We couldn't be happier with our experience at Alphabet Day Nursery Northampton. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, caring, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It's clear that the children's wellbeing and development are at the heart of everything.
The
environment is always clean, safe, and full of engaging activities that keep the children both happy and stimulated. The team does a fantastic job balancing learning and play, and we've seen great progress in confidence, social skills, and independence.
Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates and a real sense that they understand each child individually. It gives us complete peace of mind knowing our child is in such capable and nurturing hands.
Highly recommended to any parent looking for a supportive and professional nursery in Northampton.

Our experience with this nursery has been nothing short of exceptional. The team truly goes above and beyond in every possible way. From the very first day, they have shown genuine care, not only towards our children, but also towards us as parents. Settling in can be emotional, yet the staff
provided constant reassurance, updates, and support, making the transition smooth and comforting for our whole family.
Every activity, interaction, and learning opportunity is thoughtfully planned around the children's individual needs and interests. It's evident that they see each child as unique and valued, nurturing their confidence, curiosity, and happiness every single day.
The warmth, patience, and professionalism of the staff create a safe and joyful environment where children can truly thrive. We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It's clear that they truly love what they do and have a real passion for supporting children's growth and development.
They have engaging activities that
encourage creativity, learning, and confidence. My boys have grown so much socially and emotionally since starting here, and it's wonderful to see how excited they are to go in each day.
Both my children absolutely love nursery and that's all thanks to such a wonderful setting and staff.

Hands down THE best childcare setting. My eldest left to start school in September and my youngest is absolutely thriving at Alphabet. Alphabet really set my son up for a great start to school, they nurtured his cheeky personality so that he was able to adjust to a classroom setting in preparation
for school. The staff go above and beyond and really do treat your child like one of their own. It's never just a quick handover, you hear all about the day your child has had and the things they have got up to- this feels really personalised. The consistency, care and education provided is remarkable and I would recommend them to anyone!

We have only good words to say about this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, and as parents we feel completely confident and safe leaving our baby girl in their care.
We love how supportive and involved they are in our child's daily routine, and we cannot thank them enough for all the love

My little girl goes to this nursery and I can honestly say it's the best nursery in Northampton. It is so lovely and always so clean ! Even at the end of the day ! I recently looked around at preschools due to me working at a school but I couldn't bring myself to move her because nothing compared to
it ! she adores it there so much! The ladies are amazing, they obviously love their job a lot and take it very seriously. They know my little girl so much and know exactly what she likes which shows how much interest and care they put in their work every day. They are super loving and care about the kids so much. She loves it there and always comes out with a big grin on her face. Feel very lucky to have found such an amazing place to send my girl to whilst I work.

Our daughter joined this nursery six months ago, and we couldn't be happier with our experience so far. From our very first visit, we were impressed by the facilities, the welcoming atmosphere, and the professionalism of the staff. However, what truly gives us comfort is the wonderful sense of
community we feel every day.
All the staff have been absolutely lovely with both us and our daughter since day one. They are always approachable, ready to answer our questions, and genuinely attentive to our daughter's individual needs. We really appreciate how supportive and understanding they have been throughout the settling-in period.
Our daughter is only one and a half years old, yet she has adapted so well. After the initial settling period, she now enjoys her drop-offs and comes home happy, which says everything we need to know. Seeing her so comfortable and content reassures us that we made the right choice.
We are truly grateful to be part of such a caring and nurturing environment.

We have used this nursery for almost a year now, and I can honestly say I do not have a bad word to say about it! The staff are fabulous and really get to know each child and their little foibles. My daughter started here 3 days a week at around 10 months old and and is having a great time. I can
see a difference in her everyday with her confidence, language and skills, and I look forward to seeing how she blossoms over the next few years in preparation for school.

Our son started nursery last year and has thrived ever since. He comes home with a new skill, word, or action every week and it is lovely to see. The staff are always so kind and I am so glad we chose here as our sons nursery.

After having my daughter in an all-girls nursery, we were looking for a new setting for our son and from the very first show round everything felt relaxed, welcoming and reassuring. The staff are by far the most friendly and approachable I've come across, and I was amazed at how quickly my son
settled in.
He was a very clingy baby who had spent most of his first year attached to me in a sling, yet within a week or two he was happily going into nursery with a smile - and coming out just as happy at the end of the day.
It's never easy leaving your baby, but Alphabet make it feel effortless and give you complete peace of mind that your child is in the best hands. We're so grateful for the wonderful first six months they've given our little one. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place I found for my child. The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My kid loves going and gets all excited when I pull up and she figures out where she is, always comes home happy and occasionally full of the unavoidable bugs to bring home to me and her mother.
Highly recommend to anyone thinking of sending their kids here.

I highly recommend Alphabet and the team!
My daughter first came to Alphabet day nursery 5 years ago and we loved it then.
There was no doubt that our son had to go too! 5 years on and it's still as good as I remember: it's the team that makes it and their ethos for the care and learning
towards the children.
I have recommended Alphabet to a few friends and all have ended up sending their children because they realise how good it is too!

Since my son started at Alphabet Day Nursery in September, he has been very happy and excited to attend in the mornings which is so lovely to see. He settled within a couple of weeks and the staff quickly made him feel at home. I feel contented that he is safe and well cared for in a home-from- home
environment again due to the amazing staff. The children have a good variety of activities which has been fun and enjoyable for him.

My daughter attends this nursery three days per week and we couldn't be happier. The staff are consistently friendly, caring, and professional, which has helped her feel very settled. She loves going in and often talks about the staff at home, which is very reassuring as a parent. It's a lovely,
supportive environment.
We particularly enjoyed the arts and crafts sessions with parents over Christmas, which allowed us to see her within the setting and how she engages with the other children and staff, it was really lovely to see.

The staff are always so helpful and welcoming and they also take time to listen to parents. My little one would cry when he first started and now goes in with a smile on his face sometimes takes the hand of staff to go in and comes home smiling too.

We honestly couldn't be happier with this nursery. Our son, who is almost 3, has been attending for over two years now, and it truly feels like a second home for him. From day one, he has been welcomed with so much warmth and care, and he absolutely adores the ladies there - the smiles he gives them
say it all.
Every day he comes home having learned something new, whether it's a new word, a song, or a little life skill. It's amazing to see how much he has grown in confidence, independence, and happiness during his time here. The staff genuinely care about the children and treat them like family, which gives us complete peace of mind as parents.
The nursery really does feel like an extended family, and we are so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication they show every single day. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful place for our son and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you for everything you do!
