We have had a wonderful experience with this nursery. The staff are incredible - caring, attentive and interested in the children's development and wellbeing. The team creates a warm, safe and nurturing environment. The activities are varied and thoughtfully planned, supporting learning and
creativity. Our child always comes home happy and excited to tell us about his day.
We are very grateful to the whole team for their dedication and kindness!

Our family has been very pleased with the care and support our child receives at this nursery. The staff are professional, friendly and passionate about their work. They create an encouraging environment where children feel secure and confident.
The nursery is well organised, clean and welcoming.
Overall, we've had a very positive experience and would recommend it to other parents.

Tippy Toes is a lovely nursery. My son has been here for the past couple of years, and I'm always excited to go in. I am kept informed at all times and feel that he is safe. He is continually learning new things.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rody always seems happy going into nursery. Lots of activities and fun. Overall, a really great nursery.

Personally, I am really pleased with the support they offer children. The results are evident in the life of my little one. She has improved in communication and confidence.

feel it's important to share my experience with Tippy Toes Nursery after an incident involving my son, Lorenzo.
On April 22nd I was only informed when I arrived to collect him at 3:30pm that he had gotten mud in his eye. However, when I saw him he had clearly developed a black eye. I was
extremely concerned that I had not been contacted earlier, especially as the injury involved his eye and face.
Lorenzo also told me a staff member held him very tightly by the arm while administering first aid, and he later had bruising on his arm. I was told this may have been from rough play with other children on ctv but based on what my son told me the timing and what I observed, I do not agree with this explanation.
Im also disappointed that the staff member involved was not suspended during the investigation and I had to request myself that she was not around my child. As parents we trust nurseries to keep our children safe and to communicate immediately. If I could upload the photos I would.

Tippy Toes has been fabulous for my son. They have helped him settle in and he loves going.
He has learnt so much since starting and his speech has improved dramatically.

I cannot express enough how amazing and supportive the nursery have been, the staff, services, and overall facilities are fantastic. The management here go above and beyond to support both parents and children, they are unmatched. I wouldn't have got through the last 2 years without them.

Our daughter has been at Tippy Toes for just over a year after moving house, so a lot of change for her. The staff have been so supportive and welcoming. I have seen her confidence be nurtured and she has grown so much. Thank you to each and every one who has helped our daughter.

Fantastic nursery! The staff are great and my son is always very happy to see them. He is trying new foods, being engaged in new activities and we always have regular updates on how he is getting on and progressing.

My son started at Tippy Toes in November 2024. Since starting, his development has come on leaps and bounds. Having been told that he has a speech delay, I explained to the nursery that this was an area that we'd like help with. Since starting, his speech has improved so much in a short space of
time. He's really trying and has learned new words.
The staff are all so lovely and really build a bond with the children. As well as the children, they've been really lovely and caring to myself as well, being there for me when I had a recent health scare.
Couldn't think of anywhere else I'd want my son to go. He always comes away from nursery so happy and content.

I am very happy with all the staff, my son is very happy when he goes, the girls are very kind, and professional,I definitely recommend it because they have all the activities and my son really likes and learning new things for his age
