An absolutely fantastic nursery. My sons been here since September. I will be honest initially I struggled but alot of this was letting go as a mum and trusting others to care from him. However, any challenges and questioning I gave, I recieved polite and proffesional responses and smiles. Any
matters I wanted to raise, I could do so openly and everything was taken on board and acted on. The Baby Room Staff are unbelievable, commited and caring to my son and the other children, I see this on drop of and collection. I do not go by what I am told, I go by how my son presents, what I observe and the experience I recieve all are positive. My son is excited to get out of his car seat as he looks out the window and sees nursery. He reaches out to staff ready to go in. He walks around happy when he doesn't notice I have arrived. He has come along with his development so much since he joined and is thriving. I get updates on the app I love this, and communication is exemplary.

We will be forever grateful for the genuine care and affection the team shows every day towards Zachary. Leaving him in the care of others at 8 months old was terrifying but from his first settling in days until now, the consistent commitment to caring for him and supporting him to develop has been
incredible. He's now 2 and thriving, which is in such a large part down to the team at Kids Planet. The attention to detail in his handovers, the detailed daily updates, the fun weekly activities and the above and beyond family days are just a small part of what makes the nursery so special. You are all amazing!

I have 2 children using the nursery & I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. The activities that are put on, the extra events provided, the staff & food are all fantastic and my kids love going.

The girls in the baby room and the nursery manger have been amazing accommodating our sons needs when he's gone through difficult phases of health and not meeting his milestones. They always update us on all his information throughout the day and share pictures of what he has been doing. We cannot
ask for more and to know how much they care and how well they look after all the children there. All the staff are lovely I would highly recommend sending your children there.

My son has been attending Kids planet since he was 10 Months old he's now 2 and a half, i can not thank the staff enough, his development has come on so much, his social skills are amazing and he knows all the staff by name and tells us who's looked after him on the day he's been in, my son was
recently potty training and we felt so supported by the nursery through this process.
Staff are always so welcoming and friendly, give thorough and detailed handovers at pick up time, and communication through the Famly app is fantastic.
Kids planet do a range of activities for the children including outdoor and messy play, they also have an outdoor shed for book time which my son absolutely loves.
My son has a dairy allergy which is always catered for excellently and during baking activities a dairy free alternative is given so he is not left out.

I wouldn't send my children anywhere else. It is a home from home for us. The care all staff show towards the children is incredible. Every morning without fail they greet my daughter with a hug and a smile and make her feel comfortable at all times. We are proud to be apart of kids planet rugeley

My daughter started when she was only 6 months old, she is now 17 months and she absolutely loves it at Kids Planet Rugeley - she walks in with her glasses ready for the day ahead. All the team in baby room are amazing and have so much time for you as a parent. I would be lost with out them. As a
full time working on mum they have been so helpful and flexible when they can.

My daughter loves nursery all the staff are brilliant and my daughter often talks about them all.
They have been flexible to my working hours/days and the main thing is my daughter is happy and has lots of fun!
She's learnt so much gaining more independence and confidence.

Our daughter Tailynn has absolutely flourished since starting at this nursery. Being without nearby cousins or other young family members, the social skills she's gained here have been incredible. Her speech, confidence, eating habits, and curiosity have all grown so much, and her personality truly
shines. The staff are amazing - so lovely, patient, and genuinely caring - and their support has had such a positive impact at home. We feel completely confident leaving her in their care and are so grateful for everything they do for her.

Flynn has been attending Kids Planet Rugeley since he was 14 months old(12 months adjusted) and is now 19 months old. He initially struggled with separation anxiety, but the staff were always so kind,friendly, and welcoming, which really helped him settle. He now goes in with no tears and waves bye.
The photos and updates we receive through the Famly app are very reassuring, and the activities look fun and engaging. We chose Kids Planet based on recommendations from other parents, which made the transitions much easier for me as an anxious mum going back to work. We are so pleased knowing he is happy, safe and well cared for.

My little boy has been at the nursery since he was 7 months old, he loves everyone there so much! He talks about the staff when he is at home all the time and tells us about all the fun things they do. The nursery provide so much for the children and always go off their interests. Their love for
outdoors is amazing, especially the fire pit sessions. We love all the updates and feedback from the staff. We are gutted that he will have to leave nursery to go to school soon.

Since our daughter has started here she's come on in leaps and bounds. I can't thank everyone at Kids Planet enough for what they have done for our little girl and being an essential part in not just her education but her overall development into a funny and very loud little girl.
She absolutely
loves going to nursery, I think if she could stay there 24/7 she would. She literally never wants to leave when I pick her up and ignores her dad when she gets there to go play with her friends and the staff. If that doesn't speak volumes about the place. The food as well is fantastic she eats better than me.
I love to see how she's doing and what she's getting up to do it's nice that they have an app where they will post a story time of what she's doing today with some pictures and then also what she's had to eat, gone to the toilet and if she has a sleep to which is all time stamped.
The staff are so lovely and friendly and you can tell they really care about the children.

This is such a wonderful nursery. I really do feel like I am leaving my child with the experts. They make me feel so at ease about having to leave my child to go to work. He really enjoys going. They are always happy to give me advice when I ask. I never feel rushed out of the door, the team always
have time for you. Thank you so much for all your hard work. This place feels like an extended family and they offer regular parent events for you to attend. I love that they teach core skills and recognise the importance of the great outdoors. My boy has developed so much since starting here.

The staff are all so caring and friendly, and my child is so excited to go to nursery in the morning. They happily list off the members of staff in their room and tell me how they have played with them, fed them or helped them sleep. We have moved out of the area since we started at the nursery, but
I am more than happy to travel to keep our child in such a welcoming and safe environment where they have been for almost 2 years. Every week they come home thriving and learning new activities to teach me too.

Since joining Kids Planet Rugeley and starting in their Baby's room my son's confidence, social skills, and cognitive development have all increased massively. All of the extra activities the staff do with the children is brilliant. The care, helpfulness and personal bonds all the staff have made
with my son are fantastic. Each and every staff member are a credit to the Nursery. I'd highly recommend any parent placing their children in this nursery.

Great nursery my son has come on so much since starting here in Jan 2024. Staff are amazing and very caring. They do so much with the children from little trips out to different activities each day! My son loves it here and all the staff even asks to go on the weekends!

Myself, my husband and my little boy couldn't speak highly enough of Kids Planet Rugeley. My son is now 27 months old and has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old. He absolutely loves it. The staff absolutely make the nursery a wonderful place, the manager is amazing, she is always
happy to listen to feedback, and help and support to make sure that our children are happy at the nursery. She is caring and compassionate but also very professional. The other staff in the nursery are also excellent, they provide the most amazing learning opportunities whilst showing care and compassion to all children. The staff know each child so well, knowing their likes and dislikes, always supporting the children to thrive. The nursery is amazing, from the staff; the healthy meals; the online app to keep us updated; the wonderful toys and space. We are so grateful that our son has had such a lovely start to his learning life.

I regularly pick up my granddaughter from Kids Planet Nursery and I am always impressed. The staff are most welcoming and the children are always happy and content.

Seeing the difference in my daughter from attending this setting is amazing. She’s learnt so much and has grown in confidence, and independence and her personality is shining. This is thanks to all of the staff and everything that they do. The activities that they set up and provide for the children
are lovely and focused on the children’s ages and interests. The staff go above and beyond in all areas and this has shown from the bond my daughter has with the staff there. The staff also upload photos, food, sleep and nappies each session which allows parents to see what they have been up to whilst working which is lovely to see and gives peace of mind. I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more.
