I cannot thank Bambinos enough, they have been absolutely amazing with my little one. My daughter only started attending Bambinos in September after we had to move her from another nursery. I was quite apprehensive about the change, but honestly, the difference between the two nurseries is like chalk and cheese! My little one has some additional needs, and instead of waiting to assess her over several weeks, the team put support in place within the very first week. She has come on in leaps and bounds since starting. A special shout-out to Melissa, Olivia (my daughter's favourite!), and Annabel, you've not only supported my daughter but also myself. The whole team is just incredible. I honestly cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. A massive thank you to everyone at Bambinos!

My son stated with Bambinos 12 months ago and I cannot thank the staff enough for the care that they have shown towards him and myself. Both of us were very unsure about nursery to begin with but now I would not change a thing and it is the best decision we made. The staff, and in particular Rhiannon, have shown us nothing but kindness and reassurance the whole way through. They always go above and beyond in their care and education and we have watched him develop into such a confident and chatty little person through all that they do with him! They always give us such a warm greeting in the mornings and such an informative hand over when we pick him up at the end of the day. I cannot thank Bambinos enough for all that they have done for us, they are an amazing team!

I really appreciate how warm and welcoming the staff was and I've noticed my daughter is much more confident with other children since starting nursery. I really thank to each and everyone who looked after my daughter in her learning journey.

From the moment child started at BAMBINOS we felt confident and reassured that they were in the best hands. The staff are truly the heart of this nursery. The team's professionalism,warmth, patience is outstanding. They have created a nurturing and welcoming environment where my child has not only settled in quickly but also thrived. What I particularly appreciate is the way the staff communicating with me, handling a challenge, or engaging my child. Every day, they welcome my child with a smile and a genuine interest in how they're doing. The communication is fantastic,I always feel informed about my child's day, their activities, and their progress. I am so grateful for the dedication and love that the entire team show to my child and all the children in their care. It's clear that they are passionate about what they do. I highly recommend [BAMBINOS] to any family looking for a loving, safe, and stimulating environment for their child. Thank you for everything you do BAMBINOS!

I am pleased with the way the staff are. They are very kind and hard working. I feel my son is going to a his friends all the time. He is picking alot in his Education skills too. The interance should be at the front only back intenrance is not suitable to prum and walking. Generally star Nursery

Our daughter, who is 3 years old, started at Bambinos, and I was so worried that she wouldn't cope. All the staff were amazing, but one staff member in particular. She could see things in our daughter that no one but us could see, and within a few days she was helping her with her emotions. She is one of the sweetest girls ever, and our daughter adores her. The nursery as a whole is fantastic and of an exceptionally high standard, and we would recommend Bambinos to anyone.

I was worried when I first placed my son in to nursery as I knew that he had some development issues. Within the first few weeks, my son had vastly improved. He was getting the help he needed from the SENCO which was absolutely amazing. He has now been attending for 9 months and his behaviour and speech have excelled more than I could have imagined. This nursery and the staff are absolutely amazing and I am so glad that my son gets to spend his early years here.

All Staff are always helpful and supportive my children have flourished since starting couldn't ask for better staff. I would highly recommend this nursery to friends. Every room is amazing thankyou to all the staff for everything they do.

The single greatest review I could give of the Bambinos Childcare Houndiscombe Road team is how excited my daughter is to be there. While we were unsure about nursery at first (it's a big thing entrusting your child to someone else), this was such a good choice. Watching her run over to her key worker for a cuddle when we drop off and seeing her happily playing when we come to pick up tells me everything about how happy and comfortable she feels here. While our daughter was certainly nervous at first, this disappeared very quickly and now she absolutely loves it! There's so much for her to do and play with and the staff have been wonderful, kind and caring with her. We can not thank them enough.

My 20-month-old daughter loves attending the nursery, she enjoys playing with the books, toys, making friends and taking part in the various activities. The staff are super friendly, supportive and helpful. Especially during the settling-in period. I always feel like staff go above and beyond to provide a nurturing and safe environment. I would fully recommend the nursery and can't thank the staff enough for looking after my daughter.

Such a welcoming environment and all members of the staff are approachable and professional. My child is very happy at Bambino's City Nursery and she is always excitedly talking about what she's been up to during her session.

My son started in this nursery after his first nursery was closed and all staff tried to help him to adapt. The attitude of staff regarding him was very good and always respectfully and nice with me as well. I recommend this nursery.

I'm not very good with words but I, as a mother, with both of my children moving to Bambinos Childcare in February 2024 has been the best move I did for my children, having to move them both from another nursery due to delays and them not getting the support they deserved. Within the space of a couple of months, I have two very happy children and a very happy mum. One soon to be leaving to start his next journey into foundation primary but the other will be staying! I am super grateful to all the staff that have supported me and the children through every step of my child/children's development. They show nothing but love to all the children and do everything to support the child/children. I am so grateful to the whole team. I have not one negative comment. I'm sad that my son is leaving but with the support that he has had from Bambinos, his transition will go smoothly.

This nursery is good and valuable to my child. Actually, English is not the mother language of my son but teachers helped him to improve his English knowledge. They do activities very well. It is improving my child's skills. They are kind and smiling always. This nursery is good. Thank you.

My child has been attending this nursery for ten months now. The staff have always been friendly, approachable and seem genuinely interested in my little one. When my child was going through different behaviour phases, they always had time to discuss my concerns and reassure me. I feel I'm kept informed regarding my child's daily activities, foods and naps and the app they use is great. My little one has had several key workers since starting, I haven't always been given much notice for these changes but to be honest, it didn't seem to bother my little one much as all the staff in the room all get to know all of the children really well. It's great they have several rooms just for the babies and toddlers, it gives them different experiences throughout the day and keeps my little one interested. Would be nice if the outdoor area for the toddlers was a little bigger but it is covered from the elements. Overall, I'm really impressed with this nursery and my child loves attending it too!

We love Bambinos Childcare and the care they provide for our 2-year-old. Having only been at a childminder before, nursery felt like a big step but Bambinos feels so homely and welcoming that we needn't have worried. Our daughter does so many activities every day and loves her time with the grown-ups and her little friends. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bambinos to any parents.

I cannot recommend Bambinos Childcare, Plymouth enough. All staff I've had contact with have been very friendly and welcoming not only to myself but more importantly, my daughter who is thriving there. She is confident and has no issues being dealt with by any of the staff. The room leader put my mind at ease in my first few sessions and my little one adores her. She has also enjoyed lots of time with other members of staff and the new room leader. One of the managers has been extremely accommodating with any questions and changes I've had to make and I am so thankful. Thank you all for such an incredible experience for a first-time mum putting their little one in nursery!

Absolutely fantastic staff and they're brilliant in supporting my child and have formed a fantastic relationship with him in the short time he's been there. He's only been here a week and he's already doing amazingly well, I couldn't be more proud.

My eldest child attended for 3 years and my younger child is coming toward the end of his 3 years there. Both children have been happy and settled and have thrived in this setting. They have developed beautiful relationships with staff and other children, had so much fun and learning and grown into confident little people. They have both enjoyed the food, the toys, the structure, and the garden.
