Great support and service provided from all the staff at Kids Planet newbold.
My daughter has come on leaps with her speech and development in the toddler room. She always trying to tell stories about her day and nursery and looks forward to going.
Highly recommend kids planet newbold.

There aren't enough good things I can write about this wonderful nursery.
My child has many struggles, autism, speech and interaction. The sheer amount of work they put into making Jaxon feel at home and the 1 to 1 care with limited resources, all whilst attending to the other children.
They
have dedicated one of the workers, Max, and the relationship they have formed is so special. Max truly puts everything into making Jaxon happy, which is easy because our Jax is such a happy little boy. But not just Max, Natalie the care manager, Jade, I could go on. All brilliant people and just truly brilliant at what they do.
Thank you all for the work you put in, it doesn't go unnoticed.

I was very nervous about my son going to nursery for the first time, however all members of staff here made this transition very easy for me and my son as they are all so lovely, I get regular updates throughout the day on everything i.e pictures
of activities, when he has something eat, nappy
changed / sleep times . From the very first day, the staff have been amazing, kind, supportive and genuinely attentive to my son's needs. I feel at ease leaving my son here , I can on about my day with ease. I have found a Positive experience with kids planet newbold.

They always greet us with a warm smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere, making my child feel safe, happy and
excited to attend.
The team go above and beyond to make sure each child is well looked after.
I particularly appreciate how nursery communicated with parents, keeping us informed about the children's day and progress. I would highly recommend Kids Planet Newbold to any parents looking for a good nursery.

Happy parent with my choice of nursery, my son has formed really loving connections with both the key worker in the baby room and then toddlers. I am satisfied knowing he is safe and enjoying a wide range of activities, since moving up to toddlers I have noticed him using manners and I believe
nursery has sped this along. The staff are great and that makes the world of difference to his time there and how I feel about him going

Myself and my daughter have had a positive experience at kids planet newbold. Right from the off with settling in sessions my daughter settled in well and we received support from her key worker. All staff are polite, friendly and helpful when. Dropping/picking up and they've supported us well with
potty training too.

Kids planet newbold is a brilliant nursery, my children have come on leaps and bounds with their speech and development! Also gaining social skills along with learning .
The staff are always so friendly and excited to greet my two boys , they can't do enough for them . They're always interested in
what they were up to on the weekend and how they have been at home and always making sure me ( mum ) is okay too .

My child really enjoys their time here and has great stories to tell me at the end of the day. The staff really take their time and comfort my child. I feel that my child is In safe hands with the staff. The nursery provides help with toilet training which has been a great help for me and my child.
The staff are lovely and always welcoming.

My daughter started in January and is loving every minute there now. The staff are fantastic and friendly. The food is healthy and cooked fresh everyday. The care they put in to the children is 10/10 with amazing facilities inside and out. Updates daily with use of there app through out the day as
well showing naps, meals and they're different activities! Can not recommend this place enough.

My little boy (1yr) loves going to nursery here! He settled so quickly and staff are always really friendly and welcoming on drop off and pickup, so reassuring to know he is cared for and having fun. Food is always varied and he eats the lot, would recommend to anyone

I heard about how good Newbold kids plant was through friends made at a local play group, and a good friend of mine whose child had an amazing experience there.
The staff are amazing and quickly made a close bond with my daughter, she's become so much more confident since staring there its lovely
to see. It's really helped with her development milestones too, every day she seems to have learnt something new. It's such a warm inviting space for children to learn and grow and become independent, the staff are angels and just radiant warmth and love for what they do. Very lucky to have the best nursery on my doorstep, thank you very much for making the hardest transition of motherhood that much easier.

I cannot praise this nursery, the manager and the staff in the toddler room enough. I was dreading sending my son to nursery as he has never been left with anyone other than his nana, me and his dad. The staff made me feel so at ease and the manager answered all my questions both in person and via
email (very quickly). My son has settled so well and even when he was having a difficult transition period the staff did everything to make him feel welcome and cared for. I am so thankful I found this nursery for him. His eating has come on amazingly and his speech improved withing the first few sessions. Highly recommend.

My granddaughter has been coming to this nursery since September and has settled really well. The staff are attentive and compassionate, they always show an interest. They work on lots of development milestones and my granddaughter has really come on in leaps and bounds, her social skills are
excellent as a result of the environment and stimulation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet since 9 months old, she is now 18 months and I genuinely wouldn't look anywhere else. The staff are attentive, caring, thoughtful. My child has never been sad on picks up, the staff are so warm and welcoming to us. I really appreciate the work these people
do and thank you so much for looking after my little girl so well. You're all angels!

My 3 girls currently attend Kids Planet Newbold, it's a fantastic nursery, all staff and management go above and beyond. The girls are always upset when I leave them but from the support and reassurance staff give, means they always have a fantastic day and are very happy when I pick them up. My
eldest who is 3 always comes home singing different nursery rhymes she's learnt, counting her numbers and practising her ABC's. Great communication amongst staff to parents. They use a fantastic app in which you receive photos of your child during the day, information on what they've eaten, nappy changes etc. Variety of different snacks and meals are also given. Overall brilliant!

My son has attended the nursery since the summer of 2022 and has been in all three rooms during his time there. The staff have been so supportive in all settings and his language, numeracy and general confidence have developed so much thanks to the hard work of the staff. We have loved our
experience at Kids Planet and will be sad to leave this summer when my son starts school.

We cannot rate Kids Planet Newbold highly enough. Staff and management are accommodating, supportive and both of our children adore everyone that works there. Thank you for all you do, going above and beyond when others would not.

My little girl has attended since being around 1 and a half and will sadly be leaving for school in September. The staff here are absolutely amazing and my daughter gets so excited to go. 5 stars from us!
