Our child has a fabulous time at this nursery and has really developed socially during their time here. They are always excited to come and see their friends, tell us great stories about the fun they've had with different carers and friends and what they've eaten that day which has good variety. It
was the same when my older child (now in school) went to this nursery two years ago. We've been attending this nursery for over three years now and have seen it develop and improve constantly. I'd totally recommend this nursery to anyone.

My eldest has been at Treetops for the past three years and has thrived since being in nursery, she is a happy confident little girl. My youngest has just started and has settled in beautifully, the staff have always been so helpful and supportive, always friendly and professional, with good
handover of the day's activities, which has improved again with the parents' app.

The team at Treetops is fantastic. From day one they've been so helpful and easy to deal with, flexible with settling in, and sensitive to the fact my son had not been socialised as much due to covid and worked around me and him to make the transition as easy as possible. They always take the time
to hand over properly at the door, the app is updated regularly with pictures and development aspects and my son eats, sleeps, and plays happily the whole time with very few instances. I trust them fully and that's a credit to the confidence I have in my son's key workers and with the management/admin team who help me through practicalities. My son loves going into nursery, no hesitations at the door, and even hugs his key workers goodbye.

My son has been attending this nursery for approximately three years. My son often refers to this place as a second home, as he is around adults he trusts, and therefore, feels safe to explore and grow.
The staff are excellent with communication - they are professional, and we are always greeted
with a smile.
As a mother, I feel I can go to work knowing my child is being looked after properly.
A special thank you to his key worker who always goes above and beyond.

Treetops is a fantastic nursery. Highly recommended. Since starting Treetops, my daughter's development has blossomed and her behaviour is much better, potty training is also going very well - the staff are very patient.

My son has attended this nursery for around a year. Within that time I have noticed a massive positive difference in his general behaviour. His speech is something I often worried about however, he now can’t stop talking! This is all thanks to the brilliant staff at Treetops (Gloucester). All staff
members are wonderful but if my son was to single out any it would be two lovely members of staff and the head of the nursery. They’re all beautiful, kind-hearted women with a job that suits them to a tee. All staff members are extremely passionate about the roles they have and about the children that attend. The proof of that is the wonderful children they look after.

My twin boys attend the nursery and love all the amazing staff. They support my twins boys in every way to help them grow and develop. I couldn’t recommend a better outstanding nursery to my friends and family!

My Niece attended this nursery until she left for school in September. She was very much ready for school as the nursery prepared her so well. She confidently dresses herself, and is capable of making her own choices during mealtimes and when playing.
My Niece was looking forward to starting school
because she was well-prepared thanks to the kind and caring staff.
We found all staff very helpful during the move to school and during the entire time in nursery.
Whenever I collected her, I was greeted with a smile and friendly faces throughout.

Our granddaughter has been going to Gloucester Busy Bees for a year now. She has become a very confident little girl and has lots of friends. She adores going to nursery and tells us about all the activities she does. The staff here are excellent and very knowledgeable. I enjoy dropping her off as
the staff always have time to have a chat with me. They are genuinely interested in what I have to say. Our granddaughter makes us laugh as she makes me and her Grandad sit down quietly, and she reads us a story. Lovely nursery.

My child absolutely loved this nursery, all the staff are friendly and kind. The rooms are inviting and welcoming, well-prepared, home-cooked meals and the garden is very clean and tidy as is the inside of the nursery, all the staff are well presented and are clean and tidy and have lovely bonds
with all the children.

My granddaughter has been at this nursery for a few years now, she is always so happy to go in and excited to tell us about her day and what she has been doing. Regular parents evenings are really helpful for her parents as they then have a chance to look through her journal and see how she is
progressing. All of the staff are lovely and welcoming and we don't have to worry about her when she is at nursery as we know she is safe and having fun.

Staff are very friendly. My child was very anxious when first started. However, due to the staffs friendly and knowledgeable attitudes, he settled in really well.
I would highly recommend Treetops to anyone.

Lovely setting, helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble.
My grandchild loves coming and seeing her friends and taking part in learning activities, she loves telling me what she has been up to.
Food delicious and great facilities.

Great atmosphere, my child is happy on arrival and at pick up, always know what her day has been like and what she has been doing!
Staff informative and helpful, the nursery is going from strength to strength under new manager since mid-October and all the team are happy and work well together.
We are pleased we chose here and love the bus biggie for walks.

My child started in November, after an excellent viewing that was very informative, we enjoyed the settling in process, both myself and my child got to know the key person and staff well. My child found it hard to separate but the staff worked hard to settle her in.
At the end of the day, she is
happy and takes part in many activities and has a great key person bond.
I am extremely happy with the setting and all the staff and we fell in love with the garden space.

Fantastic nursery with fantastic facilities. Nothing is too much trouble and all of the children are treated as individuals. My son has come on so much since starting this nursery and I can't recommend them enough.

My daughter has been coming to Treetops for a few weeks now and I feel very comfortable leaving her there as the staff in the baby room are all very friendly and are really good with the children. The nursery seems to run very calmly and the children seem happy to be there.

My daughter seems to love Treetops Nursery. After some initial wobbles with me leaving her, she feels happy and comfortable there. The staff are kind and welcoming and give me a great report after each day. The food is great and my daughter learns a lot from the staff and other children.

The children always seem so happy to be at nursery, always smiling and laughing. Our child enjoys his days at nursery so much that he doesn't want to come home at the end of the day. The children are well supported and cared for in a safe, friendly environment. Crafts are regularly sent home for
parents to see and updates on learning are given daily.
