My daughter and my son have attended this nursery and the staff are absolutely amazing and accommodating. Although there have been many staff changes, as I believe it is very hard to work with kids, I was never worried about the quality of care. My only complaint is, and always been, the desert.
Children this small should not have any sort of processed sugars and information is available everywhere, even on the gov website, or on their guidelines that the catering is following. I know there are nurseries that have changed their approach and don't serve processed sugars (pudding, biscuits and whatever) but they won't at the moment. " We can avoid giving the pudding to your child" is not an option.

My children love Bishops Hull Spring! The staff are incredibly caring and take the time to get to know each child. Both my kids settled in so quickly. They always give photo updates and pick up handovers. The team are so lovely and supportive and I couldn't recommend them enough! Kelly and her team
go above and beyond.

My child has always been very happy here. He is well looked after, is progressing in his development. The choices of food are great he gets such a selection. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking about choosing this nursery.

My daughter has been in the Bishops Hull setting since 1 year. After a big move, the staff were very good in supporting her through this transition. She has felt very much at home and comfortable here. Staff are kind yet firm, which is great at this age. My daughter is always busy there despite
attending afternoon sessions. Lots of outdoor time too, which she loves. A good variety is offered for tea which has helped my daughter be exposed to a lot a different textures and types of meals. Overall, she is very happy there and that's given us a lot of peace of mind.

My child (under 2) has been at Spring Nursery for 6 months now and I couldn't have asked for a better nursery. All the staff are friendly and know me by name. They all quickly got to know my child's needs, likes, dislikes and I know that he is in 'safe hands' when he attends.

The best staff, kind, caring, knowledgeable, within a lovely setting. This is shown by how much the children love being there. I couldn't recommend Spring Nursery Bishops Hull highly enough for the excellent work they do.

I would like to start the review by wow! My daughter was 6 months when she started and myself and my wife, were very nervous and anxious, but the staff at the nursery were and still are fantastic. They listened so carefully to our daughter’s routine and followed it to the dot. We had regular updates
via the app with pictures and messages, we could also message anytime we wanted. Our daughter loves it there and has blossomed so much since being there. Lovely nursery.

I feel my son is very well looked after and his needs are met. His mother and I are regularly updated with activities/photos/food diary throughout his stay. I can see him developing and am very happy with his progress.

The nursery has been a wonderful and welcoming homely atmosphere. Which has helped my little girl grow in confidence, and encourages her to partake in her own time. We would highly recommend this nursery.

Absolutely love this nursery and all the staff.
They are so warm and welcoming, my son loves it here!
They do so much with him, his development has come on leaps and bounds!
So grateful for all the staff and what they do.
I know my son is in safe hands with them.
They’ve re-tarmacked the
outside so it’s safer for the little ones to run and play, they’ve put a new safe video entry on the gate. My son and I both love it!

Honestly, the loveliest nursery! The staff are amazing and the fact it is small, my daughter really gets a personal experience there. She has great relationships with all the staff there and the staff know each and every child very well. Love, love love it.

Another year and we are still very happy with our nursery choice. As our child is getting ready for school this year, his nursery leaders are working on preparing him. I feel he will have a good start to school because of this, although we are going to be very sad to leave.

All the staff are so friendly and kind, they all make me feel as comfortable as I can about leaving my baby for the first time. Everyone is always so accommodating and very keen to do their best. I am very happy with this nursery.

Fantastic staff, both my daughters have been to the same nursery. My youngest loves going. If she is ever upset, they are brilliant with her. The development reviews and photos they give us are amazing. I'm happy cause my daughter is happy and settled in nursery.

Just brilliant. Staff are friendly and more than approachable. Supportive and reassuring to the child and parent in extending days. Management goes above and beyond to help with any queries, and most importantly, in every single collection, my daughter is happy, full tummy with lots to tell me about
her day.

The nursery has provided excellent care, being mindful of the fact that my 18 month old son has never been away from us. They provided adequate settling in sessions and are patiently taking care of his needs, while gradually easing him into the nursery environment. Excellent staff. Great care. Thank

Absolutely a brilliant nursery. From the moment I walked in I knew my son would be cared for and well looked after in his sessions. He absolutely loves going to nursery, especially to see his key worker, who he has a really great connection with. Also his friends that will also continue his journey
in school. The staff currently there are all lovely, friendly, super helpful and they are amazing with my son, They provide brilliant feedback and take on board all comments and requests. We receive regular updates on the app with lovely pictures, giving a great insight into the activities they do and places they go.

The team have been incredibly helpful with the process of our daughter's enrollment into the day nursery.
Shy and unconfident at first, our daughter has made a complete u-turn and clearly loves the environment she gets to be a part of. Without the
guidance and support of all at Spring Nursery Bishops Hull.
100% would recommend any parents to consider this nursery as a viable option for their child’s early learning development.

We recently enrolled our daughter after being very impressed with the team and the facilities. They genuinely care about the children which sounds obvious but is sometimes found lacking. Needless to say, our daughter has thrived and loved every minute of being there so far.

I was so anxious sending my toddler to nursery for the first time, however, the team at Spring Bishops Hull have made it so much easier and more enjoyable than I could have imagined! My 19-month-old daughter has settled so well at Spring and I am forever grateful for how kind, welcoming,
accommodating and compassionate all the staff are, even the ones who aren’t in my daughter's room.
They regularly update the app so you can see meal times and how much they’ve eaten, nap times and how long they’ve slept, as well as photos and their progress. I enquired at several nurseries around Taunton but I am so pleased we chose Spring! Thank you all!
