If I could give more than 5 stars, I honestly would. Two of my children have attended this nursery and I have been beyond pleased with the experience we have had. The staff have been so attentive towards my children, handovers everyday are so thorough and they genuinely go to lengths to cater for
the children. Both my children come home and have nothing but good stories to share of their day. My sons speech has come such a long way since attending Busy little bees and I can see the difference in his confidence. Brilliant nursery and go glad we made the decision to send them here.

Busy Little Bees Shirley has been the perfect fit for both of our sons. They have settled in wonderfully and have developed so much confidence since joining.
The staff are friendly, caring and always willing to help.
A little personal touch that I absolutely love is that all staff know all the
childrens names regardless of what room they are in.
There are so many different activities for the kids to get involved in every day. There is a lovely outside space too which is a great addition.
They get to participate in so many extra curriculum activities too: forest school, visiting santas grotto, mini athletics, etc.
We get regular updates on the app about: food, sleep, nappies and photos.
Not only do the staff provide the best care but also teach our little ones so much.
I can't recommend this nursery enough.

Busy little bees is a fantastic nursery. The staff are wonderful and have really supported my son's transition into nursery which has eased a lot of anxiety. My son loves going there and at 18 months is able to say the practitioners names and happily enters the nursery each day to see his friends.
Regular updates on the fun activities they provide each day are fantastic and the actual setting is beautiful and very clean! Would recommend to anyone.

My son has been going here since he was just over 12 months old. He has learnt a lot while being here the staff are very good with him and have helped him transition easily all the way through all the rooms. He always tells me about the stuff he's learnt about in the day and always says he's had a
good day. Now that he is in older preschool he is really enjoying going to the library and forest school. I'd like to thank the staff for trying their best as I know it's not easy taking care of many children at once. Rayyans mom- busy little bees Shirley

We really love Busy Little Bees Shirley. The effort that goes in to such a variety of activites for the kids is amazing, and hits a really wide spectrum of skills and experiences for them too. It is a lovely environment, very family orientated with how the various rooms can integrate and the updates
and feedback from staff are always so detailed. We had our youngest start this year, and they provided really bespoke settle in sessions to help him ease in to it all which worked perfectly, it all adds to a very personable and nurturing nursery. Couldn't reccommend more.

Fantastic nursery with the most wonderful and caring staff! My daughter has been at Busy Little Bees since she was 9 months old and absolutely loves her time there-I will be very sad when she leaves in the summer to start school.

We love Busy Little Bees Shirley! We have moved out of the area but still travel to nursery because our little boy is so happy coming and we feel confident that he is getting great care and wonderful experiences every day. The staff are lovely and so nurturing; they give great feedback and plan
experiences that cater to the children's individual interests. We wouldn't think of sending our little boy anywhere else.

All the staff that work here are just lovely. They genuinely care about the children and whats best for them.
My little boy has really connected with so many people and it's just nice to know that when he's there he is happy.
They have also been fantastic in noticing areas where my child has
needed more support and they have been proactive in making sure he gets what he needs.
Couldn't recommend the nursery and the team enough.

My daughter started this nursery when she was 6 months old. She has grown so much in confidence due to the staff there. She does not eat pork and can only drink oat milk as too much dairy makes her constipated, the nursery was happy to accommodate this. My husband phones everyday which the nursery
are happy for him to do. She did have a bit of a wobble last Christmas and New year due to staff changes and key workers leaving however they changed staff around so that she had the same staff from when she was in baby room to help settle her.
They always strive to make my daughter happy and encourage her to be confident and more outspoken, which we have definitely noticed at home!
The only negative I would give is that sometimes the app is not always up to date but they are always at the end of the phone if you need to speak to the key worker.
I would definitely recommend this nursery if you feel anxious about your baby/child starting nursery.

I would like to start by saying that this nursery has been absolutely outstanding for my child. They have always provided all the care and support she needs, and I will forever be grateful for everything they have done. I'm truly sad that my child has to leave this year.
The facilities are
wonderful, and I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say about this nursery. The staff are amazing - each and every one of them plays such an important part in the lives of the children. Thank you all for your kindness, dedication, and for making my child's time here so special.

Wonderful nursery, amazing and friendly staff. My son goes in very happy and comes out just as happy. The staff have been so supportive with my son and his needs. My son has a speech delay and potentially further additional needs. The staff have been very understanding and quick to seek the support
he needs with the required referrals being completed.

Busy bees is such a wonderful nursery, the staff care so much about the children. As a mother of a 1 year old my little one is in the baby room, he has come on leaps and bounds since attending nursery. They focus heavily on his development skills, including gross and fine motor skills, by giving the
children fun activities to be part which are changed daily.
They encourage learning around all different types of topics but also respect any specific individual learning you feel they can support, for example at the moment for us it is using cutlery whilst eating. I feel very listened to and welcomed by the staff at busy bees and I am grateful for the constant communication they give me as a parent. I also think their level of CPD is exceptional as they go above and beyond to make sure they are keeping my little one safe with the most up to date research and trainings.

My daughter started at Busy Little Bees Nursery Shirley this month when she was nearly 1. I was so anxious about this but the team were very reassuring and supportive. The lady has been fabulous in the baby room and is always happy to support and accommodate our wishes to help our daughter. The team
always ensure they keep us up to date via the app which shares updates about eating, sleeping and nappy changes. They also share daily photos on their of my child playing which I love seeing. They encouraged me to call if I wanted to speak to the team directly when my daughter was with them which I have done so on occasion. The full team are always kind and polite.
The food offered is good although I would prefer all dishes and desserts to be sugar-free for the babies. However, the team have been more than happy to accommodate with sugar-free alternatives on a few occasions.

Busy Little Bees Shirley has been nothing short of fantastic. My kid loves going to the nursery and she has developed a strong bond with her key person, who is truly wonderful. Moreover, the staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, making both the children and parents feel welcome and valued.
My kid has become much more expressive and confident in her interactions. We're incredibly grateful for the positive impact the nursery has had on her development. Highly recommended! Thank you Busy Little Bees and team.

Currently, we have three children (a girl and twin boys) who attend this nursery and we have an older child who attended from Jan 2022 to July 2023. Busy Little Bees is a wonderful nursery with wonderful staff. Our children are flourishing in the nursery and we have seen them hit their development
milestones due to the care and attention they receive from the nursery staff. The nursery is spacious, with a wonderful little garden, the preschool attends the local forest school and library and the babies/toddlers have excellent stimulation and activities to keep busy. All the nursery staff are attentive, well trained and really helpful if you have any concerns. Overall, my wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to parents.

I have no hesitation in recommending Busy Little Bees Nursery. The staff are consistently engaged, helpful and supportive. My son has been attending since the age of 1 and he settled in the baby room quickly. The team were supportive with potty training and during transitions from baby to toddler
room, toddler room to preschool. Thank you so much for everything. We are very happy with this nursery.

My son adores all of the staff here, he began at 11 months and is a totally different child. He struggled to settle initially but within a month he was napping independently and would get excited at drop off!
The staff are so caring and patient, and genuinely care for my son and his well-being at
all times. His key worker is particularly fantastic and has taught him some brilliant new skills whilst he's been there. They manage his dairy allergy brilliantly and are regularly checking in for any changes or updates.

My daughter absolutely loved this nursery.
The staff are always so friendly and the communication is excellent! The nursery always has a range of activities which makes it exciting for the kids. My daughter would always come home singing new nursery rhymes or saying new sentences which is really
nice to hear.

Our son loves going to Busy Little Bees Nursery. Great staff that actively engages with the children. Good communication between nursery and parents.
Only a small outdoor space, but lots of stimulating indoor activities tailored to the interests of the children.
