A wonderful nursery with caring, dedicated staff who genuinely put the children first. Our daughter is happy, settled, and thriving here, which says everything. Excellent communication and a warm, nurturing environment-we highly recommend it.

I am very happy with this nursery so far ! My child that is very attached to me started august 2025 at the age of 2 years 1 months. I was really worried if he will settle well without me. Staff was very understanding and we really took our time with gentle settling in . My child is happy there and
has been going 2 full days a week. They really do put children first there and i could not recommend it enough !

My son is about to start school and has spent the best part of 3 and a half years at the nursery. He has been so loved and nurtured during his time there and we cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done during his time with them. From forest school to rhymes, singing, trips out,
sensory experiences, outdoor and indoor play, and everything in between! He's thrived so much in their care and I wouldn't fault them one bit. 100% recommend this nursery to anyone.

My grandson started at Child 1st on the 2nd of September, by his third day he was happily leaving me at the door and running in with a big smile on his face.
In just 2 months, his personal development, speech, communication skills have come on greatly. We are really pleased how well the staff work
with my grandson.

I have recently had to relocate and have been worried that my son wouldn't cope well fitting in as he is autistic. However, the staff have been amazing and hands on with everything and keeping me informed. He loves it! Wish we came sooner!

Brilliant nursery and amazing staff! Staff go above and beyond for not only the children but for us parents too. Such a lovely learning environment where it's easy to see why my child enjoys going so much!
So many opportunities to broaden their learning in the outdoor environment and I also love
they involve the children in their updating of the menus- putting children's choice first.
Would recommend to anyone!

Overall great nursery, the staff are all really friendly and approachable. They're always happy to help in anyway possible. My daughter has been attending for almost 2 years and my other daughter 6 months, they love it!
My eldest daughter has autism spectrum disorder, the senco and my daughter's
key worker and all staff involved closely with her go above and beyond. I'd definitely recommend.

We had started our child in July when she was 21 months old. As it was her first setting, she was quite unsettled at the beginning but all the staff in the babies room were extremely accommodating and kind to help settle her in. Eventually she loved going to the setting, coming back and babbling all
about her day. The staff also made sure to update everything on the app as well answer our many queries, along with pictures to make us feel at ease as well. I would absolutely suggest Child 1st Nursery to anyone thinking about starting their child here. Rest assured, they will be in safe hands.

Brilliant school. My child has developed so much, she can do a lot by herself, enjoys every second at nursery and the teachers are the best. The teachers always make sure that the kids are well taken care of, provide feedback to parents and always available to help.

Best nursery. I'm really glad we moved my boy over 18 months ago, he slowly but confidently developed the required skills of talking, and making friends all over the nursery. Brilliant nursery! From the moment me and my husband were shown around we liked it, the staff was very down-to-earth and polite in each room we went into. It is very reasonably priced and includes everything compared to other nurseries we viewed. The nursery offers a good induction time period which
fits in and can be adapted to what the child needs. They were also brilliant when our son got teary at the initial few drop-offs and dealt with it well for me and him. All staff we deal with are very friendly and always make a fuss of our son at drop off and pick up times. I receive a daily update through the app of meals, nappy changes, naps, and observations of how he is doing which is lovely! You also get to see the activities that the children have done during the week which is nice and makes me also look forward to when he moves up into the bigger rooms. We are happy with the nursery, and it actually has exceeded my expectations - highly recommended!

We joined the Child First family 6 years ago when I returned to work after having our first child. Yesterday we left as our youngest graduated ready to go to school in September. They have looked after our three with such care and love and they have flourished. They are so flexible and accommodating
and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. It was sad to say goodbye.

I don't normally write reviews but I've felt compelled to do this one. My granddaughter has been coming to the nursery since April and has left today. I wish she had been there for a longer period but what the staff in the toddler's room have done for her is unbelievable, her speech has improved her
ability to share has come on leaps and bounds especially being an only one. I think she has made friends for life and will follow through school together. I can't name all the staff but each one has their own personality and each one is definitely in the right job. Keep doing what you are all doing and the next generation will be made.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Our son has been with them for more than 3 years now and he grew so much. He is a strong and confident little man. He made so many friends and memories. The staff are exceptional, they took the best care of our little boy, always making sure we have updates about his
activities and food intake. The level of care and education received is fantastic so we could not be more sad.. I cannot express my gratitude as a parent towards this lovely place. Best decision ever made. I strongly recommend this wonderful place.

Child 1st is absolutely amazing!
My 2 girls go and they both get so excited to go, as soon as I pull into the car park their faces beam!
My eldest is special needs and the lengths they go to, to accommodate her are unbelievable! All staff make such brilliant connections with the children. Both
children have come on leaps and bounds since being here! Can’t say a single negative thing about any of the staff or the nursery.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter's confidence has grown so much since attending here. I know she is well looked after and I receive posts and updates on how she is doing. My daughter loves going and always has so much to say about what she has done in the day. To all the staff. Thank you

Child 1st Nursery has been amazing for my son as well as myself. They are lovely, wonderful people who look after the children amazing. My son has come on so much since going and gets excited to go. I couldn't be more grateful and thankful to them for everything they do, truly is the best nursery.

A wonderful place! Where my daughter was received with much warmth and love. If I could put more than five stars I one hundred per cent would. The team at Child 1st are friendly, caring and all have really good connections with the children.

I have my 2-year-old child and 5 months since September enrolled in this nursery school, I am very satisfied every day with the staff, very kind, I love all children and I am very happy that my daughter is a satisfaction. I recommend it with confidence.

Fantastic nursery! So much care and attention given to the children, I have full confidence that my daughter is well cared for. She is so happy at drop off and will go to all staff and at collection you can see her playing happily!
The app allows me to just check in during the day on things like
her milk and how much she has eaten - this has updates and photos uploaded often and really puts my mind at ease. My mum (Nana) can see the updates too and really loves to see her granddaughter's nursery day!
The nursery just has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and I cannot recommend this nursery enough and have done already! Just a a massive thank you to each and every staff member!

Brilliant nursery and amazing staff! Staff go above and beyond for not only the children but for us parents too. Such a lovely learning environment where it's easy to see why my child enjoys going so much!

Best nursery. I'm really glad we moved my boy over 18 months ago, he slowly but confidently developed the required skills of talking, and making friends all over the nursery.
