She sometimes comes home mucky but I know that's the sign of a great day with lots of time spent outside playing so I'm happy with that

I know Callands Bright Horizon from years as my children been there in Link Club and they absolutley love it! At the moment my little one is attending to nursery and she live it too! Management is doing great job and it is very nice to see them with children too. Learning outside is amazing and children love it to discover whole world. And whole staff is great, everyone is know your child and defenetly that is big advantage. Also food, oh I am really impresive that whole food is very tasty and results are visible as for example my child is eating almost everything, sometimes even with some extras. Staff is always make sure that no child is hungry. Kitchen staff is very friendly and doing amazing job! Children there can't be bored because everyday they have a lot of different activities. And last thing is app, good option for parents and staff to communicate and it has possibility to see what your child did that day.

I am happy with the nursery. My daughter enjoys being there. I feel confident sending her there. Staff is nice and they go in detailing of every child. Over all my experience is good and happy with their work.

When my son started in January he was so unsettled, I was so worried he wouldn't get used to going to nursery but the staff here at Callands reassured me he will eventually be fine and love going! They were so right!!! My son loves nursery now and I can't thank the girls in the baby room enough, especially his key worker. My son has come along so much since coming to Callands, everyday he's saying something new or doing something new his development is coming along so much. Thank you!! Can't wait for the next few years here.

All the Staff are amazing, welcoming and really caring towards everyone in the building. I'd say that they go above and beyond! I am rest assured knowing that our little girl is in a safe space. She always arrives and leaves happy and that makes my day!

We have had a great experience with all staff at Bright Horizons Callands, they are helpful, informative and have dealt with any issues promptly. Our little one loves going in every day, smiling and saying all his teachers names!

We love Bright Horizons. Our daughter started going a month and a half ago and the experience has been fantastic. The staff all say hello, her room leaders seem to have memorised her likes and interests and we feel comfortable that she is being cared for in a space where the adults value her and have a genuine interest in her. The team are doing additional work to build on our daughter's confidence and the amount that she has developed in such a short space of time is fantastic. She comes home from pre-school full of energy and with a smile on her face. We have also experienced dealing with their billing team. They were fast to respond, helpful and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff at Bright Horizons.

Staff very engaging. Grandaughters seemed very happy and content. The outside area is perfect, my grandaughter says she loves playing outside at nursery. She has key workers who always give us a lovely insight to her day

Granddaughter's both attend, pre school and toddler room. Absolutely love picking them both up and seeing how happy they both come away. All the staff always go above and beyond , and most importantly always with a smile .

It's an excellent nursery and my son loves coming, there doesn't seem to be enough staff some times on the mornings in pre school but I know my son will get looked after. Always on the go doing different activities. Not sure about the food menu though most the stuff I know my child probably won't like but never complains he's hungry

Bright Horizons Callands is a lovely nursery with super kind, helpful and caring staff and management. The nursery is always clean and there is always a happy face welcoming you at pick up and drop off. The garden area is spacious and there's a great forest school at the nursery. My daughter always comes home telling us what they have learned that day and the activities they have been doing. There is a good variety of home-cooked food available. I recommend Bright Horizons to anyone.

We are extremely pleased with the nursery and the amazing people working there. Our children have a second family there and they are very well looked after, cared for, and supported in their development. I strongly recommend Bright Horizons Callands for their devotion, commitment, and passion for supporting families and being there for the children and anything they may need.

Brilliant nursery. Staff are really good & very approachable. New manager is amazing & really turned the nursery around since she started! App is great to see what your child has eaten, washed hands, pictures of activities etc. Little boy always comes home telling us all about his day & how much fun he's had! Preschool is brilliant, love the children's new uniforms to get them ready for school. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Would recommend this nursery to anyone and everyone. Our child clearly loves going and the staff really care about the children. The updates on the app are really handy and seeing pictures of what they’ve been up to is such a reassurance whilst in work. The transition from maternity leave to working full-time has been quite easy because of the nursery and the staff.

Great friendly staff, absolutely brilliant with my son and his needs, he loves them to bits. Would highly recommend. The app is really good as it tells and shows you everything he is doing throughout the day, the staff put pictures on there which is brilliant when you're in work.

My daughter has been attending nursery since she was 1.5 year old, she is turning 3 now and enjoys it so much, always very happy and welcoming every morning by lovely teachers. In the toddler room teachers help with toilet training, which helps us as parents a lot. She always talks at home about her friends and always happy to come. Definitely recommend this nursery. Thank you for being part of our life.

Bright Horizons Callands Day Nursery and Preschool is a safe, welcoming environment and my son thoroughly enjoys going every week. The staff work so hard to ensure the children get the very best out of their day with exciting activities and opportunities for each and every child to shine. My child has made so many new friends so early on in his life and it is thanks to the friendly nature of the staff that they are able to do this. The nursery often welcomes family photos from parents and carers via the app which are then often a topic of discussion or activity that week. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful with any questions or advice. They go above and beyond, for example, when it snowed, the staff got stuck into sleigh rides and making snowmen with the children - something which the children will remember. They do this with a smile on their face and I can’t thank them enough. I wouldn’t have my child go anywhere else.
