My one year old has been attending since January (baby room) and overall we are really delighted with the nursery. The staff are lovely and caring and my son has settled in really well. He is always tired after a day at nursery which tells me that he is having a great time! The activities they do
are brilliant, he loves the Jo Jingles and arts/crafts. When I drop him off I am able to go and do my job because I am secure in the knowledge that he is with carers who are concerned with his happiness, safety and overall well-being. I am always amazed that the staff remember the smallest details about my son and his day, they ask about him, check in on how his evening/morning was, and genuinely care about his individual personality. It is like a family environment. The nursery-to-home book system they have is helpful for communication and it is nice to hear about what he has done during the day. The nursery management is very flexible which really helps! I can heartily recommend North View!
