So happy with this lovely nursery. The staff have gone above & beyond in supporting my child with his needs and they are always so cheerful, helpful and positive. My child loves attending and we feel confident leaving him knowing he's safe and nurtured. The snacks and dinners provided are nutritious
and varied, and the fees are reasonable and great value for what is included.
The manager is very approachable, she is really understanding and kind. Thank you to all the staff at Ashbourne, we really appreciate everything that you do!

Our daughter has been going to Ashbourne day nursery at Alfreton since Jan/Feb 2025. She has taken a lot of settling in but the staff couldn't have been more accommodating to helping her and us as parents. Regular updates and reassuring us. She is provided with lots of play opportunities, eats
nutritious meals and I genuinely feel the staff care about her and her well being. We massively appreciate everything they have done over the last 9 months and know they will continue to provide exceptional care in the coming years as she progresses from babies to toddlers and preschool. Thank you for being so patient with our baby.

Our son started at Alfreton in January 2025 and has settled in really well and taken to all the staff who have been really lovely and accomodating.
The communication via the app can sometimes not be updated and as a parent it is important and reassuring to know how our son is getting on throughout
the day.

Our daughter has been coming here since June 2023, and she loves it!
All the staff are amazing with her, even from day one, when she cried when left.
Now, she goes in without looking back.
The manager is very accommodating with requests and always helps as much as he can.
Our daughter has so
much fun some days she doesn't want to leave.

My sons loves coming to the nursery and has taken a shine to all the staff, he's made tonnes of friends and tried new foods, he also learns new things everyday. He loves the arts and crafts they do with him and enjoys playing outside with his friends. The staff are very caring and look after him
exceptionally, they always make sure to call if there's an incident even if its minor which is great.

Absolutely fantastic nursery and staff. The manager is an absolute star, you should be so proud. My child adores you all and will miss you all and has come on a lot. Always there to help when you need it.

We came today for a viewing for a nursery placement for both of our kids we explained the different needs of both children and the manager was very helpful very engaging with both of our kids very friendly and very happy to help us he showed us a tour of the building and was just such a nice guy!

Excellent nursery, my son loves attending daily, staff are always welcoming and friendly, staff keep you up to date on what my son has been up to and what he has played with ect, they also do occasional fun days where parents/carers are welcomed to join them in an activity. The inside and garden
areas are excellent with a very good variety of toys and games for children to choose from.
