Both our children have attended RGS The Grange nursery after turning two, and I cannot fault the setting in any way. Our boys are so lucky to have been surrounded by such kind, nurturing, attentive and genuinely caring teachers/ carers. I cannot recommend the nursery enough to anyone. I wish I'd attended as a young child!!

Our son joined RGS September 2025. We were previously enrolled with a different childcare setting and to say the difference is like night and day is an understatement. The provision of care at RGS The Grange is fantastic, from the activities our son partakes in every day, to the daily communication from staff, we can honestly say, we could not be happier. The Grange facilities are second to none in the area, there is so much for the children to do each day. The daily routine is clearly very well organised and the children have continual stimulus that engages them and helps them learn. Our son is so much happier now, he is developing his academic skills already and his emotional self management is being nurtured by the wonderful staff at The Grange.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at RGS The Grange, particularly in the Caterpillars class. The environment is incredibly nurturing, and the team goes above and beyond to create a warm and supportive space for the children. A special mention must go to one of the staff members, who has been nothing short of exceptional. Her kindness, patience, and dedication have made such a positive impact on our child. Since joining the Caterpillars class, our child has come on leaps and bounds-growing in confidence, developing new skills, and truly excelling in ways we could only have hoped for. We are so grateful to the whole team for their hard work and commitment. It's clear they genuinely care about each child's development, and we feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a fantastic setting.

We have found RGS The Grange to be an excellent nursery for our children. It delivers childcare at a level far higher than other (very well rated) nurseries we have used. Our children are happy and developing both rapidly and comprehensively due to the dedicated staff and wide variety of resources available to them. Staff are engaging, communicate well with us about their progress and are clearly well led. They are open to change when suggested and clearly really do care about the children in their charge. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending the nursery at all.

Our daughter started mid-term last year, and every staff member has played a role in helping her settle in. Now, she looks forward to going to nursery every morning! The culture in this establishment is truly special-more so than in other childcare settings we've experienced. She always comes home happy, which, as a mother, is all I can ask for. It reassures me that she is being cared for, listened to, and loved. Choosing this nursery was the best decision we made, even if it means a 16-mile round trip every day. The effort is more than worth it!

We have been really impressed with the nursery at RGS The Grange. Having such a close connection to the main school means the children have access to amazing facilities and in our experience the nursery children are made to feel like an integral part of the school community. Our eldest daughter thrived there for under the care of kind, considerate staff who clearly get to know each child and their peculiarities! The transition up to reception was seamless and I'm certain that is due to all of the effort the staff put into the pre-school year. Our youngest child is now at the nursery too and loving it! Anecdotally I hear parents impressed with "special" activities other nurseries have put on and they are always things that RGS The Grange provides as standard every week. From ballet to baking, forest school and wraparound care included, there is always something exciting happening and the daily updates are lovely to receive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

RGS The Grange Nursery has been the biggest success for both our children. The care and nurturing they have received meant the transition into the main school was nothing short of seamless. The staff are so friendly and you just know your child(ren) are in the best care. I truly cannot recommend the nursery enough!

Since joining RGS The Grange Nursery, our daughter has developed and flourish. The opportunities provided throughout the day for children at the nursery are exceptional and she comes home every day with a beaming smile. Receiving daily updates in the form of pictures and videos from the staff is always reassuring and is great to keep us in the loop with what is going on. I cannot recommend this nursery enough and already looking forward to our son joining when he is two years old.

After a previous bad experience within a childcare setting, our daughter has absolutely thrived at RGS the grange! They have been nothing but supportive to us all from the beginning and we cannot fault them. Our daughter is learning new things everyday, we almost can't keep up. She loves going in first thing in the morning and sometimes even tries to go back in on pick up! We couldn't recommend them enough!

RGS the grange nursery has been brilliant for my little boy. He has attended there since he was 2 and he has completely thrived in their care. The staff are incredible, the activities they do are child focussed and my son absolutely loves it! I would recommend the nursery to anyone, it's been an incredible start to my little boys education.

The care and support had been outstanding. Both for my child and for myself with the induction and transition. My child has an amazing time and the team there clearly loves their job and looks after each child as an individual.

At RGS The Grange the activities are thoughtfully planned for children while leaving time for spontaneous learning and fun. They provide amazing pastoral care for the children of confident and capable staff.

I cannot recommend RGS The Grange Nursery enough. From the moment my son started attending, I have not worried about him whilst he is there as I know he is being looked after. The teachers are lovely but also experts at what they do and he is learning and progressing beyond expectations. Most importantly, he is very happy going to nursery and has lots of fun!

5 stars all round. Staff- all very friendly, compassionate and genuinely care about the well-being and progress of our daughter. Each staff member we've dealt with seems very well-trained and experienced. Facilities- incredible. Our daughter has been at another nursery before and the RGS facilities are without doubt a level above. As it's linked to the primary school the grounds to explore are huge- From playgrounds to forest schools. The lunch provided is very good too. Activities: huge variety of activities on offer. The days are kept largely fluid but with some set classes such as music and movement, PE and even French ( our 2-year-old loves the French lessons!). The nursery put on a lovely Christmas event which was nice to meet other parents and see our daughter in the nursery environment. App- the updates on the app make our day. Regular photos, what they have had for lunch and the activities throughout the day. Highly recommend RGS due to all the above!

This nursery is a wonderful place with such kind and caring staff. Always smiles and helpful. Our daughter so looks forward to her days at RGS nursery and still smiling when we pick her up! The staff keep the parents updated on the children’s activities each day which is super. As well as this we have access to RGS’s holiday clubs which are fantastic.

Our daughter loves coming to this nursery and visibly lightens up when welcomed by the staff each morning. It's great to see the staff all working as a team to get the best out of each child. Couldn't have wished for anything more.

Five stars isn’t enough in our eyes! Thank you to RGS The Grange Nursery team. Our children have thoroughly enjoyed their time here. The nursery team have been supportive, knowledgeable and caring. Both our children (at varying times) have grown in confidence and flourished as individuals. We can not thank you enough.

My little boy has loved his time in the nursery here. He was a bit reluctant to start with, but the staff were so good with him that it didn’t take him long to settle in. The activities and subjects they work on really do give them such a good start before they start reception. We’ve noticed such a leap in all aspects of his development. The 'forest school' is amazing too. The grounds of the school are such a nice place to be. It really is excellent and the staff really do make it so. The children are so lucky to have them. Huge thank you for making those early years packed full with such lovely memories.

A wonderful setting. Our child suffers from separation anxiety, but the staff have gone above and beyond to help him settle. They are so kind and nurturing and you get a strong impression that they truly care about the children and it isn’t just a ‘job’ for them. Children’s activities are based around weekly themes, which keeps them so engaged. There are lots of extra activities throughout the week like gymnastics, cooking and French, which gives the day great structure. Staff take full advantage of the school’s wonderful grounds and facilities, as children spend plenty of time outside every day which is lovely. Superb communication with parents; daily photo updates on the app and verbal updates on handover. The children always look like they are having a ball in the photos and are constantly learning through play. Five stars from us, thank you RGS The Grange Nursery!
