We are extremely happy with the care our son receives at the nursery. He absolutely loves being there and has built wonderful relationships with all the key workers, who are caring, patient, and attentive.
Since starting, his speech has come on leaps and bounds, and we've seen a huge improvement in
his confidence. It's been lovely to watch him grow, develop, and become more independent in such a nurturing environment.
The outdoor space is fantastic and is one of his favourite parts of the day - he absolutely loves playing outside, which has really helped his confidence and physical development.
He also loves all the meals provided and often talks about the food at home, which is a real bonus! We feel reassured knowing he is happy, safe, and well cared for each day. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive and stimulating setting for their child.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed by a caring, friendly team who are clearly passionate about what they do. The staff are attentive, nurturing and genuinely invested in each child's wellbeing and development, and it truly shows.
The children are
visibly happy, settled and excited to attend. Our children love going every day, which gives us complete peace of mind. The food is excellent, healthy and clearly enjoyed, with empty plates as the norm.
Educationally, the nursery is fantastic. They strike a wonderful balance between fun and learning, making education engaging and age appropriate while preparing the children brilliantly for school. It feels like a warm, supportive community where children thrive, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any parent.

I cannot thank Krissy, the Family Experience Coordinator, enough for her prompt communication and support. From the moment I put in my enquiry, she provided all the key information I wouldn't have known as a first-time mum. Krissy guided me through everything I needed to know and booked my
appointment straight away.
I then met Melissa, the manager at Bambinos, who was nothing but lovely, kind, and warm. Meeting her truly put my mind at ease about my baby girl starting in April.
Thank you so much to all the Bambinos staff - I'm so grateful for such a positive and reassuring experience.

This is my second time using Bambinos although 17 years apart and at a different site.
However the care is as amazing as it was before.
My baby of 9 months is always full of smiles and very happy to go to all staff at drop off.
The staff have helped her settle very quickly into the nursery.
Their care and attention to her needs is absolutely amazing and I can't thank them enough. Always keeping me updated with feedback of how she's getting on.
The management team have also been amazing and have responded very quickly to any queries I've had.
I have always recommended Bambinos and will continue to do so.

The manager and the team have made my daughters experience at nursery incredible! From being sceptical at first she now loves it. Bambinos offered me multiple settling sessions to ensure my daughter felt comfortable in the new surroundings. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

My daughter has been attending Bambinos since 9months old and I can't tell how amazing the nursery has been with the amount of support they have offered my daughter and how well she has developed here since attending and forming strong friendships and relationships with the staff and having the
reassurance while I'm at work. Would highly recommend this nursery to family & friends and would certainly consider future children to attend the nursery in the near future.

Woolwell Bambinos is amazing! The staff are kind helpful and compassionate. Both of my children loved going to this nursery. They have lots of time outside and lots of opportunities to get messy and have sensory experiences. The children are well cared for and staff offer plenty of cuddles. There
are plenty of learning experiences all day. We would recommend them to everyone.

The staff have worked wonders with our two SEN children over the last 2 years. They go above and beyond to ensure that the children are stimulated, engaged and learning while letting them be themselves. We have seen so many positive behaviours from our children which they have picked up from their
time here. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough to anyone looking for a safe, friendly and happy environment.

Very good nursery. Staff are lovely however a better upkeep of the app day-to-day of what is going on would be better as we do not get an informal chat at the end of each day.

Bambinos Woolwell have been nothing but excellent! As foreigners in a new country and not understanding the UK's childcare system, the Bambinos management team have been extremely supportive. Also, the level of care provided for my daughter has been exceptional; she's excelled in all aspects of her
development from infant to toddler thus far, in large part thanks to Bambino's staff. The staff are friendly, approachable, caring, easy to talk to, always willing to listen to any concerns, and genuinely seem passionate about their work and the children they care for. I could not recommend this nursery highly enough.

I collect my grandson once a week, I am always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile from all the staff even if they are not in my grandson's room.
The staff are always happy to stop and talk me through his day and explain what activities they have done, etc.
They make me feel at ease and
happy to leave him even if he is having an upset day, they give him time and help him settle down.
The staff are a fantastic team.

I am very grateful for all the support my son received at Bambinos Childcare Centre. He's very active and sometimes hard to settle him down but everyone has been very good with him and giving me handover all the time about how his day was and what he needs to improve. It's a bit difficult for us
being from another country (Romania) but my son settled very well there. Always he's playing in the garden with the kids or doing some activities with the teachers. I am very happy and 10/10, I recommend Bambinos Nursery. The managers, because now we have two, are very good and always they listen to any questions I have and they advise me on what's best to do. I like the environment there and if I have a second child, definitely will go there again. Thank you for everyone's support. Much appreciate it.

My daughter loves going to nursery, she knows her routine, wakes up and will talk about nursery and the staff. She comes home and talks about what she's done and who with. They do all different fun activities, inside and outside! She has so many friends and the nursery workers teach them all how to
play nicely together, share, manners and much more! One member of staff, in particular, is always around to help with any questions I may have too.

The staff are lovely kind caring and very supportive they go the extra mile and really listen to you and what your child needs. Great setting. I have used the nursery many times both of my girls loved going here and my youngest still loves attending here.

Bambinos is such a great place, my son absolutely loves going. Every morning when I ask him if he wants to go to nursery he shouts and cheers and stands by the door waiting to go! All the staff are so lovely, caring, kind and most of all attentive to whatever my son needs. It is run in a very good
way and communication is brilliant. I highly recommend Bambinos to anyone that is looking for a nursery for their child. When I go back to work after my maternity leave my daughter will also, hopefully, be attending.

Excellent, friendly nursery. Have been using this nursery for 6 years now. My son currently attends after school and 2 daughters attend the nursery. Any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. I have been made aware of any issues immediately and together we have implemented solutions
or continued until we have found what works for my children. They truly do feel like an extension to my family and it will be a very emotional day when I no longer require their support.
