I cannot praise the staff enough. They look after of your child as if it were their own. I trust their judgement and experience. They are engaged and care deeply about the children. In recent months they have really encouraged the children to be outside more and the outdoor area is looking great. I
also really appreciate coming in to collect my child - it allows you to have a look around and observe the goings on, and catch up with the friendly staff. There are a few things I wish could be improved around the size of the upstairs rooms but that's an impossible request!

My son has been attending this nursery for 5 years and now continues with the wrap around care before and after school.
We were so happy with our initial experience that our daughter started attending 3 years ago. Our experience had always been nothing other than positive. Both our children are
well looked after, well fed, they learn so much and have built some beautiful friendships with other children and staff!
The staff team are helpful, friendly and caring. Any concerns we have ever had (which have been very very minimal) have all been dealt with appropriately and satisfactorily. We feel safe to leave our children in the nursery's
care, knowing they will be looked after and cared for. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We are really happy with the kids planet Moseley nursery. My daughter is settled and is learning something new everyday. The staff is caring, patient and attentive and create a safe and positive environment. Thanks

Both of my children attend this nursery, and it has been such a positive experience for our family.
Back in June, I felt quite anxious about sending my son for the first time. As a full-time teacher, I worried about how he would cope without me, especially as he'd never been comfortable being
left with family before. However, Frankie settled in so quickly, which was such a relief. He absolutely adores the wonderful team who care for him - Lou, Gaz, Michelle, Josie and Sheridan - and it's clear how much warmth and attention they give each child.
I really appreciate the regular updates on the app; it's so lovely to see photos of the activities he's been enjoying throughout the day. Recently, he's been learning about Easter and St Patrick's Day, and he often comes home proudly carrying his artwork, which we treasure.
Each week, Josie sets a "Udeskole" challenge, and it's become something we genuinely look forward to as a family. We love spending our weekends taking part together.

Best nursery and amazing staff my daughter loves going in and the staff are so caring and attentive they are always there to support me with any questions or help I may need as a single mom they always doing amazing activities the kids are always happy and laughing when I go and pic her up couldn't

Both my children attend Kids Planet in Moseley, my eldest for over 3 years and my youngest started in January.
My youngest has complex respiratory health issues and serve allergies. This is alot to digest and monitor for any caregiver, I have to say the staff have been nothing but caring.
They
have stepped up learning how to administrate his medication& feed him correctly, so he does not aspirate.
Despite everything he is hitting all his milestones and settled.
My eldest son has been there since he was 11 months old and is thriving, he always wants to be at nursery with his friends & loves the staff.
They are very attentive & caring with both my children.
Any bump, scrapes, accidents or temperature we have always been informed over the phone and on the app. If we ever had an issue and addressed it with the nursery, they have accepted the feedback, whilst resolving it.
Knowing my children are happy & thriving at nursery while we work is one less stress- thank you!

Both of my children have attended this nursery, with my daughter still in attendance. My son thrived there and was really well prepared for reception. My daughter likewise is doing really well in the pre school room and really enjoys it and had made a lovely group of friends. The staff are kind and
caring and both my children have formed great relationships with them.

Absolutely an awful nursery, no care about the well being of the children. My son only done 6 settling in days there and it was the worst thing I've ever experienced, he came home hungry and covered in cuts and marks which I was never told about upon collection, he came home dehydrated begging for
drinks and crying if not getting them. Last time I picked him up before I pulled him out of the nursery he has mud all over his mouth as if he has been eating it and when I got home I realised they didn't put his nappy on correctly and it was halfway down his pants leg and about to fall out. The staff have terrible communication could never get a full story I was being told he was happy there by the staff but when communicating with management being told he was extremely emotional. Lost all trust for the nursery

Always found staff to be kind, would like it if staff were introduced to us or had name tags as there has been a lot of changes to staff in the time my child has been there and I don't always know who is in what room and their name etc

All 3 of my sons have attended this nursery and i have had a great experience will all of them. The staff go above and beyond for the children and know their needs and will work towards these with the children's best interests at heart. The management team are always keen to help with any problems
that we may have encountered and will do what they can to support. My one child had SEN issues and they supported me with this.

My son started Kids Planet Mosley in may, he had a few settling in sessions in April, my son has settled in well and has taken to the staff quicker than I had imagined, I love the fact they have the app to keep you updated on every little move they get upto what they eat and how often they are
changed and even get photos each session to see what they are upto that day, my son is happy here and gets upset when it's time to leave at the end of the day. I highly recommend this nursery to anybody that is looking for a safe and happy place to stay.

My son has settled in very well with the staff at the nursery , they've been very good with him and made sure I'm kept upto date with daily notifications of nappy changes , food and moments.
Staff are welcoming when arriving for drop off or pick up times.
The only issue I have is I think the
food needs to be better as my son doesn't eat majority of what his offered as he is still very young, maybe the nursery could do a wider variety of food that suits every child.
This means some days his coming home hungry.
He very rarely eats tea as it's barely something suitable for a 9 month old.
However im not aware of what activities his done in the day apart from playing with sand or the balls.

We chose this nursery for our daughter because our son had been happy there for 2.5 years before starting school. Our daughter has additional needs and the nursery has been very accommodating of this; applying for additional funding for her, liaising with the Area SenCo, etc. We are now preparing
her for starting school in September and the nursery is working towards this too.
A very friendly team of staff, some of whom have been there for a long time. Our daughter is always happy to go to nursery in the morning, which as a parent makes such a difference.

My son has been going to Kids Planet Mosley for almost 2 years. He always comes home to tell me what a good day he's had. He enjoys getting involved with the other children. The staff are really understanding with the children and give each child the time and patience they need. I am happy that I
can see what my children get up to during the day via the app.

Both of my boys started attending when I went back to work. They settled in well and were welcomed with warm, loving arms by the staff at the nursery. Communication between the nursery and home is excellent, we always know what the boys are up to and we know that they are safe too. The outside space
is a favourite for my eldest boy and my youngest loves all the activities that the babies get up to in the baby room - I love that they do all their messy play at nursery and have lots of fun.

I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone. My son absolutely loves it here. He has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are amazing. Kids looked after so well. Do all different activities. They give you daily updates.

My son loves going, and the staff seem to really care about him. He has been at Kids Planet since he was 11 months old, and they have helped him develop into a lovely little boy. They are now preparing him for school in September. They have some events like Mother’s Day play and stay, so you can see
your child is in their environment.

Two members of staff in particular are fantastic with our little one and always go the extra mile to adapt to her needs as she grows (especially her specific nap routines!).
She really enjoys going and all of the staff put in so much effort to provide great enrichment, nutrition and learning with
updates throughout the day via the app so we always know what she's up to.
Would recommend it to anyone! 5*

Our daughter’s key worker is lovely. She is always communicating with me and my partner about our daughter’s development and how she’s improving. Out child has settled in really well at her nursery and is very comfortable.

I put my son here for one year and he developed a lot of skills. He was very happy. Staff very, very friendly, and management. Excellent job. I will recommend this nursery to parents looking for a safe environment for their kids.
