My daughter started here in September 2024, she has came on leaps and bounds since attending, she gets so excited to go into Nursery and is always so happy when I pick up to the point sometimes she doesn't want to come home she wants to stay! I can't fault the nursery all staff have a lovely bond with her and so does management. The ladies in her room always have so many fun activities planned each day and I love hearing all about it at pick up. You are all doing an amazing job, well done! Wouldn't have my daughter anywhere else, special shout out to Millie,Amelia,Chloe,Vicky and Demi because of you ladies my daughter is coming on so much. keep up the amazing work!

Our son is having a wonderful time at Holyrood! The staff are all amazing and look after him so well every day. They plan loads of fun things for the children to do and take them outside as much as possible, which he loves! The food is brilliant and we love hearing all about his day when we pick him up. It's so reassuring as a parent to know he is having the best time during the week!

Such a brilliant nursery. Both my boys have attended here and honestly, I am so happy with the care my little boy gets. The staff are so lovely and he has formed great relationships with them, which is so reassuring for me. They are kind, helpful and friendly. He has developed and learned so much here too. Five stars from a very happy parent! I'm extremely happy with this nursery-it's been a wonderful experience from day one. The environment is nurturing and well-organised, with a huge garden that gives the children plenty of space to play and explore. The staff are absolutely fantastic-kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing. A special mention goes to Steff, who has formed a beautiful bond with my child and clearly brings so much heart to her role. My child adores her, and it's lovely to see that affection returned with such care. The nursery is always spotless, which gives me great peace of mind. I couldn't ask for a better place for my child to grow and thrive.

My son is non verbal autistic, he started holyrood Nursery Prestwich in January. I can't thank and praise the staff enough. Since my son attending he has now started saying a few works. Hes always excited when I pick him up and looks like he has so much fun. The staff are lovely and so helpful

My first born girl went to holyrood and now my 2nd little lady is going there not girls have flourished and come out of their shells so much as they were very shy before starting there. I cannot recommend this nursery enough! They even remember and say yellow to my daughter when I drop her little sister off before school! Always communicating and helpful when ever I enquire about anything ! All my future children will attending

My child spent four happy years at this lovely nursery, they are well prepared for school and have enjoyed all of the fun activities and outdoor space provided. The staff make genuine connections with each child, it has been hard to say goodbye. I highly recommend this nursery.

We've had such a wonderful experience with this nursery! Our first child attended and had an amazing time - the staff were always kind, caring, and attentive, and we saw real growth in their confidence and development during their time there. Now our second child is currently enrolled, and we're just as happy. We're so grateful to have found this place - it's given both of our kids the best possible start!

My son has been going to this nursery for the last year and loves going. He started at 10 months old after a big move from Australia and the girls settled him in so quickly. He is thriving and learns new things everyday. There's always different learning and playing activities set up each day, I get daily notifications about his day, and he is eating different nutritional meals trying different foods. It really feels like a second home for him. The nursery is always clean and safe, and my little boy loves the outside area.

My son has been going to holyrood for three years and is so happy there, the staff are great with him and keep him entertained all day. He is non verbal and has extra needs and not only do they accommodate him and help him develop, the senco has guided us through getting him extra help and making the choices with school. I couldn't recommend them enough.

The staff are very warm and I get the feeling they really care about the children they are looking after. I love seeing the wide range of activities my daughter gets up to and receiving updates/pictures via the app. They treat my daughter as an individual and are clearly very interested in her development, thanks to all the staff at Holyrood for the wonderful work you do which is often undervalued.

My child has been attending the nursery for almost 6 months now and he loves it. The staff on the baby floor have been so amazing with helping him to settle and feel comfortable at nursery. He now walks into nursery every morning confidently and excited to see the ladies in his room. My child also has dietary requirements and the nursery provide a variety of options to ensure my little one doesn't miss out and that his meal is still very similar to the others! The baby rooms are spacious yet cosy and It's a really lovely home from home environment too which I love. Thank you for all you do ladies!

Awesome nursery. Home from home. I love to run in and he is excited to go. They have worked so well with him through the transition of rooms and provide interactive activities daily. Could not love this place more and so happy we chose it. Huge thanks to four particular members of staff for being awesome.

Our little boy loves going to nursery. The staff are so attentive and if there have ever been any specific requests from us, they have been quick to act. We are impressed by the level of information we receive through the online portal during the day.

My 18-month-old attends Holyrood. Staff are great and my child enjoys going there, it has a family atmosphere. I get updated on their app about his day and they communicate regularly. The rooms are well-maintained and not overcrowded.

My experience of my son’s attendance at Holyrood has only ever been positive. The staff are all lovely and have a genuine care for the little ones they look after. The communication has always been really good. I’ve enjoyed that I get a handover at every pick up as well as little updates throughout the day via the app. They often share ‘moments’ which are lovely snapshots of what my son’s been up to that day. Staff have always been conscientious in monitoring my son’s development and any issues that need addressing e.g my son was displaying signs of allergies so they monitored and helped address this. I’m very happy I chose this nursery for my son and would definitely recommend to others.

The nursery staff are attentive and have been looking after our child well since a young age. We have had consistency in their key worker(s) and they have been able to build trust well with our child. The outdoor setting is good but not used as much as we’d like. They also don’t do much off-site (trips to the park etc). There’s been a lot of turnover in staff, both management and practitioners, but that’s a general issue in the sector and I don’t think it’s happening here more than other places. Pricing has gone up a lot in the last two years and it is quite expensive. Our child is developing well and the staff have been able to help them develop in areas they have been behind in.

My son has been attending Holyrood Prestwich for 18 months now. The care he has received has been wonderful. All staff are friendly and welcoming and make a real effort to get to know the children. Most recently I have seen the team's commitment and hard work to ensure that children are meeting their development milestones. All children have a key worker, regular parent evenings are arranged and individual activities are planned and carried out based on each individual child's needs. The team have even suggested things we can do at home to help support my son's development. He loves going to nursery and is thriving. It is so nice to see. All managers here have been great. But a special mention has to go to the manager. She has been super approachable, very organised, transparent and decisive. She and the team have also introduced some lovely activities and special days which have included the parents and allowed us to see our children in the nursery environment, thank you.

We have been much happier with the nursery over the past 8 months due to its recent change in management. Queries are dealt with promptly and the current nursery manager is approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and visible. Thank you to all of the team at Holyrood, my daughter now feels fully settled and confident at nursery.

We've been incredibly impressed with the highly skilled staff at Holyrood Nursery Prestwich. Our child is one and a half years old and has attended since 9 months old so the review relates to the various baby groups. Staff give detailed updates at the end of each day as to our child's development and the parentzone app is generally well utilised. Highlights of our day are seeing the various 'moments' of him playing during the day and the consistency of nursery has helped him get into a good sleep pattern. Parents evenings are held for a more formal update of how our child is progressing against early years development and we have valued the feedback from nursery as to areas they are focussing on within a term so we can also encourage at home. Some improvements could be made by the central administration around communication and presentation of billing but this is not in the control of the Prestwich branch specifically
