We have had nothing short of a positive experience since we started our nursery journey at Westwood Day nursery. The staff are so down to earth and have always gone above and beyond for our family. We are always welcomed with a friendly face and I couldn't imagine choosing anywhere else!

Westwood day nursery is absolutely outstanding! All of the staff are so caring, welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond. Our child loves coming to nursery and as parents we do not feel the need to worry as we know she is being well looked after and cared for, as well as having lots of fun!
Would highly recommend the nursery!

Amazing nursery. I can't recommend them highly enough. Both of my children have been attending Westwood nursery since they were 11 months old and the staff have been nothing but supportive, caring, and reassuring to myself and my children. We are always kept updated on their day via the app and the
staff give great feedback when we pick up them up. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the children at the nursery and enjoy looking after them. My children have formed strong bonds with their key workers and are excited to go to nursery in the morning, even sometimes asking to go on a weekend! I have no worries about leaving my children in the care of this nursery and know I will be given honest feedback on their days. The nursery itself is very secure and clean. There are constantly new activities set up in the rooms and my children love the songs they learn there. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Lovely nursery with fantastic outdoor facilities for every age group. Attentive and caring towards my son. The food options are brilliant and the staff are so lovely everyday without fail.
Always a hello and goodbye or have a lovely day. The toys are all well looked after and thoughtful towards
the age and abilities of each room.

I was very nervous about going back to work and leaving my child in nursery however I've never known a better team and just overall business that offer some much support, professional and genuinely make so much effort. My little one is in the caterpillar room he took a while to settle however the
whole team stuck at it and adapted and just like they said .. it worked and my son is thriving! Sophia is his key worker and she makes so much effort to work with my son and contact me with any updates as she knows I've been so anxious. Louise as well has been fantastic. The whole group of ladies along with the manager Lyndsey the effort made to say morning and remember every child's name, being asked feedback so they can improve. All I can say is I'm so proud to be apart of this nursery and continue to praise. Any future children will also attend as I feel so secure, safe and confident with their standards. 10 stars!

A Wonderful Nursery with Exceptional Care
Both my granddaughter and grandson attend Westwood Nursery, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children's well-being and development.
The facilities
are excellent - bright, clean, and filled with a wide variety of toys, books, and learning materials. The outdoor spaces are fantastic too, giving the children plenty of opportunities to play, explore, and learn in a safe and engaging environment.
The staff team truly go above and beyond. They are always friendly, approachable, and professional, keeping us well-informed about the children's progress and daily activities. It's so reassuring to see how happy and confident both my grandchildren are when I arrive to collect them - they absolutely love it there!
I would highly recommend Westwood Nursery to any parent or grandparent looking for a nurturing and caring nursery.

My baby has been at Childbase since he was 9 months old. My baby absolutely loves attending nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff in his room and around the nursery are warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which makes every drop-off easy and reassuring. The facilities
are clean, safe, and well-equipped, offering plenty of opportunities for play and learning. Since starting, I've noticed such a boost in my baby's independence and personality. It's wonderful to see him so happy, settled, and thriving in such a nurturing environment that he genuinely enjoys attending.

My son started in July 2025 and has been very happy throughout the last 3 months at Westwood. The staff are amazing and helped him to feel safe, settled and happy after just a couple of weeks. They are so attentive and caring and treat every child with so much love and kindness, whilst remaining
professional.
The updates received via the app used by the nursery ensure that I am kept up to date with his naps, food intake etc. and the photos uploaded to the app make my day, as I can see that he is enjoying himself and thriving.
Nothing is ever too much trouble and the nursery Manager knows every child by name and always says hello to them each morning, which I think is a lovely touch.
I would recommend this nursery to everybody and now can't imagine sending my child anywhere else.

Westwood Nursery has been fantastic right from day one. Our daughter started nursery when she was 12 months old and stayed up until starting school. She really flourished in the kind, friendly and nurturing environment that the fabulous staff created. She was always happy to go and we loved hearing
what fun she had when she returned home. Westwood nursery staff were outstanding in looking after our daughter's dietary and medical needs, with her having multiple complex food allergies and sporadic eczema flare ups. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff were very competent and knowledgeable when it came to our daughter's care. I would highly recommend Westwood nursery.

Polly, Amarelda, Georgia, Louise and Sophia, in the baby room, have all been amazing at helping to settle my daughter in. In particular, Polly and Amarelda, her key worker, have just been so attentive, supportive and reassuring when needed. They really care and take such good care of her, so I can
feel happy at work. All the staff in general are so friendly and look like they really enjoy being there. I think it's really lovely how the managers greet you as you walk in; it's the little things that count. I couldn't ask for any more. I'm so happy.

My daughter was in the nursery until she moved to primary school reception. This is a nursery which parents could put their children there without any worries. My daughter was happy every single day when she was in this nursery. She had lots of things shared with me about this nursery. Even
after she left this nursery, she still told me some happy moments of this nursery sometimes. She loved her teachers and always mentioned their names. I believe the teachers brought up her with heart so she loved them so much. I have nothings to complain about this nursery.

Both of my children attended Westwood Day Nursery. Even after moving to another part of the city and the nursery no longer being local, I still would never have chosen to send my second child anywhere else. Over the last 8 years that we have been involved with the nursery, all of the staff in all of
the rooms have been kind, attentive and caring towards my children. They have both thrived and entered mainstream education prepared and equipped for the next stage in their lives. We are so sad to be saying goodbye to the team for the final time and wish everyone the very best for the future.

For Westwood Day Care in Coventry. We couldn't have asked for a better nursery experience for our children, both of whom attended from the age of 1 to 4. The care, attention, and nurturing environment provided by the entire team have been incredible. It's been amazing to watch our children grow in
confidence, learn new things, and form such positive early memories.
A special shout out to Matt, his energy, kindness, and genuine passion for working with children really stood out. He made such a difference in our kids' time at the nursery, and we're so grateful for the impact he's had on their development.

Westwood has been brilliant from day one. Both my children attend Westwood, and they have both always been happy. Staff are friendly and great with my children and easy to talk to, and very helpful. I am very happy overall with Westwood.

My daughter has been with Westwood Day Nursery since she was a year old, and is leaving to attend a nursery connected to the school she will attend next year. All staff are caring and supportive and encourage independence. The staff have helped her grow in confidence and skills to set her up for her
next stage in education. She always enjoys her time with the nursery, and we get regular updates throughout the day on what she is up to, which is very reassuring. I would recommend this nursery to anyone and look forward to watching my 2nd child grow as they attend Westwood in the new year.

Both of my children have attended Westwood from 1 year old. They have both been happy and enjoyed nursery throughout this. Every morning we get a friendly welcome without fail and staff are friendly and approachable. There is lots of effort to include parents with stay and plays, daily feedback and
items sent home. Any small issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. Would recommend this nursery due to the personal, friendly and professional approach from the management and nursery staff.

My daughter has been with Westwood from 10 months through to her now leaving preschool and we couldn't be happier with her time there. The staff are all very friendly and it is clear that they have built and environment where the staff genuinely care about the children. I've heard horror stories
from friends about other nurseries and so happy to say I don't have a single negative thing to say about Westwood. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone looking.

My grandson has been attending this nursery for the last 2 1/2 years and I can only say it is brilliant! The staff are always so welcoming and give me full update on his day, when I pick him up, they do lovely open afternoons where I can stay and play, the meals they provide are of a really high
standard (very healthy) and the staff teach them to be self sufficient! He is a shy child around strangers but they are building his confidence every day! I couldn't recommend highly enough!

I've had the joy of watching both of my boys grow through Westwood Day Nursery-four years apart, but each with the same incredible experience. Although they attended at different times, the one constant has always been the love, care, and unwavering dedication of the staff.
As our youngest gets
ready to take the big step to school, we find ourselves looking back with full hearts and so much gratitude. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better team to nurture and support our children during these precious early years.
The nursery is full of engaging activities that not only keep the children happily busy but also help them learn and grow every day. It's a clean, welcoming environment with wholesome, nutritious meals-and more importantly, it feels like a second home.
Westwood has been such a special part of our family's journey, and we'll always be thankful for the wonderful start it gave our boys.

What a wonderful nursery. Our first daughter thrived here so it was a no brainer for us for our second to start at Westwood too. Our second daughter started at 7 months. The team in caterpillars were amazingly patient in helping her settle in, especially as we started her so young and let her take
her time getting used to more people gradually. The nursery is clean, always really friendly, and the staff get to know you and genuinely care about your child. They also were incredibly on the ball when my daughter was being investigated for a potential allergy and got a safety plan in place. They also make a lot of effort to hold parent forums to get opinions, give you the chance to taste the menu for the children and hold fetes and family days and stay and plays regularly so that you feel very involved. Westwood is well worth it.
