My child has just finished his time at kids planet eccles. He only started going in September 2024 and was already 2. He had a difficult time settling in and the staff were brilliant, so caring, patient and understanding of his needs. He has had some great experiences inside and outside the nursery taking day trips and enjoying all He has been offered. He has eaten well with varied foods and its really useful to get updates on the app. Staff have helped with potty training and school readiness and im really happy my son will be moving forward with a great base to go into school. Sometimes the information on the app hasn't been great and the organisation has felt a bit chaotic but they are in the process of changing the app and they have a new manager in place so I'd expect that to improve. However all staff from the chef to the cleaner to his key worker have been fantastic and have all really cared for and looked after my son. I could not fault the care and attention he has had here.

This nursery really is something else! . The warm family vibes it gives are something I have never experienced at another nursery bare in mind I've had my own children in various nurseries over the years. The nursery staff are all really welcoming and professional. The new manager here is a credit to kids planet.. My neice has grown in confidence and is a total different girl from when she started here. In the most positive ways

My son started at Kids Planet Eccles in the baby room in 2023 and has gone on to toddlers/preschool in 2025. He has loved his time at nursery, has built strong friendships with his peers, and has great relationships with all the staff he has met. His confidence has grown, comes home bouncing and enjoys all the activities, outdoor spaces, and meals at this friendly, safe, and happy nursery. The staff are so kind and caring, they genuinely love the children and are very supportive of parents. Very glad we picked this nursery. We are moving out of the area and we are so sad to be leaving! He is transferring to a different kids planet and we hope he will have as great as an experience as he has had at Eccles. A big thank you to all the Kids Planet Eccles staff for all you have done over the last two years!

Lovely atmosphere and staff are very friendly. My child settled in quickly with their key person, makes leaving them much easier. The updates are also really helpful and ease my mind. The rooms are homely and bright.

The building is lovely with a great outdoor area which we wanted for our son. Staff are welcoming and friendly, when started they helped with my son and settled him in really good. On the show around the nursery smelled nice and rooms looked homely. We get updates daily on a parent app, which puts mum's mind at ease. Really happy with the nursery.

Our daughter has been in the baby/toddler room a year now. The staff are kind and understanding of individual needs and have encouraged her to really develop in confidence and really understand what she enjoys and her personality. It took a while for our daughter to settle but the staff were very patient and helped us all through the process. The environment is set up well with a separate sleep room and a nice outdoor space. Our daughter loves nursery and runs out the house with her bag in the morning!

Both our children attend Kids Planet Eccles. We have one in the baby room and one in preschool. All staff are warm friendly and welcoming and always have so much time for the kids. Our daughter started in January and has settled in very well and has developed close bonds with all the staff in the baby room. The room itself is lovely. Lots to promote learning and development. Our little boy loves it and gets on really well and is managing to develop his social and emotional skills really well now with some one-to-one learning which has really helped him. There is a great outdoor space for them to play in and this also has areas to build developments. They get plenty of food although the variety of meals doesn’t appear to be as big as it used to be. That being said, both children come home happy and are both well looked after.

Lovely staff, a lovely environment. Our little adopted son of 4 loves it. He runs in there every morning and comes out with a big smile on his face. Very accommodating staff, the app is very handy. Keep up the good work.

My son likes to go to Kids Planet Eccles, all the staff is very sweet and kind and you can tell that the kids enjoy being there. They check the progress of the kids and chat with the parents about it. Also, they always have fruits available for the kids and have a very healthy environment.

Excellent local nursery providing a diverse range of activities, including visits to local areas and trips further away using the tram for preschool children. Our boy really enjoys the nursery and the selection of activities he talks about shows he has a good time, especially in the garden area.

Kids Planet Eccles has always been very accommodating of my shift pattern and we have always appreciated the flexibility hugely. The staff are super friendly and are excellent with our son. He comes home very happy and fulfilled. We would just like more updates on the app. These used to be very regular when our son was in the baby's room but haven't been very regular since he moved up a room. Thanks Kids Planet!

Lovely nursery, our 10-month-old has settled in really well, they have been attending for the last couple of months. Baby room is very welcoming and the room is extremely well-led with lots of exciting activities taking place. Our baby has bonded very well and very quickly with their key person which is particularly pleasing as they are often wary around people they don't know as well. Their key worker always seems genuinely pleased to see them arrive and we have no worries about leaving them there.

I was a little unsure about leaving my little one with strangers at first, but the staff are all very warm and welcoming in the baby room and made him feel at ease. They play and learn all day keeping me updated with all activities and meals. My child has come along leaps and bounds since starting here, he has strong relationships with the staff now and absolutely loves going to nursery.

My son attends Kids Planet Eccles and absolutely loves it, he’s attended other nurseries and never settled but this nursery made him feel welcome and safe he settled straight away! All the staff are so friendly and helpful

My little boy has been coming to this nursery since December 2020. He was 10 months when he started, and now he is 2. He absolutely loves it. He’s been in two rooms so far and they have both been excellent. The staff handover is very informative, the staff are all very friendly and you can leave knowing they are in safe hands. The app is brilliant for being kept informed with photos and any events. There are always lots going on too for your child to participate in. A lovely nursery, and would definitely recommend it. The meals are always nutritious and a wide range of variety - some things he has never had with us!

My daughter has attended Kids Planet Eccles since July 2021. All the girls were amazing with helping her settle into nursery life after only knowing her close family due to Covid. She has made amazing bonds at nursery and regularly speaks about the staff in her toddler room. The team have been amazing at keeping me up to date on how she is and what she is doing throughout the day. The staff are superb with her dietary needs, which puts us at ease knowing she is safe and thriving. We always look forward to seeing the fun and creative activities she has been up to and love how she comes home every day so happy. The care the girls have for my daughter is evident and I couldn’t have picked a better nursery for her to attend!

My son is really happy. I always have easy access to the manager when I need to. The rooms are very cosy. My son has a close relationship with her key person, she is really charming and my son feels comfortable and loves all the staff. They have many fun activities for the kids.

My second child is currently at Nutkins. She has settled in very well to the baby room and from the photos I receive she looks to be having a great time. She eats and sleeps so well at nursery (much better than home) and has created a lovely bond with the staff working in her room. Overall, I’m very happy and would definitely recommend this nursery.

My daughter attended this nursery 3/4 years ago and my son started in November 2020. The staff are excellent at engaging the children and making them (and the parents!) feel comfortable. I am sent daily updates, photos, food diary relating to my child, all communication can be done on the app. Throughout the pandemic the staff were brilliant at managing any issues. I am more than satisfied with my son's learning, well-being, and overall care and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
