The environment is so welcoming and my son loved it. The teachers are amazing and the settling in was so smooth for my son because of the wonderful and amazing team.
Busy Bees is the best.

Busy Bees Nursery is brilliant and has always worked well for our children. Staff are great. Management is amazing and always helpful. Facilities could be modernised but I don't have any real issues.
Overall, a brilliant nursery and so grateful and lucky our children have grown up at Busy Bees
Wellington Road.

Our 3-year-old son has been attending the nursery for two years and he loves it. They do lots of activities every day, take trips out into town and offered my son additional help with his speech, which he has benefitted from. All the way through, the staff have all been friendly and genuinely care
about the children. Often throughout handovers, I can tell that the staff really understand my son and his unique character traits. Management has always been a pleasure to deal with. We have a 3-month-old daughter who will be attending next year. Only negative is the lack of parking but honestly, it is rare you are ever held up by another parent, so makes little difference in practice. My son is a vegetarian and has always been catered for with nice meal options. Overall, it is a lovely nursery, can't think how it could be any better.

Our daughter has been attending Busy Bees for just over a year now and we are really happy with her development. Staff are friendly and efficient and if and when there are any incidents, we are informed.

As soon as we had a look around the nursery I knew this nursery was perfect for our family. The nursery is beautiful and homely, the team are out of this world and couldn't do more for us or my stepson. The manager is fantastic and it's lovely to see a male manager, my stepson absolutely adores him.
The app they use makes my day as they are forever sending photos and updates. The food is immense! Their talented chef hits the nail on the head with every meal. I am expecting and I'm already signing them up as this really is an outstanding nursery. I would recommend to absolutely everyone. Thank you to the amazing staff for making children's first stage of learning so incredible.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees Wellington Road for a year now, minus when they were closed during lockdown. The staff are enthusiastic, engaged and positive, especially since the new manager came in last spring. We are consistently impressed with him, during what has been a year of turmoil
and stress for the nursery and staff. He has been professional, informative, upbeat, approachable and nothing is too much to ask. Staff retention seems good. I like the use of the Parentzone app, which is updated to tell me e.g. what my child has eaten and shows photos of her doing activities. She almost always eats the meals provided and comes home happy and exhausted. Thank you, Wellington Road.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wellington Road. The Nursery is beautiful and the staff are so warm and loving which is a relief for a nervous mummy! The Manager is friendly and he is happy to do whatever we ask as parents. He loves to share the changes they make which is lovely to see. My
little boy absolutely loved attending and always came back home telling me all about his day which is amazing. I can't fault this nursery in any way. They are creative, kind and amazing!
If you're looking for a nursery in Cheltenham without a doubt I'd recommend Busy Bees Wellington Road.

My niece has been attending Busy Bees Wellington Road for about 1 year now and as a family we can say that the nursery is amazing. The staff are fantastic, the management are so welcoming and helpful. The rooms all look lovely and the children are always happy when we drop her off. My niece is a
very fussy eater but she doesn't show that at nursery so the food must be good!
I would recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. The entire team is lovely, and the nursery is well looked after. My son has built his confidence by attending nursery and loves learning and exploring there. He really enjoys his time spent there and has built a great relationship with his keyworker(s) and the
other staff. Additionally, they are doing a great job of dealing with current circumstances, and I feel my son is safe attending the nursery.

My nephew attended this nursery and absolutely loved his time here, activities done with the children are amazing, and the staff are so lovely and caring towards the children - my nephew had a great bond with all the staff members. The management team are amazing and so friendly, they make you feel
so welcome and communicate so well. My nephew learnt so much from attending this nursery and has become so confident. The food served in this setting is also very good, very nutritious and my nephew always ate so well when at nursery. I would highly recommend this nursery!

Wellington Road is a great nursery where I have seen my son thrive and develop.
I have had some slight problems with payments not being taken correctly but after a brief conversation it was resolved and the money paid back to my account. This is also before the new manager took over. Since he has
taken over we've experienced no problems.
This being said, I cannot fault the care my son receives. Nursery staff are consistent with their feedback on my son's behaviour (both positive and negative) and provide detailed information about his day.
They provide us with ideas to support his development and encourage him to try different activities.
I'm sure dealing with that many three-year-olds must be difficult but they great all the children with smiling faces and excitement each and every day.
Since COVID, the nursery have adapted very well and have taken decisive steps to reduce the risk.

My 13-month-old son started in August. The centre director and the team have been brilliant. As concerned new parents, they have communicated with us really well to keep us up to date and informed about our son. We have also been impressed by the steps taken towards safety in these uncertain times.
Our son seems to really enjoy his time there and they spend a good bit of time outdoors which suits our son. Food sounds amazing too. The team are all lovely and will do whatever you need them to do to make your child’s day fun and relaxed.

Our girls love it here. They are safe, happy and thriving. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and provide excellent care. The manager is great, very approachable and quick to respond to any queries. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

A lovely nursery, with a warm welcome from the management team. The atmosphere around the nursery was filled with happy children. The staff team were very knowledgeable and could answer any questions we had. Thank you for being a lovely environment.

I am extremely happy and grateful to the staff at Busy Bees Wellington Road. My son has come on in leaps and bounds since joining this nursery. They have been amazing with him, especially with getting him to try new food which we have struggled with but he is so much easier to feed now and willing
to try new food. Without their help, I believe we would still be struggling with this. His speech has continued to improve and he has amazed me with information that he has been taught when he comes home. If you are looking for a nursery that are caring and nurturing and make you feel at ease whilst you feel guilty leaving them. I highly recommend that you choose Busy Bees.

Our son has attended Wellington Road Nursery for nine months now. In that time we have been delighted with the care he has received. His key worker and all of the staff who work with him are caring and kind. They know their children so well and are also incredibly supportive to us as parents. The
manager, despite only having joined relatively recently, has been really proactive in getting to know us as a family and is incredibly efficient in keeping in touch with us.
When you drop your child off each morning, you want to feel confident they have a lovely day ahead, and we absolutely do. We can’t thank the staff enough for all they do in looking after and caring for our son.

My son has been at Busy Bees Wellington Road for a few months and it was the best decision we made. He is settled and very happy and the staff are really welcoming and friendly. He is about to move up to the next stage and they have made it so easy for us. The new manager is always available for
parents and he will help in any way that he can. He greets us at the door which is a nice personal touch. The children always seem to be happy. Every time we have dropped off and collected, we are always greeted with a smile and hello on first name terms. This is brilliant. The nursery and rooms are lovely and clean. The garden is ideal for the children, with enough room for them to play. There are pictures of the children and art all over the room which is lovely to see. Our little one loves going in to see his friends. Brilliant nursery and I would recommend it to anyone.

Busy Bees Nursery is brilliant and has always worked well for our children. Staff are great. Management is amazing and always helpful. Facilities could be modernised but I don't have any real issues.
