All 3 of my sons have attended this nursery and i have had a great experience will all of them. The staff go above and beyond for the children and know their needs and will work towards these with the children's best interests at heart. The management team are always keen to help with any problems
that we may have encountered and will do what they can to support. My one child had SEN issues and they supported me with this.

My son started Kids Planet Mosley in may, he had a few settling in sessions in April, my son has settled in well and has taken to the staff quicker than I had imagined, I love the fact they have the app to keep you updated on every little move they get upto what they eat and how often they are
changed and even get photos each session to see what they are upto that day, my son is happy here and gets upset when it's time to leave at the end of the day. I highly recommend this nursery to anybody that is looking for a safe and happy place to stay.

My son has settled in very well with the staff at the nursery , they've been very good with him and made sure I'm kept upto date with daily notifications of nappy changes , food and moments.
Staff are welcoming when arriving for drop off or pick up times.
The only issue I have is I think the
food needs to be better as my son doesn't eat majority of what his offered as he is still very young, maybe the nursery could do a wider variety of food that suits every child.
This means some days his coming home hungry.
He very rarely eats tea as it's barely something suitable for a 9 month old.
However im not aware of what activities his done in the day apart from playing with sand or the balls.

We chose this nursery for our daughter because our son had been happy there for 2.5 years before starting school. Our daughter has additional needs and the nursery has been very accommodating of this; applying for additional funding for her, liaising with the Area SenCo, etc. We are now preparing
her for starting school in September and the nursery is working towards this too.
A very friendly team of staff, some of whom have been there for a long time. Our daughter is always happy to go to nursery in the morning, which as a parent makes such a difference.

My son has been going to Kids Planet Mosley for almost 2 years. He always comes home to tell me what a good day he's had. He enjoys getting involved with the other children. The staff are really understanding with the children and give each child the time and patience they need. I am happy that I
can see what my children get up to during the day via the app.

Both of my boys started attending when I went back to work. They settled in well and were welcomed with warm, loving arms by the staff at the nursery. Communication between the nursery and home is excellent, we always know what the boys are up to and we know that they are safe too. The outside space
is a favourite for my eldest boy and my youngest loves all the activities that the babies get up to in the baby room - I love that they do all their messy play at nursery and have lots of fun.

I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone. My son absolutely loves it here. He has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are amazing. Kids looked after so well. Do all different activities. They give you daily updates.

My son loves going, and the staff seem to really care about him. He has been at Kids Planet since he was 11 months old, and they have helped him develop into a lovely little boy. They are now preparing him for school in September. They have some events like Mother’s Day play and stay, so you can see
your child is in their environment.

Two members of staff in particular are fantastic with our little one and always go the extra mile to adapt to her needs as she grows (especially her specific nap routines!).
She really enjoys going and all of the staff put in so much effort to provide great enrichment, nutrition and learning with
updates throughout the day via the app so we always know what she's up to.
Would recommend it to anyone! 5*

Our daughter’s key worker is lovely. She is always communicating with me and my partner about our daughter’s development and how she’s improving. Out child has settled in really well at her nursery and is very comfortable.

I put my son here for one year and he developed a lot of skills. He was very happy. Staff very, very friendly, and management. Excellent job. I will recommend this nursery to parents looking for a safe environment for their kids.

My son started nursery at Kids Planet Moseley from the age of two and it has been an absolutely brilliant experience. The teachers are super friendly and also give you all the information you need about your child every day! They also are very friendly and supportive. We loved the nursery, but more
importantly our son loved going there. The activities the children participate in really prepare them for school and the food and outdoor space is perfect!

Such an amazing nursery with great teachers and all the staff are lovely. My child could barely make sentences when she started, within a short period of time she would not stop talking. Academically this is the best place, my daughter learnt so much that I can’t take credit for. I am very involved
where academics are concerned and I must say I barely contributed to the learning and development of my daughter while at Kids Planet Moseley because the teachers are so good. I 100% recommend them for your little ones.

I have used this nursery for two of my children and been pleased with the service offered. Facilities are good and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have always felt that my children were safe whilst there.

Lovely staff, always happy to see us when we arrive and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and like the kids.
My son comes away every day with something new he’s learned or wants to talk about. And he’s always happy to go to nursery.
Seems like a very caring and nurturing environment but also
lots of early learning is done in interesting ways. They’ve helped massively with potty training too. And at parent's evenings, the staff seem to give very informed feedback and advice.
We couldn’t really be happier. No complaints. It’s a great nursery.

Excellent staff who care for my daughter. She speaks very highly of them. I like the activities she participates in including the trips out.
Staff were particularly helpful in preparing her for the arrival of her little brother, I am very grateful to them for this.

Both my children attended Peepo, now Kids Planet. My first from 2018 - 2019 and my second from 2020 until the present time.
I am very pleased with the care of both children and they were/are both very happy there. The staff have been consistent and genuinely care for the children. Communication is
good and there has been a lot of investment in decor and resources since the nursery became part of a large group.
Would recommend, without reservation. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff there.
