I have been using Kids Planet day nursery in Stone for 4 years so far. My son joined during the crazy times of COVID and my daughter joined in 2024. The 2 best things about this nursery, and always has been, is the outdoor space and the staff. The staff are phenomenal. Any new staff that join are
immediately up to the standards of everyone else and immediately get stuck in caring for the children. The staff are so professional yet full of life and I feel like my children are so safe there. My son has now started primary school, but he gets so excited when he has to come along to pick my daughter up from nursery - just so he can see the staff again! I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

Our little girl has just left this wonderful nursery and made a great start to school life. I attribute a lot of this success to the fantastic staff at this nursery. Our little boy is still here. He's 1, he loves going into nursery and is progressing really well. The staff are very caring and the
daily updates are great to receive. They send progress reports often to keep us in the loop too.
The best review I can give is that both of our children come out of this place happy. They are well looked after, well fed and well taught. We love that they get them outside so much. The staff do go above and beyond in their care and would recommend this place to anyone.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 9 months old and is now in her final room- the preschool room. Our daughter has loved every minute of her nursery experience and continues to look forward to each day. She continues to thrive in terms of her confidence, social skills,
creativity and interest in trying different foods- all of which have been encouraged by the staff and engaging environment at nursery. The staff are superb, always take interest in wanting the best for the children, they ensure they are happy and safe at all times. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter loves her nursery. All of the staff are kind and caring and send comprehensive updates about my daughter's day and her development quite regularly. Becky is an amazing manager. I cannot fault anything, Jo cooks lovely food and the outside (secured) space is unmatched!

We moved our little one to Kids Planet Stone for a more outdoor-focused experience, and it's been the best decision we could have made. From day one, the team has been incredibly supportive, especially as our son may be autistic and has a learning delay. The manager, is absolutely lovely-so kind,
approachable, and always willing to listen. His room leader, is amazing with him and has built such a strong, caring bond. They've been brilliant at recognising his needs and making sure the right support is being put in place to help him thrive. The communication has been excellent, and we always feel involved and informed. The sensory activities they offer are fantastic-creative, calming, and clearly tailored to help him feel confident and engaged. He's flourished in their outdoor environment and comes home happy every day. It's such a relief to know he's in a nurturing, inclusive setting with people who genuinely care. We're so grateful! My son joined Kids Planet Stone at the start of 2024 and has loved his time there.
He has developed strong, positive relationships with the team, and feels safe and secure there.
I would highly recommend the setting.

Moved our children here from a local provider and since doing so they have thrived ! Great staff, facilities & the kids love it with all 3 covering the 3 separate age rooms. Cannot recommend them enough

My daughter started nursery here in May and I was so anxious but I shouldn't have been, she has settled in so well, the staff are so friendly and attentive and always give an update on how she's done at the end of the day! She seems to nap really well too which to me means she must feel settled and
safe there and she always seems to have lovely meals!

Since my daughter has started at Kids planet Stone she's really excelled. Before starting, she had never been in anyone's care other than mine, my husbands and her grandparents, so I was nervous about sending her. For the first couple of weeks she did get a bit upset at drop off but they always
comforted and reassured her. She is now happy to go in and I've been told she really interacts and enjoys herself. I love the different foods offered for snacks and lunch as she has never been a fussy eater but gives her a chance to try something new. We are so pleased and would highly recommend.

My daughter started nursery just after Christmas, and she has come on so much since starting the staff are so good and hands on, we get good updates through out the day on the app and also upon collecting my daughter. They are very support with development and when it is time to transition into
another room. The food choices available are fab also and it appears my little one enjoys all meals. Thank you to all the staff. Keep up the amazing work you do.

My son has been with this nursery from September 2024. As first time parents we didn't know what to expect with him starting nursery and we both were very apprehensive. Everyone at this nursery made us feel completely at ease from the word go! We were never made to feel a nuisance when we regularly
rang for updates at the beginning! The staff really made the effort to get to know my son so that he really felt comfortable being there. We get regular updates on the app about all the wonderful activities they do with the children and how my son is developing. The staff always give my husband and I advice if we are worried about something and reassurance too. I really feel my son is really well cared for and love and kindness that he receives is so lovely. All the staff members have gotten to know his name even if he isn't in their room. We appreciate all the wonderful activities that the staff come up with and how much time the children spend outside. We can't thank this nursery enough!

My Son has been attending just one day a week since last September. At first drop off wasn't a very nice experience at all, with little one getting ever so upset but the staff made a real effort to make him feel comfortable and he now runs in so excited that I often don't even get a goodbye! His key
work is always really lovely and friendly, and my son really does love her. When he sees her coming to let us in he shouts 'play!' and can't wait to go in. We also love that there is a male member of staff in the nursery, my son seems to have really taken to him also.
My little one loves being outside and they have great outdoor facilities and things to play on/with.
The food always sounds amazing. My little one is a big eater and there's always plenty for him.
The team in his room works really well with what we are working on at home, like potty training. And we try to carry on what he's learnt at nursery at home, currently, that's emotions.
Highly recommend!

Two of our children have attended Kids Planet and have been thoroughly impressed with the care and level of service provided by all of their staff. They strive to build relationships with each and every child, and our children love the team there and the extra mile they go. I am also impressed with
the office staff, who always try to accommodate additional requests we have had, and nothing is ever too much.

Christmas at the nursery was made so special, the carol concert that was put together was amazing, and parents were invited to watch their little one sing classic Christmas songs. It was well put together and organised, the staff kept the children engaged and it was honestly a joy to watch, you
could clearly see all the children enjoying themselves.

I can't recommend Kids Planet Stone enough. My little boy has attended since he was two and is now four. We love the relationships that the staff build with the children, my little boy is always happy to go in and talks fondly of all the staff and his friends. They all seem to care and love their
jobs. The communication from the manager, the room leaders, and key persons is outstanding. The app supports this, with daily updates, it feels like we really know what he gets up to at nursery. The support my little boy has received with his development has been amazing, particularly with his fussy eating, his social and emotional development, and his speech and language. Everyone is always willing to engage and work with us as parents and with other professionals. The range of activities and experiences is outstanding, my little boy loves forest school, dance, music, and the messy play on offer.

All staff are approachable and have been really helpful in the process of our little boy settling in here.
Handovers are always detailed and the parent zone app is updated regularly, giving parents peace of mind.
We look forward to the summer months when our little one can make the most of the
outdoor facilities.

Our son attended 4 days a week from baby room until leaving preschool for school. We were always so reassured by the quality of care, and the way the staff knew and delighted in each and every child. He now attends holiday club, and it remains a safe and nurturing place for him. He trusts the staff
and therefore so do we. He looks forward to going back to the ones he remembers and always comes home having enjoyed making friends with someone new!

We love Kids Planet Stone. All the staff are so lovely with the children and very responsive to queries. Our little boy loves going and is very happy when he's there. Some of his first words were his key workers' names.
