We are thoroughly delighted with Scott's Wood Nursery and especially the brilliant staff. The staff are attentive, approachable and professional. All of the staff encourage a safe and happy environment for the children to thrive in. Our child enjoys the different outdoor and indoor activities and it
is clear the staff have genuine care for the children's wellbeing in their safety and comfort. The nursery itself is clean and modern and the food is healthy and varied. Our overall experience has been fantastic and we highly recommend Scott's Wood.

Scotts Wood felt like the right place for our child at the first viewing and having completed our first couple of weeks I am so pleased with our choice. The settling in sessions were hard, having never spent time apart from my child, who also refused a bottle, it was a big change for him but the
team are so supportive and caring, it totally transformed the experience for him and he already loves his time there. He comes home even chattier and smilier than before, which is lovely to see. I know he is being well looked after, having fun and in an environment that further supports his development.

Both of my children attend Scotts Wood Nursery, and I truly can't praise the staff enough. They are consistently warm, attentive, and professional in everything they do. Since starting at Scotts Wood, both of my boys have made incredible progress and grown in confidence and ability. The facilities
are fantastic - clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed to support the children's learning and development. The food options are excellent, with a fantastic variety that really stands out.

My daughter settled into Scott's Wood with ease when she started at 11 months old. She is now three, thriving, and still thoroughly enjoying her time there.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff - they are engaging, approachable, and always willing to discuss any concerns. Nothing ever feels
like too much trouble. They know each child individually and adapt to their needs with genuine care.
There is a great variety of meals and snacks, and the outdoor play offers a perfect balance, with plenty of activities both outside and indoors. My daughter often comes home with baking they've done, arts and crafts, and keepsake pictures, which we treasure.
The app is a wonderful addition, regularly updated with my child's progress and daily activities, which provides real reassurance.
If I could rate Scott's Wood higher, I would. Overall, it is clean, safe, friendly, and a truly enjoyable environment for children.

Brilliant nursery with brilliant staff. My daughter loves going there because it has such an exciting, vibrant and safe atmosphere. She's always disappointed at the weekend that she can't go to nursery, which is testament to the great job they are all doing

My two daughters went to nursery here (youngest left in Aug 2025) and have been extremely happy throughout. There is a really nurturing environment with plenty of opportunity for learning and they have both left super ready for school, with an appreciation of letters and numbers, independent and
confident. All the classes have great leaders who make huge efforts for the children to enjoy being there, have an appreciation of the world and nature as well as different cultures. They support the children and their parents with any and all issues and concerns. There are regular parent evenings and updates on an online system. There is a huge amount of experience in the team, making it easy to leave them knowing they are in great hands.

Both of my children spent their early years at Scott's Wood, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. The staff care so much about the children in their care and take time to get to know them all as individuals, seeing their individual strengths and needs. My children were happy to spend time there
every week, and did lots of activities that kept them entertained and help develop their skills.

We have been delighted with Partou Scotts Wood. Settling your child into nursery is a very nerve-wracking process but right from the start we have felt supported and are confident our child is very well looked-after. When we see the staff interacting with our child, they are so warm and caring and
our child is affectionate and happy with them which shows us how much he trusts them too. This gives us such peace of mind. We are always asked about our child's preferences and the nursery do lovely activities with the children like painting, biscuit-decorating and going outside (to the on-site outside area). We know our son has an incredible time at nursery and this has been a huge weight off our minds. We have also observed skill development that we think has definitely come from time at nursery e.g., using cutlery. We would send any future children to this nursery.

All three of my children have attended this nursery and we have loved being a part of the Scotts Wood family. The staff are very caring and engaging, and the communication is excellent both verbally and through the app. The funny anecdotes and photos that the staff share from their day show that
they really cherish both their achievements and individual personality.
My children have all thrived here, and the older ones were very well prepared for school when the time came. The food is also excellent, and I can never believe what my children eat at nursery but wouldn't touch at home! Overall we love the truly nurturing environment, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scotts Wood to anyone.

Our boy has been attending the nursery for roughly 6 months now and he loves it there. He has really grown in confidence since he started. The staff are so good with him, very patient and attentive. We are always kept informed of important things such as his nap times and how he has done with his
food.
There are plenty of toys, books and activities to keep the children entertained and everytime I have been to pick up, all of the children seem to be having a great time.
The staff really make an effort with the parents too, to build a relationship which is really nice to see - it makes it feel like a little community.
We are really happy with our decision to send our child here.

Our two boys are so happy at Scott's Wood. They love to talk about what they have been doing during their day at nursery and are always so happy to see their key workers in the morning. We appreciate the regular observations on eylog. The staff know our boys well and structure activities to support
their development. Communication with the leadership team is always extremely efficient and we appreciate, and make use of, the flexibility in adding on additional days during non-term time.

Our son has been going to Scott's Wood since he was 1 and started in the baby room, it's been a real pleasure seeing him grow and develop his personality through the different rooms. The staff are all so welcoming, and caring and provide support and fun activities for all the little ones. We feel
very comfortable knowing our son is well cared for and we are kept up to date with photos of his day and upcoming events from the nursery. All the staff are extremely dedicated to each child's learning journey and that really shows, they are a real credit to the nursery. I would definitely recommend Scott's Wood as a nursery.

Of all the nurseries we looked around in the local area Scott's Wood was our first choice and we have had no reason to doubt that since our child started at the nursery. They are nothing but helpful and accommodating to us and our child and, as well as our child, we get on well with the nursery
employees. We get communicated the right level of information about our child's progress and they often go above and beyond to talk about our child's needs. Thanks, Scott's Wood!

The staff, the facilities, and the overall care provided by Scott's Wood to date has been of an incredible standard and we are really happy with the care provided. Our son has settled into nursery really well and we put this down to how attentive the staff are, and how welcoming they are to us as
parents and to him. We are kept well updated and our son's development has really improved since starting nursery, especially his social and language skills. I can't thank Scott's Wood enough for the care they provide our child, and we see them as an extension of our family.

Our daughter attended another local nursery in the area after she turned 2 however we were not 100% comfortable with that setting after spending a few settling-in sessions there. We then transferred across to Partou Scotts Wood Day Nursery and could not have wished for a better place.
The setting
is very well run and of a very high standard in terms of staff caring for children, encouraging positive behaviour, educational activities, and facilities. We feel our daughter has been given excellent opportunities to learn and mix with the staff and other children both indoors and outdoors.
A special thank you to the two ladies in the Garden Room as well as the three members of staff in Magic Attic for making the nursery such a special and welcoming place. Our daughter speaks fondly of the nursery and staff when she comes home. A big thank you to the managing team for seamlessly transferring our daughter into the nursery and making our experience so memorable.

My girls have been attending Partou Scott Wood Day Nursery since February 2024. My eldest daughter was shy and would not come out of shell before Nursery but I have noticed a change in behaviour. My daughter is now open and happy to engage with her peers, sometimes with her teachers.
My youngest
daughter woke up one night and asked me to take her to her nursery teacher, she loves going to nursery and is very excited to see her teachers, and as parents, we could not ask for more.
There was a time when we were unable to pick the girls up on time due to unforeseen circumstances but we were shocked at how much patience and reassurance they gave us, it was phenomenal. Two staff members, in particular, we appreciate you ladies.
Also, I like the idea of uploading pictures of the activities that they have done for us to see what they have been doing for the day.
Overall, I would recommend Partou Nursery for the above reasons and also, the way they are structured to be able to access the nursery with a code.

We currently have both of our daughters attending Scotts Wood and we couldn't be happier with the experience they have both had. Our eldest joined when she was 2 years old as we'd just moved to the area and despite our concerns as to how she would settle in she has flourished under the supervision
of her amazing key workers. She is set to start primary school in September and we all feel very prepared for that next step as a result of the support we've been given. Our youngest daughter has been at Scotts Wood for the past 6 months and settled in very quickly. Both of the girls look forward to going to nursery every day and on some occasions don't want to leave when we collect them! Every single member of staff is fantastic and we couldn't recommend Scotts Wood highly enough.

Both of our children went to Scott's Wood and loved it. The nursery offers a homely, nurturing environment. My children felt secure, happy and excited to learn. We were very impressed by the expertise and dedication of the nursery staff and also the quality of the management. Communication was
always excellent and our requests were accommodated. We would definitely recommend Scott's Wood.

We are so pleased with this lovely nursery! We were nervous about putting our one-year-old into nursery at the time but the staff were so supportive, kept in contact and help made the process so easy. Since then, our son has loved the past 10 months and we couldn't recommend the staff in the toddler
room enough!

The staff are wonderful. They are really caring and attentive. My daughter is delighted to go to nursery in the morning which is so reassuring and makes balancing work and family life so much easier. Couldn’t recommend Scotts Wood enough.
