We first came to Cotton Tails when they looked after my niece who as a baby had a feeding tube fitted. They couldn't have been more caring or more supportive and since then we haven't left. They have looked after all four grandchildren in our family and the youngest one has just graduated. We've never had an issues with the nursery, the staff who work there know exactly what they're doing and the children have always felt safe and cared for. We will miss Cotton Tails immensely but will be forever grateful for the love they have shown our family over the years. If you're looking for a nursery to care, educate, stimulate and have fun with your child then this is most certainly the one.

My second child I have sent here! It Is an amazing nursery. Staff are sooo good with the little ones and my little boy has a lovely relationship with his key worker! So much so he asks to see her when he is at home. So amazing to know that he is so happy and looked after when I can't be there. Have used the Nursery for a total of 6 years now between both children and it has kept a consistent high standard throughout. Would never send them anywhere else! Thank you cotton tails Northfield!.

Cotton Tails is an amazing nursery. Since the first walk around, I felt very welcomed and supported for the new transition for my little boy. The nursery staff are phenomenal, they are very attentive and my little boy always love his days at nursery!

The Nursery is very attentive to the requests of mothers and patient with the children. The staff are friendly and the nursery presents a warm atmosphere. After settling in, our baby has grown so much in independence, confidence, and looks forward to going in. An overall good experience and I'll highly recommend this nursery.

Wonderful staff, friendly atmosphere. My little girl is so happy coming in and the staff make her feel so settled. I was a first time mum nervous about sending my little girl to nursery but the staff made me feel at ease and the transition has been amazing. Would highly recommend!

Our daughter started nursery here 6 months ago and we are so happy that we picked this nursery. The staff are amazing, they helped our daughter settle in so quickly and they are always so caring and friendly. They really go above and beyond for the children. The staff also really care for the parents too, I've been to three stay and plays/events and they've all been so much fun! I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone, our daughter absolutely loves it there!

Thoroughly enjoyed spending time with my granddaughter at the Mothers Day event. It's clear to see how much the staff care for the children. The event was very well organised and it was lovely to see the interaction between the children and the staff.

Wonderful nursery and staff. My child has been at the nursery for over a year. She has comes on leaps and bounds and absolutely loves going to nursery. Staff are friendly, helpful and caring. There's lots of diverse activities and events for the children as well as opportunities for parents to get involved. The Christmas evening is always the highlight of the year. I would 100% highly recommend the nursery!

Absoloutly amazing nursery! The staff are all so lovely, they genuinely care and all so friendly. They keep me updated on the app with lots of photos throughout the day! My daughter eats well at nursery and enjoys all the activities they do throughout the day! The park area is lovely with lots of secure outdoor space to play! I 100% recommend this nursery!!

Such a nice nursery, the staff are lovely and friendly and have helped my child settle in quickly. My child is happy when I drop her off, and has developed quite a bit in the short time they have been here. Staff provide updates in person and through the app, would highly recommend.

Our son started at this nursery in September, and we've been incredibly impressed with the love, attention and dedication he receives on the two days a week he does. Despite taking a couple of weeks to settle into the routine of nursery, the girls in the tinies room have been absolutely amazing in getting him settled. He's also moved on leaps and bounds with eating more solids, which they've supported with, as well as the more social aspects with other children. It's also great to see what he's doing with daily updates in person, and weekly updates with pictures on their app. A fantastic nursery, highly recommended!

My first child attended Cotton Tails and I chose based on word of mouth. She had a fantastic nurturing experience. She came on leaps and bounds whilst attending. My second child currently attends and I wouldn't have chosen anywhere else. Staff go above and beyond for every child and build lovely bonds. I wouldn't pick any other day care provider to look after my babies.

This was our first event at Cotton Tails and didn't know what to expect. We were blown away by the effort put in by the staff. The decorations were amazing and well catered for all ages. Thank you so much.

We have been delighted by our experience of Cotton Tails Nursery. They look after the children so well, with lots of diverse activities. We also really appreciate the occasional events involving parents such as the Christmas evening. Our oldest child attended a different nursery, and there is a great deal we appreciate about Cotton Tails in comparison to that one.

A fab nursery. Staff are friendly, hard working, caring and really helpful. Meals are health and a good variety is offered. They prepared our eldest well for starting school. Highly recommend this nursery.

Staff were extremely friendly as always! Loved the decorations and the activities for all kids. Cake sale was lovely and my little one loved meeting Santa and receiving his present. Looking forward to next years already!

Attended the Christmas evening at the nursery for the 3rd year in a row. Every single one of the staff works so hard to make the rooms look brilliant. The time and effort it must take to set everything up and make it such a nice evening doesn't go unnoticed. Friendly, hard working staff who are always welcoming. Our two kids have a great relationship with all the staff. Would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a nursery chose this one. Thank you for all your hard work.

Cotton Tails is an amazing nursery. Our daughter always comes out smiling and happy after spending the day there. She has come so far with her confidence and speaking, and the help she has received from the staff is brilliant. Highly recommend Cotton Tails Nursery!
