My son has been at the nursery for two years, and I can truly say he has completely transformed into a different child.
He overcame his speech delay and learned how to speak and communicate with others.
Every day when I left him, I felt reassured knowing he was in safe hands.
Now, he misses the
nursery-and I miss the peace of mind it gave me.

My daughter had the best time at Busy Bees. She settled in well and was always happy whenever I dropped her off and picked her up. The staff and management showed genuine care for the her. She learnt a lot in a short time.

Very helpful and kind staff.
Would recommend time and time again.
My son has additional needs.
The staff are trained to provide for him both educationally and emotionally.

From the very beginning, my child has felt extremely welcomed. The entire staff has been exceptional. Even on her days off, my child would express her desire to return to the nursery. I highly recommend their services. All my inquiries have been handled with professionalism.

Busy Bees Leicester City is one of the best you can find if you are searching for the right nursery for your child. The professionalism of the management and staff are top-notch. Parents can track the activities of the day through their app. Staff are friendly, patient and well-experienced. My
overall experience was excellent.

My son has been attending Busy Bees Leicester City Centre for around two years now. Hand on heart, can say that this is the best setting I could have chosen for him. My son is autistic and pre-verbal. From day one, when I spoke to the manager, I knew that they were going to take good care of him. My
son loves going there! The communication with management and staff is brilliant, I get updates on the app every day as well as detailed handovers every day. The whole nursery is going above and beyond to meet my child's needs. I cannot be thankful enough for all the things they do for him to ensure he is happy. He progressed so much since he first attended the setting. The nursery also helped with obtaining his autism diagnosis, without them I'd be lost. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to all the staff at Busy Bees. Special thanks to the manager and two members of staff, in particular - amazing team. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you all!

Good hospitality. Taking care of the children was quite good. My kid is used to playing very well in the school. She had good, nutritious food in the school and also, good contact with the teachers who are used to taking good care of kids.

Our daughter is now approaching the end of his journey at Busy Bees and is due to start school in September. I cannot praise the staff and nursery enough - they create such a loving welcoming environment that every child really thrives and develops such great social skills there. She smiles going in
and smiles coming out, no better recommendation than that!

I've had personal issues with home life, the nursery has gone above and beyond with support, not only to my daughter but to myself. Very friendly and welcoming to all. Would recommend this nursery.

We have been overjoyed by the brilliant team at this branch of Busy Bees. Our little one started quite early, and has benefitted positively from all the great learning interventions and activities to stimulate even the smallest growing mind. We feel confident in the care and advice we get. The
professionalism in following guidelines is reassuring, but balanced by warmth and enthusiasm and clear joy in their interactions with our little one.

My daughter experienced extreme separation anxiety returning to nursery after 12 months (due to lockdown and changes in circumstances). The staff's care, empathy and patience was so reassuring. The spacious rooms and high staff to child ratio is also impressive. We've welcomed the staff's
positivity, advice and regular updates. The staff are calm. gentle demeanours mean we always feel confident about our daughter's care.

My child absolutely loves going to the nursery! The staff are friendly, very accommodating and the facilities are engaging for the children to play and learn together. I would highly recommend this nursery.

We are very happy with the way the team takes care of our child. We have seen great development over the past year. I particularly like the use of an app to see our child's diary with pictures of activities and short stories of experiences. From what I can see, the team is doing a great job with
handling the current pandemic and doing what they reasonably can, to keep everyone safe.

The best nursery my children have been to, the manager has been so supportive and helpful with my children's development and I couldn't recommend them enough. The updates on the app are regular so I can receive updates on the children throughout the day. Staff are amazing and friendly and both
children love it here. I hope to stay with them for as long as possible and would even get the children to attend after school/holiday clubs if available.

I was apprehensive on leaving my son. Started in October, I would call every day. Now I know he is safe, he has progressed well with his keyworker and the staff adore him. From being there, he has progressed and is nearly crawling and loves his story time and food.

I am very happy when sending my baby to Bush Babies - Leicester City. Lovely and friendly staff. The manager of the nursery is very helpful. More importantly, my child has been enjoying her nursery days. I think she has learnt a lot and explored a lot of things out there. I just want to send my
deepest thanks to all staff there to bring a beautiful world in the nursery to my baby.

Holly Bush is a good nursery in a great location. The staff is lovely. They take really good care of the kids. Communication is a problem, especially with part-time kids. Management changes every few months, which is worrisome and a bit confusing.
All in all I'm satisfied with Holly Bush and I
think my child had a good time there.
