Overall very happy with Bo Peeps. All the staff have been amazing with our son who has been there since 7 months old through to pre school. He is happy to be there and has made some great friends. I trust the staff to keep him safe and it is clear to see they genuinely care about him and all the
other children. They always notify us of any issues. Small improvements could always be made but also we have no other frame of reference to what is the norm at other nursery settings. I know the staff work very hard. Would certainly recommend to others.

The nursery staff themselves are generally caring and good with the children, but the management and policies leave a lot to be desired The nursery is not very flexible and has sent my children home on multiple occasions for what felt like unnecessary reasons and sometimes refusing to allow them
back 2 days later. This is without offering refunds or alternative sessions. This makes it feel like parents are unfairly out of pocket and have to take unnecessary holidays or make other child care arrangements. Overall, while the staff do their best, the management's rigid and sometimes unfair policies sometimes make the experience extremely frustrating.
