This nursery has been wonderful in helping my little boy develop. They offer me flexibility of extra sessions as and when required, always with a positive can do attitude. The staff all know my son and can't say enough lovely things about him. They respond to challenges with curiousity and give me confidence at home that my boy is developing as he should and offering tools and games that we can do together to bond further. Would highly recommend.

Very flexible and amenable to my children's needs and my work schedule. They've helped my two year old settle in brilliantly after she had a tough time adjusting to my return to work. She loves nursery and asks when she gets to go back after we leave. The staff are very friendly and professional and seem to know the children really well. We also love the outdoor space and activities like forest school.

My child is very happy at the Melton Mowbray Nursery School. He has attended since he was 9 months old and has loved the food, his relationships with his key workers and the engaging environment of the Nursery. He is flourishing while being there and really enjoys his days busily playing with his friends. We feel he is safe, secure and nurtured. The staff have always given us so much time to chat about our son, and they clearly know him and his interests so well. The Nursery is well-managed and maintained, with the younger rooms having been redeveloped twice since he started, and the garden area currently under renovation. He's really looking forward to starting the cooking and Forest School sessions when he goes up to the Pre-School in the Autumn. We're very glad to have such a friendly nursery so close to home.

Our eldest child has been attending Melton Mowbray Nursery School for almost a year and I am amazed at his development since starting. I cannot recommend the nursery enough. All members of staff I have dealt with/cared for my son have been incredible. They give us regular updates and always keep us in the loop with things. I am so so happy that I chose to send my son here - I never have any doubts about his care. I look forward to also sending my youngest child in the next few months :-)

Our daughter is now in preschool and has been going to this nursery since she had just turned 1. We find the staff very welcoming and caring. Two members of staff are great in the main office and are always there to help. The team, three staff members to name but a few have a good bond with her. The change in her through the years has been great to see, and we are very happy, and we see her true character coming through, which is great to see. She has been going twice a week, Wednesday and Thursday, and as my wife works shifts, we find the nursery adaptable, which helps us a great deal. Also they are always looking to improve the nursery with renovations and they are just improving the garden which looks like it will be a great hit. Keep up the great work.

My 2 year 10 month old has been going to Melton Mowbray Nursery school since she was 7 months old. I cannot recommend them enough. She learns so much, always comes home telling us about the fun she has had with her friends (she tells me the staff are her friends as well as the other children). Facilities are great! Meal plans have a great variety and healthy food. Outdoor space (currently being renovated) is wonderful, forest school is available. Indoor spaces just as exciting for the kids, lots of imaginative play and learning. Staff are brilliant with children and parents. As a mum I work full time hours and can sometimes feel guilty about not spending the time with my child and teaching her new things as much as I would like to. However nursery fills this void, she will come home with a different song to sing most weeks, have learnt something new every day, have a different piece of art or plant she has potted to bring home most weeks. Her confidence has grown so much too.

Since starting here last year, our son has come on leaps and bounds thanks to the care, attention and love that everyone at the nursery has given him. There's not a single member of staff that isn't kind, attentive and nurturing. Its a shame that our son didn't start here sooner because they are absolutely fantastic and any child taken here will just thrive.

My son has been going here since he was 14months (now 3yo) and my daughter has just started at 10months old.. I feel confident leaving them knowing they're with such friendly and caring people! The staff clearly take an interest and develop real bonds with the kids. I love having the app so that I can check they're eating well and see photos of what they've been getting up to. The nursery has also recently brought in some amazing ideas such as free coffee for parents to take away after drop off and a used clothes rack to ensure clothes can get their full use and be passed on! Overall I'd definitely recommend the nursery and am very pleased I chose it

My little boy has been attending the Melton Mowbray Nursery School since August 2021 and in this time he as learnt invaluable social skills as well as starting to develop his knowledge in literacy and numeracy and he is in a great place coming up to starting school in September. The staff at the school are attentive, kind and supportive and the managerial staff are excellent especially when dealing with any queries or changes needed and they are very accommodating to the different needs of families. My partner and I love using the app to see what activities our son has been up to as well as what he has eaten, if he has had any naps etc which is updated multiple times throughout the day. We also love the variety of activities available including forest school, make and bake as well as the facilities on offer. It is also clear that welfare and safeguarding is a priority of the nursery which is very important to us as parents and we couldn't recommend Melton Mowbray enough.

Our son attends the nursery since he was 11 months old. We chose the nursery after it's been recommended to us by friends that also had their children attending. The transition was great, smooth, all staff have been supportive and helpful. He really enjoys all the activities. He learned a lot of things and develops beautiful skills. It's warm and cozy environment. I would definitely recommend.

My son has been coming here since he was 8 months old, and now he's about to leave for school! He's made some fantastic relationships with the staff and he always has a fun filled day. Always lots of different activities and a special focus on outdoor play time. We love the daily communication via the app and staff are always so supportive to parents when needed. We'll be very sad to leave!

Great place all round. The staff are friendly and compassionate and they actives for the kids are varied and interesting. The level or care is great. The key people who care for my child are very supportive and helpful, they taken a genuine interest in the child's development.

My son has been coming to this nursery since November, he was only 7 months old but he absolutely loves it! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for making us feel at ease when he is in your care. Wouldn't want him to go anywhere else!

My child has been attending the nursery since she was 10months old and is now 2yrs old and 5months she goes full time. She has made some lovely friends even at such a young age. She enjoys going to nursery often goes running in especially to her Key Support Worker. All the staff in the rooms that she has been in have been lovely and can clearly see my child is well looked after and cared for. When we pick her up always get a handover to say how her day has been including how she has eaten.

We are loving every aspect that the nursery has to offer, staff are extremely friendly and cater to all of the childrens needs individually and focus well on their developmental needs. Since joining the nursery, my daughter has come on leaps and bounds and i am excited to see her grow and develop even more with help from this nursery

My daughter has been attending Melton Mowbray Nursery School since she was 10 months old, and nearly 2 years later, I can honestly say we couldn't be happier. The staff are fantastic - supportive from day one - and she's formed strong bonds with her key workers. The daily updates are brilliant, showing meals, naps and all the fun activities they do - all shared in one place, which gives real peace of mind as a parent. The range of quality activities on offer is amazing. The children spend plenty of time outdoors in their wonderful outside space, and the forest school has been a real highlight for my daughter. She genuinely looks forward to going each day, and it's been a joy to see her thrive both socially and developmentally. It's clear my daughter feels safe and happy & I have complete confidence in the care she receives. Melton Mowbray Nursery was recommended to me by parents whose children had attended 5-7 years ago, which really speaks volumes about its lasting reputation.

My little girl started nursery attending 3 days a week and as expected some days are harder than others and I had a difficult time more than she did alot of the time. But the ladies at Melton pulled together and really looked after us. They make sure to contact me regularly and keep me up to date. They are attentive and I can see my little likes them whenever I drop her off. She also seems to be learning lots which is lovely to see. I am so grateful to you all, a big thanks to 6 members of staff for the support and for taking care of the most important person in life.

We’re very happy with Melton Mowbray Nursery School so far. Our child has been in baby robins for four weeks now and he has already changed so much. He is still tearful when we drop him off in the morning but the ladies in the room soon cheer him up and get him playing and interacting with the other children. We have had regular updates with his progress which, as working parents, is invaluable. He sleeps far better for us at night, as they have his nap times down to a fine art. The food is clearly a hit as he rarely refuses anything and we love being able to see what he’s had each day to cater better for him at the weekend. We’re very happy with our choice for little man and can’t wait to see how much more he learns and develops in the coming months.

Our daughter has been going to Melton Mowbray Day Nursery for roughly five months, two mornings a week and she absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, efficient, polite and very caring. It’s a big thing for any parent leaving their babies with anyone else. All the staff have made it so much easier to do. Regular updates on the app are a great plus. We even know what she’s had for breakfast and lunch. I feel very safe knowing my daughter is here, being looked after by the amazing staff.

I am in the military so move around a lot which means I have a lot of experience with nurseries. This one is joint best that I have used. The staff are great and my child is happy to go to nursery and thoroughly enjoys it! Love the app for connectivity and good communication. The outdoor space is the winning aspect of this nursery! So varied and large. Just love.
