As a mother who was very hesitant in sending her child to nursery I am very pleased with the care provided to her. All the nursery nurses are amazing, caring, very friendly and my child is evidently happy and prospering.
I am very pleased with facilities, environment and the learning that is
offered and encouraged. My daughter is flourishing and gained lots of confidence since starting.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Kids Planet Astley Bridge , our child settled in quickly . The communication is excellent, we are receiving updates and photos via the app. And most importantly my daughter is very happy

This is the best nursery I could have chosen for my daughter. The staff are caring, patient, and truly treat the children like their own. My child absolutely loves going to nursery and has made significant progress in his development since joining. All members of staff at the Astley Bridge branch of Kids Planet are kind, welcoming and make the effort to get to know each child as an individual. We cannot thank the girls enough for

From the moment my grandaughter started at nursery 2 now is amazing: she's come on soooo much & is growing in confidence. She loves interacting with the staff & learning new things, she is always so excited 2 go 2 nursery, the staff are amazing; they treat my grandaughter & us as a family with
respect & always fill us in each time she goes. Every little step 4ward she does is a massive leap 4 her & this wouldn't b happening if it wasn't 4 the nursery they r a great team of ladies who care about the children & I highly recommend this nursery 2 anyone

Since my grandson's introduction to the nursery, we have been made to feel very welcome, all staff are very friendly and supportive. I cannot praise this place and the ladies who look after my grandson enough, you are all amazing x

My daughter started the nursery in September at the age of 2, she had never been to nursery before and I wasn't sure what to expect myself as a parent. I can honestly say the staff are all so lovely and really show they care for the children each child has different needs and I can see the staff do
their best to support them in any way they can. It really puts your mind at rest knowing your child is happy and being looked after well.

All the staff at Astley Bridge are amazing, my daughter absolutely loves going here and has done since being around 9 months old. They always go above and beyond daily! The ladies there are amazing at their job, couldn't ask for better staff.

Overall happy with the nursery, my eldest attended the nursery and now so does my youngest. Nursery has progressed in terms of technology over time which is nice to see. The staff in the nursery room are brilliant and I can't fault them. I have to mention Sabira and Jessica who really take care of
my little one and meet his demanding needs.

My son has attended this nursery since he was a baby, he is now two. He has got such a beautiful relationship with all the workers he has contact with.
It gives me so much joy and a huge peace of mind when I drop him off and he is excited to see the girls at Astley bridge nursery & comes home
telling me (in his own language) all about his day.
The only niggle I have with the nursary is the lack of flexibility to swap days when child is due on holiday. Even if you give plenty of notice & you are charged for a Bank holiday when the nursary is closed & it falls on a day when your child is due to attend.
However I can not fault the staff at Astley bridge kids planet. They are all very very good at Thier jobs and sedm to be genuinely passionate.

Such an amazing nursery, the staff are all wonderful, down to earth, experienced and extremely knowledgeable about childcare and development. No child is ever left behind or treated differently. My son loved this nursery. He started in the baby room, he lived it but was quite quiet. As soon as he
graduated into the 2 year+ room, his confidence grew and it was if he was able to find his own voice. They always have activities to do and always updated the app with nappy changes, meals and observations. With any issues I had, Dominique, Ellie and Tanya were always there to help and resolve them. I was able to trust them and all of the nursery staff with my son.
When my son had an incident, the nursery manager acknowledged it and investigated it, going through CCTV and asking staff, she did a great investigation to solve the issue and put our minds at ease, it showed she cared.
I would recommend Kids Planet Astley Bridge 100%.

Very happy with the nursery my child loves going. I love hearing what she's been up to during the day and how it relates to her learning. Would like to have maybe more healthier options for breakfast not just Weetabix - maybe porridge . The app is getting there, at first there were slight issues re
not showing the alternate options but a work around is in place now.

Lots of fun, engaging and educational activities throughout the day. My son is happy when being picked up and now he has settled is excited to go into nursery.
Staff are friendly and inviting.
Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a nursery, is a fabulous and nurturing environment.

Our son started back in January in the baby room prior to Mum going back to work.
The staff couldn't do enough to reassure Mum and I that he was going to ok even giving Mum permission to ring to check if he's ok as much as she liked. We have seen how much he has grown and improved thanks to the
help of everyone.
The way the staff care about the children is brilliant.
Also interacting with the parents ensuring that everything is catered for in your child's development.
Keep up the amazing work.

The staff here are lovely and very friendly, my son has made some connections with some of the women in his class. He has come on so much since starting here in October and I'm so glad he has formed good connections with staff and children. The food that the children get given is amazing and I've
even introduced a meal they make in school at home three bean chilli and they all love it.

My experience of this nursery is really good for my child as he gets fed his breakfast lunch and tea and he gets to play with all the toys he, has good friends and they are helping him develop his speech and walking and he has started talking kind of and walking near enough and he is doing really

My son has attended Kids Planet Astley Bridge since August 2024, he was 18 months old when he started and having never been in a nursery setting or environment I was very worried about how he would be. The Management and deputy management was very reassuring from the very start and have kept up
communication with me along the way. The girls from the toddler room welcomed him in with open arms and respected his boundaries in terms of how to handle him, They waited for him to be comfortable in the room before prompting him into joining in, luckily this didn't take long. He is thriving and the girls have picked up on anything they think he may need help with along the way and communicated well with me on his next steps. The app that staff use to communicate with parents is very useful and I'm updated daily on what my child has done that day. We're informed about any activities upcoming and any events that happen. I couldn't be any happier with my child attending this nursery and I would 100% recommend.

Very nice and supportive staff, the environment is welcoming. I am sure my daughter is well taken care of. The staff are very friendly and they respond to parent's questions appropriately and kindly. I will surely recommend.

My children have been coming to nursery for a while. The staff genuinely love the kids and want to do the best for the child. My children enjoy it, feel safe and are developing well. It's not a 5 star in my opinion because communication between staff is sometimes an issue.
