We've had a great experience with the nursery . The staff are warm, patient, and truly care about the children. My child is happy, comfortable, and settled which gives us real peace of mind. It's clear that the kids are looked after in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. We're very
grateful for the care and attention they provide every day.
My daughter has a brilliant bond with Harvey and Jasmine is a brilliant senco who provides excellent support to my daughter. Holly and her team have been very helpful in support my daughter's additional needs. Thankyou!

My little girl has been going to Partou Alexandra Day Nursery since she was 1. She is now 3 and is thriving there. It is such a lovely nursery with lots of facilities to keep the children busy and entertained. Hollie, Teri and the team work really hard to make sure your child is well cared for and
that everything runs smoothly. I would highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for somewhere for your child.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since October 2023, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring, which made the settling-in process smooth and reassuring for both my daughter and us as parents.
The
team are attentive and professional, and it's clear they really take the time to understand each child as an individual. My daughter has grown so much in confidence, social skills, and independence since starting, and she always seems happy and comfortable when she's there.
Communication with parents is excellent - we're kept well informed about her day, her progress, and any important updates. The activities are varied, engaging, and well thought out, supporting learning through play in a nurturing environment.
Overall, this nursery provides a safe, stimulating, and caring space where children can thrive. I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a high quality nursery.

What a nursery. I don't think I could have found any better out there to trust whole heartedly with my little girl. She loves going and loves the range of activities they provide day in, day out!
Even to the little things of a good luck card made for me for my driving test.

We've had a fantastic experience with our two sons at Partou Alexandra! Our eldest son started in pre school a year ago and wow the change in him has been incredible. After having had a bad experience at another nursery I was so impressed when our son started here. The team are really proactive and
really engage with the children.
Our youngest then started in the baby room and the team in there are amazing too! He settled in super quickly and he's learning so much.
Both boys love the food too and our eldest has enjoyed getting involved in cooking. Both boys have meaningful snapshots on the app, plus they have child focus weeks completed by their wonderful key workers. They definitely know our children very well and have great tips for home too.
Every single person has been very friendly here and it's clear they are all passionate about caring for children. Thank you all so much!

I can feel the genuine care and dedication that the staff give towards my child and this reflects in his eagerness to go the nursery everytime. We always receive detailed feedback on his activities and engagement. Really couldn't ask for more.

We have had a really positive experience with this nursery, and I'm happy to recommend it. My son has developed so well since starting here especially socially and emotionally .He is happy, confident, and always eager to go in, which says a lot. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely invested
in the children's wellbeing and progress. Communication has been good, and we feel kept in the loop about his development and daily activities. One thing we especially appreciate is their flexibility and understanding as a nursery, which has made things much easier for our family. It's reassuring to know he is in a safe, nurturing environment where he feels comfortable and supported. Overall, we're very grateful for the care and support they provide.

Wonderful, caring nursery. Our little boy has been there since 6 months old and we have felt comfortable from the start. Having experienced another nursery with our older child, this nursery stands out as different from many others we looked around. Every member of staff is friendly and welcoming
and it seems that they all enjoy working there. They go above and beyond to keep the children engaged and follow their interests. We feel very happy and lucky to have found this place and hope to keep our son there until he starts school.

The Alexandra day nursery really is the most brilliant nursery! The level of professionalism is outstanding, as is the care, thought, and love shown to all of the children.
My son settled in so easily and the process was thorough and informative.
My son loves the staff and the activities he
undertakes daily are challenging, fun, and engaging.
Every day I know when I pick him up that he's ' had a great day, staff meet you at the door with a smile, fill you in with what he has done, eaten, and everything else you need to know, they never rush the end of day handover.
I really appreciate everything that they do, and can't speak highly enough of these wonderful people.

The nursery are amazing with Leo. He loves it everyday he goes there. They're so understanding and meet his needs everyday! The care they give is kind and compassionate. Couldn't ask for a better nursery!

My two boys attended Partou Alexandra from April 24 until August 25, which is when my eldest started school.
The team are just incredible, nothing was ever too much for them.
Both boys absolutely adored their time there, the relationships they developed with the teachers was wonderful to see. It
was great to see their confidence grow. We will forever be thankful to Holly, Teri and the team and will look back at their time there, with very fond memories.

Wow wow wow!
Partou (smileys) are just the best.
The staff are friendly, caring and treat you like one of the family. My son attended from 1yr old until he turned 4yrs 10 months and they have been so accommodating and just overall a lovely nursery to send my child to.
The way the rooms are set
out it feels like home from home and very clean.
Excellent equipment and activities.
Value for money and managed very well.
I don't have one bad word about this nursery.

My grand daughter thrives here! Every time I pick her up, she has a great big smile on her face. The staff are always very informative about her day and very welcoming too. The setting is so cosy and inviting for the children and I would 100% recommend this nursery.

My youngest is now leaving. My boys have been through the change from smileys to Partou and the staff have been nothing less than excellent.
Today upon the near to last day I've found myself reflecting on the last 5 years. My children have built bonds with staff, I've built bonds with staff and
the experience overall had been incredible.
No parent is ready to leave their little one (especially before they're 1) but I have always felt the staff love and care like a parent would. They would come home clearly having had endless cuddles when needed and comfort. They have mastered new skills and unlocked key achievements in development thanks to the staff at nursery.
I would upload the goodbye poem I have done but it would be too long- when you have a look around, ask to see it because it's a much better summary and more personal than on here!
I am saddened that I will not be returning next week to the team have they have been life changing. Thank you!

The staff at this nursery consistently go above and beyond in their care. Their support during key milestones like weaning and potty training has been invaluable, playing a significant role in shaping my child into the amazing little person they are today. As a family, we've always felt completely
at ease leaving our child in their capable hands. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere during pick-up and drop-off times makes us feel safe, protected, and well looked after.

So glad I chose Partou -it's been a fantastic experience from day one. The staff are incredibly warm, caring, and professional, creating a safe and nurturing environment where my child feels happy and supported, the staff also go out of their way to support parents in any way possible.
There's a
great balance of fun and learning, with activities ranging from messy play to outdoor adventures and storytime. I have seen real growth in our child's confidence, communication, and social skills.
The regular updates and photos are a lovely bonus, helping me feel connected and reassured every day. It's clear the team genuinely loves what they do. I couldn't recommend Partou more highly!

This nursery is a hidden gem! The staff go above and beyond to get to know my child, and they feel like extended family.
The staff are consistent and my child happily runs in with any of them.
There is a great outdoor area that the children are able to play in no matter what the weather and
there is always fun activities for them to enjoy inside and out.
I highly recommend this nursery.
