Our little boy has flourished since joining the nursery 2 and a half years ago. Every room has tailored to his needs, nothing is too much to ask. From potty training to learning numbers & letters, he has continued to thrive with the support of everybody. He has really struggled with fussy eating
and the ladies have gone above and beyond to support us as parents improve this. To say he's now eating soup is a miracle! All staff are exceptional, we would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter started at footsteps in November last year. As a first time mom and someone who works within the early years sector, finding the right nursery was extremely difficult but from her very first settle the girls have been amazing! All the girls in the baby room have been so welcoming and
supportive. Her key worker sends me updates and photos which clearly show how much fun my daughter is having and how well she has settled in.

Both of my children have attended Footsteps Cannock, with one still currently enrolled.
Throughout every room, they have been incredibly lucky to have such amazing key persons, supported by fantastic colleagues.
My little one takes part in a wide range of activities each day and is always
eager to tell me all about what he's been up to.
I would not hesitate to recommend Footsteps Cannock

My daughter is always happy as well looked after. I feel comfortable to raise any concerns and know they will be addressed quickly. She loves going to nursery and is developing well too, her confidence and imaginative play is amazing and I believe this is also encouraged at nursery.

Footsteps Nursery and their amazing team truly care about our children having the best start to life.
The team keep you up to date with progress and my toddler loves going to nursery and seeing his friends and the team.
He has come on leaps and bounds and they are very proactive with any
needs your child may have.
I cannot fault anything and would 100% recommend Footsteps Cannock!

We couldn't be happier with the care our child receives at Footsteps. Since joining, we've seen such a massive leap in our child's confidence and social skills. The staff are incredibly attentive and always find creative ways to keep the children engaged. It's a joy to see our little one so excited
to go in every morning. We have some feedback asking for details about activities they had done in the room especially and this was acted on immediately. The staff are great, friendly, always happy to help. Thanks

Fantastic nursery! Brilliant staff, who show love and care to all the children like they're their own. Great communication with me as Mum, I always get updated every step of the way and it's really reassuring to know that my daughter is in a setting with people who genuinely care about her progress
and safety.

The first thing I will say is that our daughter is always so excited to go to nursery which, to be honest, could be the end of the review!
Always had good experiences. The staff are open and transparent, never feel like we have to push to get answers to any questions we have. Lots of activities for
the kids and communication is fantastic. We are so happy we chose this nursery.

I have nothing but positive words to write about this Nursery. As a Mother of a child who attends here I have never felt so reassured in that my child is cared for well and is safe. My child is treated with kindness, care and love every single day. All staff are polite, friendly and have supported
my child's development and learning tremendously. My child eats delicious nutritious filled meals daily whilst on attendance and enjoys all of the crafts, activities, toys and outside area which is not only fun but safe. Thank you so much Footsteps for being so fantastic!!

Teachers keep me up to date throughout the day and always give a thorough handover at pick up. Always doing different activities with my children who are always bringing home artwork! And they're always great at communicating any issues or concerns. Really happy we found this nursery

All the staff at Footsteps are wonderful. My daughter has multiple IgE allergies. The staff go to great lengths to keep my daughter safe and to make sure she feels included at meal times. I would highly recommend Footsteps for any parent worried about their child's allergies.

Our daughter settled well into both the baby room and lower movers. As parents we received lots of reassurance and updates throughout the day. We have been really supported and it has put us at ease knowing our baby is happy.

As a first-time parent, choosing a nursery was daunting, but I honestly couldn't be happier. The staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly, caring, and reassuring. They always take the time to update me on how my little one has settled, which I really appreciate.
In every room, the staff have taken
the time to get to know my child as an individual, and I can genuinely see the difference in my little one each time they move into a new room as they continue to grow and develop.
The nursery itself is always tidy, and the activities they plan for the children are engaging, fun, and clearly well thought out. They do a lot of crafts, and we always look forward to receiving the artwork, especially the seasonal packs for occasions like Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas, they're such a lovely touch. The children are also encouraged to go outside as much as possible!
The new chef is a great addition, the food is delicious. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter joined Sept 25, the tour around was very informative and I loved the fact you cannot just walk into the nursery a finger print is required. I like this security feature and the reassurance that my daughter is on cctv. She started in lower movers working her way up and every room she has
built some super strong relationships with fellow children and staff! I highly recommend footsteps they really take pride in the care of children, thinking about educational activities as well as an excellent selection of food.

Superb care and compassion for my child. Engaging activities with special event days often through the month. Encouragement for kids to gain confidence and new skills. Emphasis on life skills like turn taking, writing, sharing and care for others and outdoors. Plenty of outdoor time and opportunity
for play. Lots of good group activities. Reading every day for the children.

Since being at nursery my daughter has flourished and grown so much and loves going in. I love the fact that the children have key workers and
you can address any concerns with them and it is dealt with. They are quick at responding to any messages placed on the nursery platform and keep parents informed on everything that is happening with the nursery.

My baby went for his first settling in sessions in December with Footsteps, Cannock. I was e blown away by the kindness of all the staff. I was a very nervous mother leaving her baby for the first time, they were patient and took there time with me answering all my questions. I was updated on the
family app within the first hour leaving me feeling so reassured and happy. On Rory's first day I was given the sweetest little gift, totally blown away (tears were shed) how lovely and personable. So happy we chose this nursery for our son.

My daughter has been here almost a year and has been in 3 classes, every single class she's been in have been so great with her especially me being a first time mom and scared to leave her but I feel at ease knowing she's here and not somewhere else, my daughter is always treated so lovely and with
respect they have made me feel like she is valued so much so that they actually bought in a toy I said she enjoys and plays with at home so she had more to play with as she's abit funny with messy play, the staff there are just so friendly and with all the kids they see each day they remember each of their names, the menus are fantastic and they are always asking for input from the parents with meals and allergy's. My daughter enjoys it here so much and I feel so happy to bring her here it's always so clean and tidy and the classes are excellent and the outside with the climbing frames just amazing!
Well done Footsteps Cannock you have one extremely happy mommy!

My daughter loves it at nursery. She happily stands by the front door ready to go with her nursery bag. Always so happy and well looked after. The staff are amazing. So friendly and will do anything they can to help and accommodate you. My daughter has grown so much with her development over the
last few months since stating. Couldn't recommend it enough. Brilliant nursery to go to. Plenty of involvement for parents. Tasty menus for the children to try different things

Footsteps is warm and welcome nursery. Not only does my daughter still go there, but my son also went there.
The experience over the last 3 years has been amazing. Support with Oakley, being autistic from sen teachers have been amazing. All supported and sent him in the right direction.And now he
in special school. My daughter is in her last year.In preschool and has really close bond with Emma Nicole and Haley that support her to thrive,
