My son has been with the Natural Child Care Company for almost 2 years. The manager and staffs are all very friendly, supportive and proffessional in their role. My son loves going to the nursery every morning and always looking forward to playing and learning with his friends and staffs. The nursery has always gone above and support my son through his time at the nursery. He has developed and improved his speaking and listening so much that we were shocked due to his health condition being a little slower than other children. We always recommend to friends and families as we have put my son in many nurseries prior to coming to here and this is the only one where he was looked after so well and cared for like home. We always feel at ease going to work knowing he is safe and sound. Picking him up at the end of the day is rest assuring as he doesnt want to leave and alot of the times he is stilk kept busy. Lots of hugs and kisses at all times when ever he is low or feeling sad.

My children love attending the nursery.The staff are attentive and are always welcoming towards us. If we do ever have any issues, the staff are supportive and rectify the issues very quickly. Unfortunately, I believe the sudden increase in fees are not justified; especially with the recent Ofsted ratings.

Our daughter has been at the nursery since she was a baby, and we've been consistently impressed with the care and attention she's received. The transition to the Tweenies room was handled wonderfully- smooth, thoughtful, and clearly focused on her needs. The management team is always approachable and responsive to feedback, and it's clear they genuinely care about the children and their development. There's a great variety of activities that keep the kids engaged. We couldn't be more pleased.

We've had our little boy at this nursery for coming up 2 years now, he started in the baby room and still loves coming in each day. He's confident with the staff and their care for him is clear. Three members of staff are particular gems within the setting and he's always happy to see them. He has now been in 3 of the 4 rooms and sadly won't get to experience pre school here and we have now moved out of the area. That said, we've commited 30 minutes each day for the last few months as we felt the nursery and it's staff were key to helping him settle in his new home. He gets good opportunity to play outside in the garden and does lots of the messy play that he loves also. Staff know his interests and feed into these also. He always seems to eat well at goes in and comes home happy.

I came to the nursery to collect my granddaughter after my own daughter had had her second child. It was a calm environment when I walked in and all workers were busy with the children .. my granddaughter was having her nappy changed by her key worker at the time. Children were being read to and others playing independently. A very happy relaxed atmosphere considering so many young children were in there ..

My daughter started in the baby room in April 2025 and we have been so happy with the level of care she has recieved. All the staff have been so incredible, attentive, friendly and caring and we feel this has really helped her settle in with ease! In fact, the moment we approach the door, she has the cutest grin on her face! Her development has come on leaps and bounds and we are very proud of her and how she has adapted to all the staff and children at NCC Shiney. The only one negative thing I would say is that the app is not the best / user-friendly and we have to wait until the end of the day to see the updates, which is poor compared to other apps I have seen. It would be great if the management could review this.

My daughter started attending the nursery just before she turned one, beginning in the Baby room. Within a couple of days she had already settled into the room and routine, and felt very comfortable around the staff. She was happy to be dropped off at nursery and started to build relationships with the other babies in the room very quickly. She has been in Tweenies since the summer, and continues to be really happy in this room. I feel she's well known and supported by the staff, is growing in self-confidence and is learning so much - from a language, motor skills and relationship-building perspective.

My children have had a great experience at the nursery, they have always had a good connection with their key person and drop-offs have been straightforward. The staff make a concerted effort to get to know each child on an individual basis and their likes and dislikes. Since attending the nursery, my children have made great progress in their vocabulary, their confidence, their social skills and their physical abilities. Transitions from the baby toom to tweenies room and tweenies room to tots room have been smooth with plenty of adjustment time for the children to get used to the new room. Outdoor areas are fantastic.

I have a good experience with the nursery, their staff are amazing mainly the three girls in tots, but their app is not good, my son doesn't eat a lot so I think the food is not great. Their activities are very good and my son is learning lots.

Since my daughter has started she has been made feel so comfortable and has thrived in the nursery. She looks forward to going there every day. Staff were so welcoming and so helpful and supportive! Couldn't ask for better! Can't thank them enough.

Our eldest daughter started in March 2021 during the COVID pandemic& and eft for school last August. She had such a happy 3.5 years at NCC, thanks to the care and dedication of the amazing staff there - you have always made us feel confident that you care for our children as we would want you to. It was an anxious time for us to hand her over to be cared for by others when she had mainly only been with the two of us because of the pandemic, but we soon learned of what a special group of people the staff at this nursery are. Our younger daughter started in June this year and she has settled in so well. The staff have made the transition from babies to tweenies so smooth for her and she now happily walks off into the room when we drop her off! We are so grateful to each and every staff member who has cared and continues to care for our daughters, the past 3.5 years. As a family we feel that you have taken care of all of us, our daughters really love you, and all the staff here will forever have a special place in our hearts.

Our daughter has been safe, cared for, and happy ever since she started at NCC. Her key workers know her, and know us, and let us know what's going on. She has made friends, and her speech is developing at pace. She's happy to go in every morning. The management team are more than open to feedback, and actively seek it from parents.

Staff have been incredibly welcoming to my daughter and our family. Nothing is ever too much trouble! There are a variety of activities on offer and, in the baby room, my child seems to be thriving. I am incredibly happy with her first 4 months at nursery.

Good environment for children to be in. Staff are friendly and pay attention to the child's needs. Good range of activities. On the odd occasion if they have missed any details of how to care for my child, once brought to their attention, amendments are made appropriately. My child has always felt happy here and appears to be thriving well.

My daughter has been at The Natural Childcare Company since she was 9 months old, she’s now almost 4 years old. She’s built such lovely relationships with the staff and speaks really kindly of them when she’s at home. She’s made some lovely friends in the preschool group this year. I really like how the staff have great communication with myself and my husband on how her day has been and also how they encouraged her with potty training to eventually giving her independence on using the bathroom by herself.

We currently have two children at the nursery and are very happy with the care provided. They both go in and come out with smiles on their faces and seem to be progressing well. The staff have all formed good bonds with both boys, whether they are carers in their specific rooms or not. It is good to know there will always be someone on hand with whom both boys feel comfortable in case they need extra attention.

Our child has been with the nursery from 6 months old. He has been cared for and looked after well throughout and we have seen a noticeable acceleration in his overall development, especially in the last 6 months. He was helped and cared for during the times when he was uneasy at drop off and now he is thriving and loves going to nursery.

Really lovely nursery with fabulous staff. I have both my boys here and they have really thrived since joining! They run in without a backward glance which is really lovely. I really like the outdoor facilities too as both my boys love being outside!

My daughter goes to this nursery. My daughter has settled well and she seems happy when I drop and pick her up. She gets engaged in many activities as well during the day. I believe this nursery can do a lot more in terms of improving kids' activities which used to happen earlier, like day trips, role plays etc. which seems to be very less now. Recent fees hike is not reasonable, I believe, given low Ofsted ratings as well.

We have recently moved to the area and our daughter had no problem adjusting to her new nursery. Everyone has been amazing and it’s like she has always been there. Her speech has improved immensely since she started there, we get updates every day, the staff are super friendly and helpful. My husband and I have nothing but a good comment about The Natural Childcare Company. We all, three, love it!
