Great nursery, with team that cares and understands.
Carers are lovely and admin team supportive. Their hard work and flexibility allowed my kid to join the nursery and settle at his own pace.
App is a great way of communicating little ones progress and activities.

I can't think of a single thing that I would change about Tops in Bournemouth. We've been going there for almost a year and I've been so impressed with the care given to my son. All the staff are welcoming and friendly and I always feel so at ease discussing anything with them.
There is a vast
range of activities and facilities available (indoor and outdoor) so I'm never worried that he will be bored.
I especially love the events that parents can attend - it's so lovely to see his environment and what he loves doing. I'm also always very impressed with the food choices.
I chose this nursery for the convenience for work but we've stayed because I can't imagine getting any better care elsewhere.

My daughter has been coming here since she was 11 months and she loves it! All the staff are lovely and the nursery is really good at putting on events for parents to join in with

Tops Nursery have been so amazing for my daughters development. She's absolutely thriving in her room. Couldn't be happier with her being there! She comes home happy and is always so well cared for. Couldn't recommend tops Bournemouth more!

My son 2 years of age has recently started at Tosta Nursery Bournemouth he didn't initially get upset on leaving in the morning, but the staff have been impeccable with helping him settle. He is now going in without any tears and it's happy to see the staff and his key worker on his first day. The
key worker actually phoned me shortly after I left before I had a chance to call to see how he was which I was very impressed with.
He does looks activities throughout the morning, which I'm always updated on through his app. Communication is great through the nursery lots of activities messy play waterplay etc when going into the nursery the cleanliness is outstanding. They provide a very good range of fruit and veg on snack times. I'm very happy leaving my son here and know that his well looked after and safe at all times couldn't be happier thank you.

Tops day nursery are amazing! The staff are so friendly and attentive to the children. My daughter loves going here. They have amazing resources and great activities planned everyday. Great feedback from staff and I love getting observations to see what she's been up to. One staff member has
especially been really good, very supportive to our family through hard times. I would definitely recommend tops Bournemouth to everyone! They have a wide variety of meal plans and display this daily for parents.

My eldest son with SEN attended Tops Day Nurseries: Bournemouth Nursery and the staff were amazing with him. They are very supportive and caring. He was always happy to go to nursery. With this positive experience, I also enrolled my second child and he is enjoying nursery. He is gaining more
independence and always excited that he asks to go even on weekends.

Absolutely love this nursery. I have 3 children that have experienced Tops Day Nurseries: Bournemouth Nursery and they love it.
The staff are so friendly and amazing with the children. My girls always come out smiling and happy and excited to tell me all about their day.
If there are any
concerns, I feel so at ease talking to the team and they are so understanding.
The process for enrolling my girls is so easy and very quick.
Can't fault the nursery at all! Absolutely love it and the new garden!

All staff are so friendly and caring and make all children feel welcome and involved. They have a vast range of activities, including extra curricular activities such as Forest School which is great for outdoor learning. They also do events for the children and parents, my son and I attended
Breakfast Morning in the end of September. The staff have feedback to parents everyday.
They post photos/videos of the activities that my son is doing, which I love seeing it. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone. My son has grown and has learnt so much since he started nursery. My partner and I work in the hospital so we are immensely benefitted by the flexibility booking options, 6am to 8pm opening times and last minute bookings.

My daughter loves going to this nursery. She has only been going one day a week for four months, but she settled really quickly and always goes on and comes out smiling. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. I love the shift booking options, it's easy and so useful for a shift worker. It's
great that food is provided and I know she's eating good, nutritional meals.

Such a great start for my daughter's learning. Despite starting during the COVID pandemic, the nursery has offered such lovely learning experiences that were full of kindness and support.

Me and my daughter have had a pleasant and great experience over the past 3 1/2 years. She was provided a platform to learn and explore herself to extraordinary experiences that were not possible from home. She is a good team player because of the nursery journey and we as a family are very grateful

Both of our children have graduated with Tops in the last couple of years, having both been in their care since 9/10 months old. What a wonderful experience they have both had! The kind and attentive staff have supported them to thrive. Our children have enjoyed learning through play that has been
targeted to their interests and have always been so excited to tell us about their day. Throughout the years they have loved trips out to the Oceanarium, Yoga, Boogie Mites and Forest School - so many opportunities to grow. Our children have both left confident, writing their names and ready and excited for reception. The biggest of thank yous Tops - we will miss you!

Our two children went from the nest to preschool 2 over a total seven year period with a small overlap in 2021. We've been delighted with the fantastic career, education and flexibility that Tops have offered over this time. Of particular note are the messy play and on hot days, water play that they
have really enjoyed. Their preschool time has prepared them for school really well and they have had a thorough grounding in letters and numbers which complements what we are practising at home. The bonfire night party and graduation ceremony are special memories with lots of staff effort to make them fantastic. Thank you! Forest school also brilliantly ambitious and adventurous!

We are very pleased with the progress our son is making at Tops. He is well looked after and does a lot of fun varied activities whilst at nursery! He really enjoys going to nursery. I have my full confidence in the staff. They are always friendly. From the management side, they are always very
helpful and quick to answer queries.

Our daughter has been attending Bournemouth Tops for the past four years and has really enjoyed her time there. We have always felt that she is well cared for and looked after and the flexible hours have been very helpful for us as my working hours can vary. The nursery offers a good range of indoor
and outdoor activities and the staff are friendly and informative, I would highly recommend it.
