The care we have received for Molly is fantastic. She has settled well and everyone has helped her to adjust.

The staff that are with my daughter every day are really friendly and helpful. My daughter really enjoys her time at nursery, which is the most important thing. I feel like admin could be improved slightly, response to queries, whether by email or in person, can be slow or just forgotten about.

My child has been attending Smileys since January 2025 and settled in brilliantly. She has built strong bonds with the staff and so always loves to go in. She has developed lots since being there and the staff are always open to discuss how she's getting on.
The food is fantastic, great variety and
healthy. Our wishes to not give sugar have been listened to but there is very little of the sugary foods on the menu anyway.

My kid is with smiley for almost 6 months now. The fact whenever I drop off and pick him up from nursery, there will always be smiles on his face is a testimonial of the care he received at the nursery. He really enjoys coming to the nursery and have great bond with staff member there. The staff
really looks after his individual need and make me feels safe dropping him off at the nursery every morning

I am overwhelmed with the care and compassion of the staff and management at Smileys Day Nursery! They have gone above and beyond to support the transition to nursery. They are so loving and caring to the children and to each other, truly a great team! The twins are always so happy and they are
really sensitive to their needs overall I am really impressed with the staffs attitude, thats what makes it an excellent nursery.

I feel like my baby is very safe and cared for by Smileys, I can trust them to provide the most excellent support for her in her development, brushing on her specific interests and needs. When I pick her up she has always had the most fun and has a big smile on her face.

My experience with Smileys Nursery has only been a positive one. The staff are caring, kind and always have a willingness to help. Both my children are met with love and staff are attentive to their needs. My children's interests are encouraged and supported. My daughter's confidence has soared
since being their, and they are seen as individuals and not as twins. They are both keen to attend every day and often speak of the staff at home with lots of affection, drawing them pictures or writing cards for them and a child's opinion is an honest one.

Great feel to the nursery and all staff are very friendly and welcoming every day!
Food and activities offered is good with lots of variety. Regular updates on the app are good to show daily activities and other info.

My daughter has been attending Smileys for 4 months now and I couldn't be happier with the setting. She settled well and she has made strong bonds with the staff and leaders of the nursery. I feel confident that she is being well cared for by a group of staff who are experienced and who genuinely
love being around children. I receive in-depth daily feedback from the staff with lovely updates including photos of my child enjoying a wide range of activities.
Having previously used a different setting for my older child this nursery is worlds apart and I regret not having put my eldest here. The nursery is clean, well-organised and well-managed. Special thank yous to the manager who is approachable and so enthusiastic about her nursery and to the staff in baby room who have gone above and beyond to provide my child with a safe and loving environment.

They are the best and all the staff are excellent. Smile staff and also very helpful. My princess is just 8 months but she loves all the staff and they take care of her. I feel so relaxed when I'm at work because I know she is in safe hands and a safe environment. The nursery is very clean all the
time. I will recommend Partou Smileys to everyone I know.

I've been impressed by all the positive changes lately. The nursery looks very clean and appears to be a good place for children to thrive. The staff are very caring and engage well with my child. Overall, I'm very happy with Smiley's and feel my child is well cared for.

My child really enjoys the nursery. The girls are brilliant and have been great with her allergy. Nursery is much better since refurb.

My little boy started here in September. He was a little unsettled at first, which was to be expected, but the girls in the baby room really made him feel welcome and helped him settle in really well. Would highly recommend this nursery. He now really enjoys coming and loves playing with all the
toys and his friends.

Smileys is a great nursery and I noticed my son has come on loads since he started with his speech. Staff are all friendly and great with helping my son when he has been overwhelmed.
