The staff at this nursery are incredibly kind, polite, caring and attentive. They take very good care of the children, and my daughter is always happy here and truly enjoys going to nursery every day. She learns so much in a warm and supportive environment, which gives us great peace of mind as
parents. Knowing she is well cared for allows us to focus on work with confidence. We are very grateful to all the staff for their dedication and love.

My daughter is thriving in this nursery, as did her sister 5 years ago. I had no hesitation choosing Up & Away for my baby this time around. The baby room leader is experienced and knowledgeable, and I know my baby is in good hands. My baby (nearly 23 months old) loves the staff that care for her
and I know they love her too. She looks forward to going into nursery, she eats all the lovely food she is given, and enjoys all the activities and singing. Next month she will move into the next toddler room ("Little Flyers"?), and I'm certain she will continue to flourish there too.

Our son has been at this nursery for over 12 months and he absolutely loves it! The staff are so good with him and he has come on leaps and bounds in every aspect of life. Would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter started at Up & Away in June 2025 at 12 months old. It took her a little while to settle and the staff were instrumental in helping with the transition. She now goes in with a big smile on her face, which makes my morning. The App is great and the staff are good at ensuring photos and
updates are recorded daily.

Up and Away is such a well-run, well-maintained nursery. We're really happy with the care they provide. The staff are genuinely lovely and they know your child so well, which makes a big difference. Leanne, the manager, is very approachable and has been so accommodating in so many ways. Whenever I
leave my little one there, I feel completely at ease knowing she's in a place where she's really well looked after.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 11 months old and she's now 3. She absolutely loves it and is always excited to go every morning, which says a lot. She's made lots of friends and really loves the girls who look after her -she even has her favourites haha - they are so
caring and kind.The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the management, especially Leanne, is very helpful and always accommodating with any requests or questions. The new menu is definitely better than the previous one and looks tealand I also feel that the overall cleanliness has improved but there is still an area of opportunity.
The garden area is great and the children's activities are really good - my daughter especially loves them. The only small thing that could be improved is that some of the toys are a bit old and well-used.
Comparing other nurseries I think this is one is the great value for money .
Overall, we're very happy with the nursery and would happily recommendit

My daughter has only been coming to Up & Away since January but she has come on so much, in such a short time. I love getting developmental updates for her, so I can see how much she is progressing each week. She adores her two key workers and I completely trust them with her - her face lights up
when she sees them, which completely puts my mind at ease.
It is very daunting leaving your baby for the first time but the staff here couldn't have been more reassuring and helpful in settling us both into a new routine, so they're not just fantastic with the babies, they're incredible with the parents too!
I love the app as it's so nice to see pictures and updates numerous times a day. I also love how varied the menu is, my baby is quite a good eater anyway, so it's nice to see she can try so many different foods.
Every member of staff is professional, caring and compassionate and it's so nice to see the nursery manager every single day, sitting down and getting involved with the child

Highly recommend Partou Up and Away! My daughter, Aliyah, started in April 2024 and since then she has genuinely enjoyed attending. I feel reassured knowing that she is well cared for at all times. The nursery is app is a massive help to keep my mind at ease as her key person always updates me with
her sleep, meals and activities.
I have also noticed a significant improvement in Aliyah's overall development, particularly in her communication skills. This progress reflects how actively involved the nursery staff are in providing daily activities the supports children's learning and development. So thank you Leanne and team, particularly Hannah & Coral for being amazing to my daughter.

Ernest loves his time at Partou, and it shows the effort and hard work that goes into his development, education and social skills. We're really pleased with his time and experiences. The only improvements I would make are to the app, which sometimes does not update or show the most recent

We've had such a positive experience at this nursery. My toddler has been attending since 9 months old and as he's grown, together with the nursery team, we have come to learn of his additional support needs. The team have been brilliant in support both him and myself with patience and
understanding. His current key person, Coral, has been amazing. She goes above and beyond to help him settle, learn and feel understood.
I'm truly grateful for the encouraging influence they bring to his daily life.

So glad to have chosen up and away for my daughter. Even though she has been in another nursery since 6months old, they supported her transition amazing and didn't just expect her to be ok. Communication from her settles were so reassuring.
She has now been there a few weeks and loves telling me
on the way home what she has done and about her time being outside. The garden space is just fantastic for her to explore saying as we do not have that at home.
When coming into nursery the whole team are so welcoming with comforting smiles on their face.

Staff are brill - work very hard and know and always look after Bobby so well. I rave about you! My child loves one member of staff in particular. All the staff know Bobby and tell me about him. Uploads are great on app. Door is only safeguarding issue, but thats me trying to picky - I don't know
what could be done to help (as it is parents - and I'm guilty to)

My daughter has been thriving in nursery, made a lot of friends, considers it like a second family. The overall approach to study is exceptional and, as a parent, you are updated daily with what is happening. I am really glad I chose Up and Away!
