We've had a really positive experience with this nursery and couldn't be happier with the care our son receives. From day one, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional, which has given us real peace of mind as parents.
The team genuinely care about the children and it
really shows. Our son is happy, settled, and clearly enjoys his time there. Communication has also been excellent - we're always kept informed about his day and his development.
Overall, it's a lovely, nurturing environment with fantastic staff. We're very grateful for the care and support they provide and would happily recommend this nursery to other parents.

The staff at Kids Planet Hazelhurst are truly amazing. My son has been going there since September when he was 10 months old. I was so upset leaving him and I felt so reassured he would be looked after. He loves going and I do believe he is getting a lot out of it as they are always doing different
creative activities, trying new foods and going out for walks. The management and back office staff are also really helpful with any invoice queries etc. Overall it has been a great, smooth experience sending my son there. Would 100% recommend.

We moved our 2 year old son here in July 2025 as we moved house. The transition was so much better than expected and our little boy settled in so well. All the staff are brilliant and work so hard to make the kid confident and enjoy being there. We love this is the nursery we have chosen.

We have always been happy with the experience at kids planet hazelhurst. The staff have always been friendly towards us and my boy seems to enjoy it there too, he is always happy to go in and has made his first friends there. My wife and I have enjoyed the pictures they have put up on the app a
great deal, the variety of activities he enjoys there are always a joy to see. My boy has learned a great deal there too, his movement , learned skills and language have come on a great deal in the year of so he has been there and I would recommend the nursery to anyone.

Truly amazing staff. Nothing is too much for them very accommodating. My grandson is special needs and we have found staff to be excellent with him. He is thriving since he started and he's learning more and more each day.

We have been extremely happy with Hazelhurst kids planet, throughout our child's four years there. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always approachable, creating a warm and nurturing environment. Our child formed a strong bond with her key person, which significantly supported her confidence
and development.
The nursery organizes events and outings exceptionally well, providing enjoyable experiences that are both fun and educational. The activities are thoughtfully planned, aligning with learning objectives across different developmental areas, ensuring children are consistently engaged and challenged.
Communication with staff is excellent; we regularly had meaningful chats about our child's progress and attended parent evenings that offered valuable insight into her development.
Overall, we would highly recommend Hazelhurst kids planet to other parents seeking a professional, caring, and supportive early years setting.

This nursery is truly the perfect setting. I've had two children attend here, with one recently moving on in August, fully prepared and excited for big school.
From the moment you drop your child off, you know they are in safe hands. Every member of staff is caring, interactive, and genuinely
invested in the children's wellbeing and development. They are attentive, nurturing, and always engaging the children in fun and stimulating activities.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to anyone. It's a place you really need to see in person to fully appreciate just how special the setting is.

My little girl started here in May and she settled so well! She started in tots and the girls were absolutely brilliant, always so welcoming and happy. My daughter built a lovely relationship with all the girls who looked after her and was thriving, I could tell she loved spending time at nursery.
She has recently moved to toddler 1 and the transition process has been seamless. She has settled into her new room with no issues and again the staff are brilliant, always a detailed handover of her day and little touches that show they listen to parents.
I couldn't recommend Hazlehurst enough, the staff are amazing, they outdoor area is just perfect and the manager is fabulous!!

My little girl started nursery very recently, the staff are totally fantastic! I never feel worried, anxious or nervous when leaving her even though this is wholly new experience for both her and I.

We've had a truly wonderful experience with KIDS PLANET HAZELHURST . The care our daughter received has been outstanding, and it's made such a positive difference in her development. From the very beginning, she was welcomed into a warm, nurturing environment that helped her come out of her shell.
Over time, we've watched her grow into a more confident, curious, and independent little person. The staff have been fantastic at encouraging her natural sense of exploration, and it's been lovely to see her flourish in both confidence and personality.
A very special mention must go to the team in the Rising 3's room. They are amazing at connecting with toddlers and tailoring activities that suit each child's individual interests and pace. The thoughtful and intuitive approach has helped our daughter truly blossom into her own person. We are so grateful for the care and attention given not just to our child, but to every child .

Love how kind, nice & lovely the team in the Tots room are. They helped my little daughter settled in well, they take good care of her throughout the day, offer support with walking and provides regular and great updates on her day and activities in a timely manner on the app and in person.

My son started at the nursery when in the baby room and he is now in the pre school room. He only skipped out rising 3s. The original staff were all exceptional we found. Although things were a little unsettled when Kids Planet took over as some staff left and we were worried about new staff, the
new manager and all the staff have addressed any worries, e.g. when he changes rooms and been very caring to our little boy and to me. They all seem so happy to work there. It is a hard job they do, in my opinion but they always seem nothing but professional. He is coming on so well in the pre school room, they have massively helped with getting him toilet trained in a week, so it's been very easy for me and his speech seems to have really come on. They get loads of time outside in all the rooms and they have fab areas to play. My boy really loves being outside so he is so happy when I pick him up and tired out!

Lovely nursery with amazing staff who have helped my son settle in so easily after him struggling with a childminder. Very grateful for them as they make me leaving him and going to work a-lot easier.

My son has been attending here for almost a year. He is now in the tots class. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They all show a great interest in my son, and have all always have Knowledge as to what he is eating and doing in the day. I have never had a problem and will continue to
recommend this nursery to all my family and friends. It's a beautiful nursery!

My daughter has been at the nursery for 2 months in the baby room and I cannot praise the team enough. They are always happy and smiley with cuddles for my little girl when she comes through the door. If she is upset when I leave they make sure she has focused care and help distract her. At the end
of the day they are knowledgeable about her day and use so much positive language it makes my heart burst. I trust the team unreservedly with my child. The space for my child to play and develop in is well thought out and welcoming. They also get to go on trips out to the park and local walks so my girl gets to be in nature and experience different environments. They also serve a wide variety of foods. There is an app that keeps you up with your child's day. I would like to see more on this app but I understand that caring for the children comes before uploading pictures and I am grateful they prioritise the little ones. I am so happy I found this nursery.

My grandson recently started at Hazelhurst he is a child with complex needs and has Downs Syndrome. The manager and all staff have been fantastic in how they have catered to my grandson's needs and the care given to him. When trying to seek a placement in a nursery for him we found it difficult due
to his extra needs and care. The manager was so accommodating to his needs, and nothing was too much trouble. I am so happy he's now in Hazelhurst Nursery as I feel this really is the best place for him to be and he could not be cared for anywhere better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone every staff member has been really professional and caring and Hazelhurst definitely deserves to be acknowledged for this.

My daughter has attended this nursery since Kids Planet took over. I had initial concerns as a lot of the staff were new so there was a lot of change but my concerns were listened to and my suggestions actioned immediately by management. I am impressed by their response and communication and my
daughter is very happy here.

Initially some issues when the nursery was taken over but once settled staff are friendly and caring, management team supportive and helpful excellent variety for food choices and brilliant facilities.
