Our child has had such a wonderful experience at The Secret Garden Nursery in West Bridgford. From the very beginning, the team made both us and our child feel incredibly welcome and supported. The staff are warm, caring, and clearly passionate about what they do, creating a safe and nurturing
environment where children can really thrive.
The nursery itself is beautifully set up, with plenty of engaging activities that encourage creativity, learning, and play. We especially love the outdoor space and the emphasis on exploring nature, which our child talks about all the time when they come home.
Communication with parents has always been excellent, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about each child's development and wellbeing. We've seen our child grow in confidence, make lovely friendships, and develop new skills during their time here.
We're so grateful to the whole team for the care and attention they give every day. We would highly recommend The Secret Garden Nursery.

The staff team here are so kind and supportive of my little girl, and our family. She's my second daughter at the nursery and I always reccomend it to my friends when looking for childcare! All dietary and sleep requirements are met with respect and care. My daughter has made secure attachments and
bonds with the staff team in her room and comes home happy after a stimulating and fun day! A fabulous nursery with a great team!

My son attend the nursery for last one and half years and he always being looked after well. We always had update regarding how he is doing, any developments, milestones and the nursery staff are so vigilant. The management and staff are very friendly and caring and always showed care and

Both of my children go to this nursery, and we couldn't be happier with the care they receive. It's obvious that they genuinely enjoy their time there. The nursery keeps parents well informed with regular updates, including photos and detailed summaries of their daily activities. The staff clearly
care deeply about the children and create a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment. They consistently go the extra mile to support and encourage each child's development. We would 100% recommend this nursery to our friends and family.

Cannot fault the secret garden private day nursery. They have been absolutely exceptional since my child started there two years ago. She is due to start school in September this year and I am SO sad that she'll be leaving here. The staff are so caring and friendly, the food is fantastic and there
is always so much going on for the children. My daughter has made so many friends here and doesn't want to leave in September

A fantastic nursery that has really helped our son develop well. They are caring and thoughtful. They have been particularly impressive helping manage our son's recent separation anxiety. They keep us appropriately updated about incidents with our sons and any outbreaks in the nursery.

This is a fantastic nursery.
After a very poor experience at our previous nursery, I was very worried if we would be able to find a nursery in the local area and I am so glad we were able to have a look round The Secret Garden!
The nursery manager is friendly, welcoming and extremely
knowledgable. Our children are in the baby and toddler rooms and absolutely love it.
The staff are genuinely lovely people who care about the children under their care.
We love how settled they both are and enjoy seeing them so happy when we pick them up.
There is always a range of activities that are done throughout the day and we love how much our daughter tells us about what she has done that day!
I recommend this nursery to anyone that asks and will continue to do so.

I am very happy with this nursery and I have already enrolled my second child there. The staff are always kind, caring, and helpful. The management team is also very supportive and always willing to find a solution to any problem or concern.
The nursery has a large garden, spacious rooms, and they
organise lovely activities for the children every day. It's a warm and welcoming environment, and I truly feel my child is happy and well looked after here.

Choosing a nursery for your child can be quite daunting - but I couldn't be happier in having chosen SG for our son. They're always going above and beyond, the staff are all so lovely and committed to the children and the level of care they provide. Couldn't recommend enough!

Since moving our Son to Secret Garden Day Nursery in August last year, we have seen such an incredible difference. He is noticeably happier going into nursery and his confidence and abilities have grown through the roof. He goes into nursery with a smile every day and comes home full of stories
about everything he's learned and experienced.
The longevity of the staff is incredibly reassuring, and the team's knowledge, care and dedication truly feels unmatched. We're always so impressed by the detailed feedback we receive - the updates on the app thoughtfully reflect everything he has done during the day, which makes us feel so involved and connected. We couldn't be more grateful for the nurturing and supportive environment they provide.

This is a fantastic nursery because they look after the children so well and genuinely care. My child was moved from his first nursery to this one, and it was the best decision I ever made. The staff are reliant and committed to the development and wellbeing of the children. The management are
responsive, welcoming and very involved in the day to day care as well. They also put on amazing activities and events for the children and parents to be involved in. My child loves going to this nursery so much.

My child has a great time at the Secret Garden. They have worked hard to help them adjust to being without me 247. They do lots of crafts and learning activities and all the staff are very friendly. Not too many in a class so my child doesn't get lost.

This nursery is AMAZING! I can't tell you how happy I am to have found such a warm, nurturing environment for my two girls. I drop them off with such a good heart knowing they're safe and well-cared for and I don't need to worry. I feel like the staff genuinely care about the parents as well as the
children. My eldest is learning such amazing things and is always so happy when she comes home sharing with us everything she has been learning. You know a child enjoys their setting when they are role playing their time there at home and singing all the songs. The care is second to none. ALL staff are so very friendly, kind and welcoming every time I am in the building. I am so happy to have found you thank you for the amazing work that you do.

Secret garden nursery have been amazing with my son. He has been there for well over a year now and he has adjusted so well, thanks to the staff. My son had some eye issues which the staff handled so well, cleaning it regularly throughout the day. They listened to all of our needs, and each day on
pickup explain to me what my son has been up too. I can't recommend enough!

The staff are amazing, my daughter has been attending for nearly 2 years and I cannot fault anything. They make every adjustment and requirement mybdaughter needs for her medical issues. Nothing is too much, they are always happy and glad to see her. They have a plethora of techniques to help with
challenging behaviour and haven't once given up on her. Communication is excellent, getting daily updates and pictures about my child's activities during the day. Regular focus weeks to get an independent update on her progress and observations uploaded to the easy to use famly app. 11/10 all day long

The Secret Garden Nursery is such a wonderful, welcoming place to be. The manager and team of staff work so hard to make sure that the children are always happy and well cared for and my Godson is really thriving there, he loves his time at Nursery. The learning experiences provided are incredible

The Secret Garden Day Nursery is a lovely happy caring nursery. Staff are very professional and I feel my child has had a wonderful time here over the past 3 plus years spending time in each room before moving up through the nursery.
