Really impressed with the nursery and the staff there. Seem to have been some really positive changes lately.
Our son struggled with settling initially but they were so caring towards him and he now loves nursery. He regularly mentions staff names in a positive way so we know he's happy there.
Recieve regular updates on the app so we know what he's eaten. Our son has a milk allergy and we have confidence that the staff know what he should and shouldn't be eating.

My daughter has been at the nursery for 2 years now and absolutely loves it. The staff are always so kind and caring towards the children, the activities they do at the nursery are fab and my daughter has learnt so much

Our daughter has attended Footsteps for over a year now, and during that time she has grown so much in confidence and ability. The team have gotten to know her, and us as parents, so well, and she is so comfortable in their care - it's so comforting and lovely to see. The loveliest team, wonderful

Amazing nursery, they are so kind and nurturing towards my daughter and helped her tremendously since starting there. Everyone from the SENCO to room staff encourage my daughter, to see her personality shining through and confidence building is what you want to see as a parent.

Just want to thank the nursery for going Above & beyond for my Daughters Harper & Olivia. They have learnt many new skills from being and nursery. Harpers speech is amazing and Olivia is talking more now also. Both of my Girls love going to Nursery. Harper loves all of her class mates & staff and
Olivia does too. Makes me feel happy knowing my girls are in an environment where they feel Comfortable & safe.

We couldn't be happier with the choice we have made for our daughter sending her to Footsteps Lichfield Road.
She started here November 2024 and we had looked round several nurseries prior to Lichfield Road and Chloe who showed us round was so knowledgeable, friendly and instantly put us at ease
about sending our at the time six month old.
She is now nearly 20 months and shes absolutely thriving. She can be a bit of a diva when entering in the morning but the staff fully understand what she is like and you can tell that each member of staff knows her really well. The activities she does are brilliant and there is clear communication on her next steps & what she achieves within the setting.
The meals she is provided are fantastic, varied and balanced.
Whenever I have had any queries management have always been great at responding too!

My child started last October when he was 7 months old. As a first time mum and leaving my son I was very anxious. All the staff made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had. They give thorough handovers about what he has took part in throughout the day and what he has eaten which is very
reassuring. They give him so much love and care throughout the day and he really has come on so much since starting. I honestly can't thank them enough!

My Granddaughter always comes home happy and cannot wait to go back to her nursery family.
The staff always seem to have time to speak to me and let me know what she has been up to and what activities are coming up.

Always a lovely experience visiting Footsteps. My little girl goes in happy everyday and leaves happier. She has come on leaps and bounds and I am very thankful for the staff around her helping her grow.

Great experience so far. My child has been with the nursery for 12 months and have been extremely happy with her time there so far.
it's a difficult transition introducing your child into childcare however, this was made bearable by footsteps Lichfield Road.
My daughter's speech has improved
massively since she started nursery and her play skills are great.

Management, particularly the nursery manager and deputy manager, is severely lacking; they demonstrate a lack of professionalism and communication abilities. The nursery manager often hangs up on you, can be quite abrupt during discussions. If you raise a concern, the manager may respond by
suspending your child or children, alleging that their accounts are in debt, and subsequently terminate their enrollment at the nursery. The nursery manager fails to conduct herself in a professional manner and does not take responsibility for the distress she causes during your child's time at the nursery. One of my children had their enrollment terminated, and my oldest child was nearly in the same situation. The nursery manager fabricates stories about you, portraying you as aggressive to others. If you challenge the nursery manager, be cautious, as it could lead to the termination of your child's placement. Nursery manager implies on how you should be a mother to your children.

Our daughter started September 2024. She was made to feel very welcome and settled really well. All staff are brilliant with our daughter who has a great day every day she attends. The nursery staff are great with our daughter.

Exceptional child care, my daughter comes home happy almost every Day. She's developing at quite a fast pace thanks to all the Staff. My Partner and I both feel comfortable with the setting and know she's safe and cared for. Parking can be frustrating at times, though this is only a few-minute delay
and generally only happens at collection.

Our experience so far has been really positive. Lovely caring staff who communicate well with us to keep us informed about our child's day and progress. The nursery has a very homely feel to it with lots of extra sessions organised to include parents too. Food is always varied and our child eats
well. The forest school element is a real bonus and it is really lovely that children are also taken out into the community for activities to build their confidence and experience in the outside world.

I am satisfied with this kindergarten because there are many and various interesting activities for our children and for the parents. I really like that they have a spacious garden where the children explore and learn about nature. The child loves going to kindergarten because he is warmly welcomed
and feels safe. Thank you very much to the staff for the work you do to make our children happy!

I believe the nursery is amazing with my child however we don't have a handover when picking our child up and we also do not get updates on the app anymore which is one thing that got my attention when applying for the nursery. I never know what my child has eaten or how much or if they have had a
nap. Other then that the nursery is amazing with my child and has helped them so much with her speech and gentle hands and I can't fault them with the care they provide

My child enjoys attending this nursery so no complaints from him. Dinners are great, the long standing key workers are very engaging and really care for the children and there are a lot of fun activities that my son enjoys being part of. From a parenting perspective, I'd like to see more structure
in pre school as the children are getting closer to starting school. First half of 2024 there definitely felt like there was a structure in place however the last half of the year, the structure appears to have fallen down and it feels a little chaotic in pre school where there are a lot of children and a revolving door of staff members. I'd like to feel more confident that my child is being given the right tools he'll need to start school.

Lovely staff, caring. Well prepared nursery. My daughter loves to go to the nursery, she's very excited to see her friends and to do lots of activities with them. She is telling me lots of stories with what she did in that day. I truly recommend the nursery.

Footsteps Lichfield Road is amazing, I can't recommend them enough. The care they give to all of the children is outstanding. They treat both of my daughters like their own. The outdoor space at the nursery is great and the food menu is brilliant. I wouldn't send my children anywhere else!

Lovely nursery. Practitioners are all amazing. So supportive with the kids and parents. Child currently in preschool. The curriculum is amazing and the kids learn so much. Child always happy when I drop him off in the morning. Really looks forward to go nursery. Could not fault Footsteps. Amazing
overall. Very happy.
