Footstep Nursery has been a blessing to my family. As a parent whose child started under one year old, it was a huge step for us, but such a rewarding one.
My little one is constantly happy and clean, the staff are incredibly endearing and supportive. I can't wait to enrol my next baby and hope
for the same wonderful experience.

Lovely nursery, you can tell the staff care about the children.
Its useful that they use an app and daily handover so I know how my child day has been. They feed the kids a good variety of food and do lots of different activities. Car park can be busy, but managable.

We've been really happy with Footsteps Nursery so far. Our 11-month-old daughter has settled in well and it's clear she's comfortable and cared for. The staff are friendly, attentive and take the time to understand each child's routine and personality. Communication has been clear and reassuring,
and we like the range of activities and focus on development. It feels like a safe, calm environment without being over the top, which is exactly what we were looking for.

I have 2 children in this nursery and i have nothing but good words to say about the childcare.
They are all so welcoming, polite, happy and the kids love it! I never worry about the care of my children and i love all the extra activities they do such as football and artventures!
Will be so sad
when they leave. Would 100% recommend.

Fabulous nursery ran by such a lovely team!
It was always daunting the thought of enrolling for a nursery and even more so thinking about how my daughter would cope without me for 7 hours a day.
Where as in reality the nursery do so much with the children. Tonnes of crafts, activities, and even
hosting stay and play sessions for the parents to join in the fun.
I can honestly say how inviting the team are and how comfortable my daughter feels here!
Each transition has been seamless as she has moved into different rooms, building such lovely bonds with her key workers and other team members.
I would always recommend Footsteps to anyone looking for a nursery. It can't be an easy job but the girls are always so happy and welcoming!

Since my son has started attending this nursery, he's really come on leaps and bounds. The staff were amazing at helping him settle in. He really struggled to begin with but the extra attention and care provided by the staff made all the difference. He's now excited when I drop him off. He's already
learnt so much too and I've seen a huge improvement with his temperament, especially around other children. The app is regularly updated with information and photos throughout the day which is lovely. All the activities are very well thought out and give me ideas to recreate at home. Also special shout out to the food! It's varied, nutritious and clearly delicious with how much he eats! I'm so happy I chose this nursery, my son is in very capable hands.

Great nursery. Kids are very happy at this nursery, and the staff actually want to be there, and you can see they enjoy spending time with the children and teaching them. My daughter is very happy here and always tells me she loves the nursery. Very colourful nursery and they cover a range of
activities, so my daughter never gets bored. Great management too. Always there to help when needed.

My little one loves this place so much. The members of staff are nurturing and welcoming.
The environment is always clean and safe for the kids. Members of staff and management are also security conscious which is good for keeping the kids safe.

Overall my son loves school it's really all down to the amazing teachers they are brilliant. It's very very clean, organised in there for the kids and the food menu is brilliant and very healthy. My son finds it very hard to settle any new place with new people and from the first day I could see he
felt safe at this nursery he was settled straight away. I'm very happy with all the updates through the day how my son has done, what he has eaten and daily activities inside and outdoors. His really come alone in such a short amount of time being there. I definitely would recommend this nursery to everyone I know looking for a new nursery.

The manager and the team are fantastic! They have a learning methodology that is both effective and insightful. Our 15-month-old loves to go to the nursery which makes us understand she is well treated and developed. Highly recommended.

Very good nursery. Staff are brilliant and nursery very organized. My grandson's key workers are very caring of all the child in their room. I can definitely see my grandson building up his confidence and developing his personality skills.

Very impressed the manager and her team were great from the start. Our child has complex care needs all health care plans and risk assessments were completed and sent over before her staff date. The team in the seaside room have been amazing. Our little girl tells us every day how much she loves

Overall very happy with the entire experience both from our daughter's perspective and ours as parents. Her confidence and learning have come on leaps and bounds since she started at Footsteps and she is 100% more positive about getting in the morning (compared to her previous nursery). The only
negative is the cost which I realise is justified by the staff for the facilities etc, however, you do feel with spending so much that there would be more variation and tech use in the activities the children do.

Footsteps Binley is a great enviroment for my child who has not just grown to be smarter and ready for school but also kinder, independent, patient and friendly. The key person invests a lot of time and effort in helping children grow overall. Footsteps had provided a great start for my child.

We chose this nursery after visiting in August 2022, as recommended by our friends and neighbours.
We have been taking our daughter to this nursery since she was 11 months old, back in February 2023.
We gave this rating to reflect how happy we are with the rules in place, with the staff
engagement, with the everyday activities and cleanliness. We really appreciate the professional behaviour of all staff, with no exceptions.

Very happy with choosing Footsteps Binley Nursery & Pre-School. Our little one started with this nursery when he was 11 months old. The staff are very kind. Since the new manager took the management of the nursery and since this nursery is part of the Footsteps Nursery, Independent Nurseries group,
there have been lots of fun activities, toy quality has been improved and most importantly, the menu has been completely changed to provide better and healthier food for the kids.
The nursery is now like a small community where parents, children and staff come together.
I would definitely keep recommending them.
