We absolutely love this nursery! The staff are amazing and so caring. Even though my baby is still really young, I feel totally confident leaving him there every morning.
When I drop him off, he smiles and is clearly happy to be there, which honestly means everything to me. It's such a comfort
knowing he's in such good hands.
The app is also brilliant - I love being able to check in and see what he's been up to during the day. It really helps me feel close to him even when I'm not there.
Couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Thank you so much to the lovely team for taking such great care of him!

Bright horizons Callands is a truly fantastic nursery. It has the care & safety of the children at the heart of everything and it is a joy and pleasure to see our daughter thriving since joining.
The variety of activities and involvement and inclusion of all children is second to none, and all
staff live and breathe the company 'heart' values. They provide fun, engaging tasks which the children love, and they also learn so much!
Our daughter enjoys every minute here which is a great comfort to us. She has built a wonderful friendship group & has also built strong relationships with staff and is comfortable and confident to speak openly and honestly with them.
Our little one has developed massively since joining and I can't thank the team enough!! Our children are precious and we can rest assured they are in safe hands here. Thank you!

We've had a good experience with this nursery so far. The staff are friendly and caring, and it's clear they genuinely want the best for the children. It took some time for our child to settle in, but the team were patient and supportive during the transition.
Communication is good, and we receive
regular updates about activities and development. The environment is clean and well organised, and there are plenty of activities to keep the children engaged. Overall, we're happy with the nursery and appreciate the effort the staff put in every day

The staff at Bright Horizons Callands always go above and beyond to make sure my little one is happy and settled in Nursery.
My little boy really struggled to settle at first and I was so worried to leave him to go to work. The nursery were happy for me to ring each morning to make sure he was
settled. After a few weeks, they knew what he loved to do and engaged him by reading stories and singing nursery rhymes.
Any concerns or questions are always listened to and acted on straight away. I feel that my little boy is safe and cared for by all members of staff.

my little boy has only recently started in january and already i've seen an incredible difference in him in all areas. He's getting on really well and the staff really do make all the difference, very attentive to both myself & my child which i really appreciate, couldn't have asked for a better

Could not be happier sending my child here I know he is cared for and his needs are met. Very impressed with the range activities they do daily which are posted quite regularly on the app. The management team are always so friendly and supportive as well as his room staff.

Clean environment. Happy staff which means happy children, glad I moved my children to this nursery I feel very content dropping them off there on their days in. I feel my needs and my children's needs are always well met, thank you.

The nursery and staff are absolutely excellent. They are really informative during handovers and the children are really well looked after and have a lovely time at pre school. The communication is really good and they really get to know the children. We are really pleased our children attend this

Nursery has been nothing but amazing from the beginning, very helpful with settling in periods and listened to my concerns regarding little one starting. Staff are great and little one is always more than happy to go to the staff. Hand over is always good and never felt rushed. They keep me updated
with things that happen at nursery regarding little one and any concerns I have had have been dealt with accordingly. Management are great and always welcoming. Staff in baby room are amazing and you can see they truly care about the kids and their needs. Little one has developed amazingly since starting here.

I highly recommend this day nursery. All the staff i have encountered are so friendly. My litte boy gets upset going in every morning and they all rally around him to make him feel comfortable. I can tell when I pick him up that he has really enjoyed his day and that he likes all of the girls in the
baby room.
I love that we can photo updates throughout the day of all of the activities and its something different everyday.

Our baby has joined Bright Horizons in June and we were so worried because it's our first baby but since day one he was so well looked after and really enjoys his nursery days. The staff are always so helpful and open to chat about anything which is reassuring. We are so happy that our baby boy is
here and we can see how well he is progressing in his development.

My little boy absolutely loves this nursery. The staff are brilliant with him, and nothing is ever too much trouble. He has been a little delayed with his speech, but since starting here I've noticed a huge improvement. They are proactive in supporting his development and always find fun, engaging
ways to help him build his skills. The nursery also organises fun days and charity events, and I really appreciate the regular updates through the app. All the staff are so friendly and genuinely care for each child they look after. I couldn't be happier with the care my son receives.

Callands nursery was always our first choice and never regretted. The team is absolutely lovely, supportive with all matters. My daughter had a long and teary transition when she started but the practitioners was always there for her. Now she goes with smile and sometimes doesnt even want to come
home. Thanks for being there for her

My daughter has been coming here since she was 14 months old and is now in pre-school. This nursery is a fantastic place with excellent staff,
clean facilities and lovely indoor and outdoor spaces . The staff pay real attention to safeguarding and I feel my child is well looked after and safe in
this nursery . She absolutely loves coming . She settled in quickly into baby room , then toddler room and now pre school , all the staff have made her feel welcome and there is always an exciting activity happening . The staff are motivated and really care about doing a good job . The management are lovely as well. Everyone is polite and courteous . She sometimes comes home mucky but I know that's the sign of a great day with lots of time spent outside playing so I'm happy with that

I know Callands Bright Horizon from years as my children been there in Link Club and they absolutley love it! At the moment my little one is attending to nursery and she live it too!
Management is doing great job and it is very nice to see them with children too. Learning outside is amazing and
children love it to discover whole world. And whole staff is great, everyone is know your child and defenetly that is big advantage. Also food, oh I am really impresive that whole food is very tasty and results are visible as for example my child is eating almost everything, sometimes even with some extras. Staff is always make sure that no child is hungry. Kitchen staff is very friendly and doing amazing job! Children there can't be bored because everyday they have a lot of different activities. And last thing is app, good option for parents and staff to communicate and it has possibility to see what your child did that day.

When my son started in January he was so unsettled, I was so worried he wouldn't get used to going to nursery but the staff here at Callands reassured me he will eventually be fine and love going! They were so right!!! My son loves nursery now and I can't thank the girls in the baby room enough,
especially his key worker. My son has come along so much since coming to Callands, everyday he's saying something new or doing something new his development is coming along so much. Thank you!! Can't wait for the next few years here.

All the Staff are amazing, welcoming and really caring towards everyone in the building. I'd say that they go above and beyond! I am rest assured knowing that our little girl is in a safe space. She always arrives and leaves happy and that makes my day!

We have had a great experience with all staff at Bright Horizons Callands, they are helpful, informative and have dealt with any issues promptly. Our little one loves going in every day, smiling and saying all his teachers names!

We love Bright Horizons. Our daughter started going a month and a half ago and the experience has been fantastic. The staff all say hello, her room leaders seem to have memorised her likes and interests and we feel comfortable that she is being cared for in a space where the adults value her and
have a genuine interest in her.
The team are doing additional work to build on our daughter's confidence and the amount that she has developed in such a short space of time is fantastic. She comes home from pre-school full of energy and with a smile on her face.
We have also experienced dealing with their billing team. They were fast to respond, helpful and friendly.
I cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff at Bright Horizons.
