My son has settled in very well at the nursery. This is his first experience away from home and he has progressed very well. The team are great communicators, and he eats very well!

Our daughter really enjoys going to nursery. The staff are always friendly and go above to make sure she is supported and happy.

Very friendly, caring team who always greet us and the girls with such enthusiasm and warmth. The app is a good bit of kit keeping us updated throughout the day. Would recommend the team to care and support your kids each day.

My child is anxious when I leave him but the staff are great at helping him once I leave. I have confidence that he will be happy and looked after once he has settled.

The team have been amazing in settling our little boy into the nursery, in particular Sammie, Jo & the whole hedgehogs team!
He has thrived since being at the nursery and we love getting updates on how he's doing throughout the day and seeing the team engage with him and all the activities he is
doing. We are very happy with Progress House and would recommend to others!

The team at Progress House have looked after our daughter since she was one. During this time she has always enjoyed her time. Even on the mornings when she wasn't keen the team engaged her and addressed any worries or concerns she had. The variety of activities and learning has helped her develop
outside of what we do at home. Overall, very happy we chose Progress House and would recommend to others.

My girls love Progress House and have found this to be their second home. The staff treat them with lots of care and affection. I would like them to be out doors more and when my child first joined she was taken on trips to park etc. which I would like to be brought back. Otherwise wonderful.

Our son has had a great time at Progress House. We have been delighted to see how much he has grown and developed, as well as how his friendships have developed. The only thing we would like to see added is more rips outside/to the park. The staff are great.

Fantastic! Our daughter loves her time here. She is always excited to come and see the staff that work in her room. She loves that she can spend time outside and see her cousin from another group. As parents we are happy that she is happy and enjoys her time at nursery.

Our son has been attending Progress House since he was 9 months old. Everyone in the team is extremely caring and helpful at all times.
Our son absolutely loves to go to nursery and has an incredible relationship with the staff there. He often runs to hug them when we drop him off.
They always do
very educational and entertaining activities, and pay very close attention to children's development. They discuss and update the development plan frequently, and we see incredible changes in our child's behaviour and abilities. For example, he went from eating with his hands to using a spoon in a week after agreeing to work on this. I can see the excitement on their faces when they tell us that he achieved something new, so we know that they genuinely care.
We also had to take some long holidays as we have family abroad and they helped our son to settle back very quickly every time.

Our daughter is currently at Progress House and joined from the baby room, she is our second child to attend the nursery.
We have always been extremely happy with the care that the children have received. The wellbeing of the children has always been the priority and we like the 'family feel' of
the relationships the children have with the team, from the management to the key worker to the girls in the room.
We had development concerns with our older child, which nursery took seriously, sign posting us to support and providing feedback on his development. The manager in particular checked in regularly to ensure nursery were doing everything they could to support with his development and showed us great kindness.
We also like the range of activities provided, especially when the children go out to the local parks/town etc.
The children have always been very happy to go to nursery happy which is testament to the care and the happy atmosphere in the nursery.

Our little boy joined in February 2023 - he settled in well and is now thriving at Progress House. He was a clingy baby, with allergies. The staff have been so supportive- he is now confident and loves going in. The staff in each room have taken the time to get to know him and what he likes. This
has been consistent in each room and the transition has always been smooth. He is learning so much and is exposed to a great variety of activities and, most importantly, he has a lot of fun. He has made friends and enjoys spending time with them - it's great to see. We get updated with what he has been up to each day and monthly tracking reports. We have parents evenings to check in, but most importantly, the staff are always there if we want to speak to them about something.The nursery is extremely well run- the team are fantastic. They go the extra mile to support parents too. It feels like a big family there, and that's why we picked it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We've been using Progress House for six years now. The team in the nursery are wonderful; they really care about the children from their happiness to their development. The behaviour they model is noteworthy at birthday parties etc (the children from PH help their friends, confidently speak to
adults and have lovely table manners for ones so small).
There's always a new craft or activity out and woe betide me if I don't bring home my youngest's latest masterpiece!
As parents we are kept fully informed in a variety of ways, with advice when asked for, and support always. We trust these ladies with the most precious things in our lives and they do not let us down.

Progress House is a great little nursery. It's the staff which make it so. Three of my children have attended the nursery over the years and all have thrived within it. One of my children has serious food allergies and the staff have been great, learning about the allergies (one of which is new to
them) and ensuring that they are careful with the foods provided. They've taken time to chat with us about the allergy and my child's specific needs. I do miss that it's no longer privately owned, but the manager and her team have been fabulous and I can't fault them.

We are so happy we chose Progress House nursery for our children. Our children are so happy and feel loved and well cared for there. The staff know all the children's names even if they aren't in their room and we always get a warm welcome from the staff. It feels like a big family and that was a
really important factor for us. When we had challenges with our little boy's behaviour the nursery supported us so well, not only being realistic about normal child development but with tips and advice as to how to manage it. And most importantly reassurance that it was normal and would pass. I genuinely feel like the staff care so much about the happiness and well being of the children and that's why it is such a happy place. The manager is brilliant and she supports the parents so well - always accommodating extra sessions if she can and being as flexible as possible. We are so happy that we picked the nursery and really feel the love and effort the staff put into it every day.

We would not send our children anywhere else, the manager has been absolutely amazing, she is always willing to hear feedback, she does what's right for the staff and the children and goes above and beyond with us parents. During COVID we could not fault anything the nursery did, they were so on it
and have continued to always put the health of the children and staff at the forefront.
Our children are flourishing, that is down to the amazing staff at Progress, they are all so friendly, you can see they really care about the children and they make a real effort to communicate about things happening in the nursery. Both children have been so happy/ and are happy here. My daughter was so ready for school, progress house gave her the skills needed to make that transition as smooth as possible.
We would highly recommend Progress House to any of our friends and actually have recommended it to many!
Thanks again all, you really do make a huge difference to so many of us and our children.
