My niece was always very happy when I collected her from nursery telling me she had fun. When I used to collect her I was always met with friendly staff and an informative hand over telling me what she had done, what time her sun cream was applied etc. Very good team.

My son was with this nursery Feb-September 2025. Within our time here we had so many issues. We had a safeguarding issue where they spoke to his dad over the phone (Hes abusive and we fled). His name and number wasnt on any files and they shouldn't have disclosed any information with anyone about my
child over the phone. He could've been anyone. They also have no CCTV within the setting which is another safeguarding issue. I know this because my son had a violent fall at nursery and come home with a lump on his head. The nursery hadn't informed me or my mom and we only found out once he was home. During the meeting. They tried to say it happened before or after nursery when it didn't. The staff also couldn't make up their mind. It was grass then concrete he fall on. They saw but they didn't see it. He put his hands out and he didn't. So we were left feeling insecure and unsafe within the setting and we removed him. No accidents since. Says a lot.

We had to pull our children from a nursery we had found following a bad experience during a settling in session, so we were nervous about finding another. However we think it was obviously meant to be as we found Blue Giraffe Nursery and pre school. From the outset, we have been made to feel
welcome and our children are very well cared for. Ages 3 and 10 months, my 3 year old loves it, he's settled in so well. he has speech and language challenges and the nursery are providing excellent support and 121 sessions to support his additional needs. My 10 month old has settled well. They always come out looking clean and well cared for. They offer flexibility, and the communication is second to none! We feel very assured we have made the right choice for our children

My little boy is 10 months old and has started at Blue Giraffe in September as I have returned to work. I am over the moon with how quickly he has settled into Blue Giraffe and it is so nice to be able to go back to work knowing that he is in safe hands and is having a nice day. The lovely ladies in
the Tiny Giraffe's room have made his start to nursery worry free. He loves his nursery days and the ladies are always uploading photos of what he's been doing with his day. The app is fabulous for communicating throughout the day and the diary feature is really useful. A very happy mommy and so glad we chose Blue Giraffe.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery each morning, he often runs in with a big smile on his face, which says it all. The team are consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely caring with the children. It's clear they make an effort to understand each child's needs and personality. The food
provided always seems healthy and balanced, and I've been impressed by the variety of educational and sensory activities on offer, there's always something new and engaging going on. As a working mum, it's incredibly reassuring to know he's in such a supportive and stimulating environment. With A new activities every day. The management team are also very responsive to any queries.

We are extremely happy with the nursery, our daughter has attended Blue Giraffe since May 2024 when she started in the baby room (now in the toddler room), and is absolutely thriving. She loves going into nursery each day and it makes us happy going to work knowing she is happy! The staff are all
absolutely lovely and you can tell really care and are passionate about what they do. We get regular updates/reviews and they do lovely activities/trips out with the children. We would definitely recommend Blue Giraffe.

My child has been attending Blue Giraffe for a year and a half now. He has come on leaps and bounds in his confidence and various milestones and I put that down to his time there. The staff are always so welcoming in the mornings and I know they look after him so well throughout the day as he always
speaks so positively about his time at preschool. They have a huge range of activities for the children to engage in and really encourage independent, collaborative and imaginative play through various means. My son has also thoroughly enjoyed the days when Forest School has been on and comes out explaining all the things he's done that day. Would happily recommend Blue Giraffe to anyone.

My 3 year old has attended for last 2 years and really enjoys the setting. The staff are really friendly and caring. They made a great effort to help her settle in and feel comfortable when she first attended. She is involved in lots of activities throughout the day and enjoys being out in the
garden.

Blue Giraffe are a decent nursery which have a vast amount of activities and trips out for infants. My daughter has built solid relationships with staff and other children there. The only reason I haven't given a 5star review (which is deserved) is I feel there could be improvements implemented,
which I have raised with the nursery. But nothing of detriment, as they are brilliant and have taken my feedback on board and hopefully into practice. But ultimately Blue Griaffe would get a 5 star review from myself otherwise.

My child has attended the nursery since the baby room, they have been fully supported throughout each transition. They have a number of different activities and go on frequent outinngs. The toddlers and preschoolers have access to outside throughoutthe day and the recent forest school addition has
been exciting for my child. The staff are genuinely interested in the children and parents are kept well informed of progress. Each week we are sent a plan for the week so we can discuss with our child and we have lovely photo updates sent via the app. Overall a very lovely setting, thank you!

She loves attending the nursery and always talks about her days.
I'm always informed of her day on what she's done/eaten/slept.
The staff are lovely.

All Staff are lovely and can not do enough to help.
They are great with my son and the days are planned really well with lots of activities and learning tools.
The information for parents is readily available (plus extra support)
I love the Golden moments photos that they share.
I couldn't ask
for a better place to send my son knowing that he is safe, well looked after and is learning new things everyday whilst having lots of fun.

My son has been attending Blue Giraffes since September 2024, initially 15 hours which increased to 30 hours when he qualified for it in January. The support of him going into nursery (from full time care with his dad at home) was seamless and the whole process was explained, sufficient settling in
sessions were offered to make us and our son feel comfortable. They have supported him massively especially when he was potty training and trying new foods (he is very fussy so we all celebrate when he tries something new) - as a parent it means a lot to me that these wins are shared both by us but also by the Big giraffes team that care for him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blue Giraffes to any parent as I know first hand they are supportive, caring and understanding. As well as being flexible and good value for money. The relationships my son has with his friends there and the adults are heartwarming and his social skills and confidence have grown massively since attending.

Amazing nursery and the staff are all lovely my two children have gone here and wouldn't take them anywhere else they have great resources and lots of activities for the children to do like taking them to a local care home for them to interact with the older generations

I have had continued support whilst my children have attended Blue Giraffe. I absolutely love how the day is planned with lots of play and learning involved. All staff have been approachable throughout our time at BG. Having a key worker is beneficial as they feedback at the end of the day,
what my children have been doing, which I find interesting and helpful. If I had any concerns around my children. Staff always listened and supported where they could. Having involvement in the local care home, is vital in my opinion to build not only confidence and further learning for the children, but for the residents to see the local Nursey attend and build friendships. Trips to the library and park, always brought a smile to my children's faces and they talk about how much of a wonderful time they had!
One of the things I dreaded was potty training. BG brought ease to this journey.
From a financial side BG are extremely reasonable and totally transparent with fees.

my little boy has been at this nursery since he was 2 1/2 and he has loved it ever since. he loves the staff and he is soo happy going in and coming out of nursery the staff are lovley and always so thorough on letting you know how there day was and what they have been up to.

My son who is just over 10 months has been in the teeny tiny room for over a month now, I was quite anxious before he started due to having struggles with his naps but he has really took it well, is always really happy going in and loves the staff. I am so happy with how he is progressing.

My child has been with blue giraffe for 1.5 years and he absolutely loves being there. His confidence, social skills, speech and development have improved greatly with the nursery. The nursery have an app in which we can contact them by message whenever and they reply quickly. They are always
working with me to make sure my little one gets the best he can and they always let us know how amazing he is as well as helping give me ideas on things to do at home. Everyone is absolutely lovely and plan to send my next child here too. I know they care for my child as much as I do.

Fantastic nursery. My eldest loved it when we moved him from another nursery and my youngest has had the same fantastic experience. They have been excellent at supporting my children with their needs and then with the transition to reception. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely friendly nursery, the staff are always so helpful. My son has struggled in the past with settling and they have been reassuring to both my son and myself contacting me through the day to let me know how he is doing. They always seem to be doing improvements and working on the
nursery to better it for the children coming through.
Great place all round and very happy with it.
